Customers should be advised that additional quotes are not provided when requested and communications are not responsive or helpful. Unfortunately, after politely requesting a solution, I was treated with an uncommon unprofessionalism and disrespect. Be advised. It is disheartening to have a local business treat customers so badly.

They have the appropriate signage on their door informing customers that they need to wear masks, but for some reason the employees think theyre exempt from this. Its a statewide mandate, no one is exempt. Youre putting all of your customers and employees at risk.

We have been using The Copy Shop for a few years now for various signage needs for our two businesses, the second of which they designed our logo! From huge signs, to vehicle graphics, and for our store signs, we just can not express enough how strongly we recommend this company! Matt and his staff are fast, responsive, friendly, and produce excellent work. We have referred friends who express the same satisfaction! Thank you from Cascadia Vacation Home Services & NW Luxury Spas!!!

Got a quote for packing and shipping some items in the morning, got the ok on cost from the buyer, so I went back in the afternoon to ship them and was told by the clerk it would be another $15 for packing. When I told him about the quote Id gotten for packing and shipping, he said thats just the way it is. Who tells a customer that? Seriously lacking in customer service.

One of the few businesses out there that are respecting EVERYONE’S rights and not requiring either staff or customer to wear masks. Love this! Keep up the great work and service to your community members.

I’ve given this place multiple chances since it is so convenient, but every time I’m disappointed. Service is generally good and staff is friendly. However, it is WAY overpriced. To scan two pages to our email, we paid almost $5 and the other day I paid for stamps and was charged $.05 extra per stamp! I will not be back.

I needed some labels printed and I called the copy shop. They said if they printed on the sticky labels there is no fee at all. WOW I have never been found any company that did this. They had completed the process very fast and were incredibly professional. Thanks so much guys I will be back.

So many elderly people living in this area it was scary to see no one wearing masks! They were over visiting with each other and until I spoke up no one bothered to come over to help me anyway. No other cusomers in there when I was. I can see why! I wont go in there again!

We use the copy shop for all our business mailers, large scale format design printing, and signage. They have always provided great, timely service for us at a fair price. Staff is courteous on the phone and friendly at the counter.

(READ THESE REVIEWS!!!)Ive used the copy shop for business needs several times out of convenience of location. I would rather let my toddler draw my business signs with Crayons at this point.Matt (the manager of the store, who apparently is the owners son) could never follow through with promised timelines. The employees have often had to apologize for his behavior, saying the store has gone to ruin since he took over. One of the most unprofessional business I have ever interacted with. I guess you dont need to worry about getting fired when your father owns the business.

Just left the place and its clear the employees would rather do anything but actually work. First guy tried to pass me off to a woman who sighed deeply at the prospect of helping me. I guess I had it coming (how dare I come to a print shop wanting to print things) lol. I just left and will get what I need done next time I visit Yakima. I mean come on guys, putting on a smile and not making your customers feel like a giant inconvenience to you is basically the first lesson of customer service. Id steer clear.

No matter how small you think the project is, definitely get a quote before you walk away from the counter. I had what I thought was a relatively low cost project. Print off three copies of eight newsletters that would be included in the going away gifts for some employees leaving our organization. The newsletters ranged from four pages to seven. I was shocked to find I the project cost $113.48. I went in expecting to pay $30 to $40 for this. I was charged for 84 color pages. The first 10 pages cost $1.78 per page, pages 11-50 cost $1.25 per page, pages 51 to 74 cost $.99 per page. Plus a small charge for folding and taxes. It was done quickly and looked good but buyer beware...they are not cheap.

Ive done several print jobs with the Copy Shop for work, sometimes on very short notice, and have had nothing but great results. Staff has taken time with me to make sure the prints look the way I want, even if it means throwing away several copies (without charging me) to get it tweaked the way I needed. I havent experienced any of the rudeness mentioned by other reviewers.UPDATE 9/2020: This place of business has apparently decided they dont need to follow any public health directives or encourage their patrons to be safe. They have the sign posted that has become the dog whistle for we dont mask here on their door. None of the 3 employees were wearing masks, although all 5 customers in the store were. No attempts at mitigation that I could see. They also have prices that are quite a bit higher than other copy places outside of Ellensburg. Its unfortunate, because prior to this, I was willing to pay slightly higher prices to stay local and deal with someone familiar, but not after this incident.

*** READ ALL REVIEWS FIRST ***Clearly people who gave positive reviews here are either family or employees (probably forced to give 5 stars), or he opened other Google Accounts. I would say his friends, but how he treats customers, Im not sure he has any.Horrible service and business. The owner was rude to my 70+ mother. For mere b&w copies requested, he put them on CARD STOCK and ran unneeded items that were not to be copied, like the instructions page. Only 2 copies were needed, but he did 7 copies and stuck it to her. I would have told him to get lost. If you dont get a quote, this pathetic thief will charge you an unconscionable amount. If he does, walk away and leave the project. Better yet, lchoose another business and let/make this clown go out of business. After that experience she went to the UPS Store. who were awesome. You can tell this guy is a toxic owner. Nobody is happy. Staff clearly walk on eggshells. The lady at the UPS store really was helpful and absolutely wonderful. Now you know.#RUDE#BAD BUSINESS

Ive been a customer of the copy shop for years, snd its always a headache. I only stayed with them because they already had all my designs on file. Their motto seems to be screw the customers. They routinely would guarantee a product by a certain time, then fail to deliver. Matt (who i think is the owner) thought it was extremely funny that he lied about the completion time, which screwed up my schedule. He then made derogatory comments and threats after i voiced my frustration. After taking my business elsewhere, he was very confrontational and made rude comments to my ne graphic designer when she requested my company files. There are MUCH better choices for your design and printing needs.

My low rating is because the owner of the Copy Shop can be rude and unprofessional. Customer service is not his priority and really he should be working in the back and hiring a manager to coordinate orders or needs with customers. The overall product quality was good, and the pricing was reasonable. I still prefer to use the UPS store for most printing options, however for board production in Ellensburg were pretty limited to the Copy Shop.

ALWAYS get a quote - even for a small job. It cost me $2/page to get copies slightly enlarged ($24 for a 12 page document). There are other places in town for copies: UPS on 6th Ave. and the CWU Wildcat store on campus offer self-service copies and other printing services.

I was at this store this morning and the combination of arrogance, rudeness, and ignorance from whom I can only assume was the store manager (based on his tone) was just shocking. DO NOT GO HERE. There are better places to go in town (Wildcat Shop, for one) but I had to go here based on the store hours. Even the cashier who checked me out had to apologize for the managers behavior.Managers should always treat customers with a certain level of respect. When that employee is a professor at the university across the street, they should DEFINITELY show some respect, given much of their business comes from us. Im making a point to let faculty and students know that they are not welcome at The Copy Shop.

Went in to get two PDF files printed. They were very quick and I thought the price was fair. After I got home I noticed a printing error on one of the PDFs and went back to ask about it. They took the time to figure it out and printed a new, correct copy, without charging me extra. That earned the five stars. If I were to be charged again, they wouldnt have got the five star rating.

I went in to ship out a package with a prepaid return label and had the barcode for them to scan and print the label. Upon arrival I was told that they could not print the label for me and that I could use one of their selfservice computers to print the label. After doing this I was then charged 2.30$ for use of the computer and printing of the label when this charge was not disclosed jn the first place. I am not mad about 2 dollars but I am extremely frustrated that I was charged for a service and that this charge was not disclosed prior.
