Ive been a patient of Timberline Dental for eight years and Ive never had anything less than stellar service. I (luckily) dont require anything other than normal cleans, and Jenn is the best. Shes so friendly and gentle, getting my teeth cleaned is like just having a chat with a friend. Jenn has helped me took control of my dental routine to have the best health I possibly can. I recently decided to get cosmetic veneers on my front teeth, which was done by Dr. Brandon. I absolutely love and will vouch for how amazing they turned out! Natural looking and perfect, well worth the investment. I highly recommend Timberline Dental, from all of the staff Ive encountered, to the products and services I receive, and the value.

Dr. Brandon and the team at Timberline are amazing. I had two crowns placed and as someone who avoids dental care from past experiences I will no longer have that issue! My crowns are beautiful, he matched them exactly to my healthy teeth and was amazingly patient with me. He made sure I was comfortable both appointments I had with him. I have also seen Dr. Dawn as have my children and she is just as patient and kind. We highly recommend Timberline Dental in Flagstaff for kids and grownups alike!

I have a long history of dental issues, been to many dentists. These folks are the best thing that could have happened for me. Experience is everything! In addition, the staff are truly the nicest folks you will ever meet. I have a beautiful set of dentures now and could not be happier. I highly recommend the fine folks at Timberland Dental!

Ive been a patient at Timberline for a few years. They are always friendly and efficient. Their receptionist is welcoming and very nice. Dr. Brandon always explains everything going on and keeps you in the loop during procedures. I am not a fan of dental work, I cant think of anyone that is, and they make things comfortable and very easy. I recommend their office to everyone.

I moved to Flagstaff a few years ago and was cringing at the idea of finding a new dentist and hygienist. Dentist offices are already not my favorite place to be. I found Timberline Dental and Ive never questioned my decision. The staff is incredibly pleasant. Dr. Brandon is super detail oriented, kind, and doesnt encourage you to go through unnecessarily expensive and/or painful procedures for his gain. My favorite hygienist is Ashley. Finding a gentle yet thorough hygienist has always been a challenge for me, but shes absolutely incredible. Not to mention, shes super personable. As picky as I am, I wont be going anywhere and highly recommend Timberline to anyone.

Had a root canal done there and it was painless and one of the nicest experiences Ive had at the dentist. Really great people and would recommend them to anyone that needed work done. Thank you so much :)

I went to Timberline Dental for a second opinion after my dentist wanted to pull a tooth that had two crowns and a root canal over the last ten years. Dr Tilts did some minor adjustments to the surface of the tooth and now I am pain free. I had my dental records transferred over to Timberline Dental. I highly recommend Timberline Dental to anyone who wants honesty & quality.

Absolutely painless. I was very stressed out about having to have a molar extracted (including bone graft), but Dr. Brandon Tilts performed this procedure quickly and PAINLESSLY! I took pain meds that afternoon and before bed, and never needed another one. I highly recommend Timberline Dental for their caring, efficient and gentle treatment.

Dr. Brandon Tilts and the rest of the team at Timberline do excellent work and provide a great experience. I used to hate going to the dentist... I thought it always meant that everything would painful because Ive had a few bad experiences in the past. However, Timberline changed all of that. Dr. Tilts makes you feel at ease, and is extremely good at what he does. Ive had fillings, crowns, cleanings done at Timberline and have always had an excellent, efficient, pain-free experience even with all the problems with my teeth. They are the best!

By far the best dentist Ive ever visited. Dr. Brandon Tilts is thorough, compassionate, and incredibly talented. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.

I arrived on time, and was brought to a dental chair about roughly 15 minutes late (give or take a minute). I sat through an extremely delicate hygienist probing (meaning she hardly did anything but measure for some depth value in my teeth which is a ridiculous waste of time to assess gum/tooth health - the hygienist job is to do this during cleaning unless you like wasting the time of your clients in their already busy and underpaid wages in this small community). Before any cleaning began the Dr. arrived with his dialogue (which I have to say is the only dentist I have visited who has ever come checked your teeth before the hygienist cleans them). I then was told that because I had TOO much tartar, I had to schedule another visit in a month and that I had to pay extra to have this extra tartar removed. This is fine, but I do not appreciate paying for lack of work ethic) I looked the Dr. directly in his face and stated that my teeth were not that bad and he agreed.I asked repeatedly to each person (of the 3 employees involved, including the Dr.) in the room at different times what the cleaning procedure entailed. When it came time to show me the estimated cost for my work that day, I refused to pay for extra cleaning time and was told that they could not clean my teeth.I asked repeatedly for a regular cleaning, one in which I would not be billed extra, and they refused. After sitting in the dental chair for 45 minutes without any actual cleaning having been performed (this conversation was 5 minutes), I walked out.I had 2 of the 3 employees tell me that there was nothing being done to my teeth different or extra, they simply were billing me for the extra time. When I asked them why it was nearly an hour I had been there after they were late setting up my room they had not much to say other than the Doctor walked out of the room while I was talking directly to him and returned in a huff when he heard me say that I was still talking to him even though he was walking away. I visited here just under 2 years ago for my first time which ended after several visits of work with a referral to an outside oral surgeon. The surgeon he referred me to told me directly I do not need to have my wisdom teeth removed (Ive had all 4 since they grew in with space for more, I am 33 years old), but I continue to have each visit contain a lengthy, and rude, in my face (literally) discussion about all the terrible things that are happening in my mouth related to my wisdom teeth. He simply does not want to do work on wisdom teeth for whatever personal reasons he may have, and that is fine, but I dont think the client should have to suffer through this interaction, ever. Each visit I am met with blatant rudeness and disrespect and I have no respect for any Dr. who would run any type of medical related business in this fashion. If I were buying cheap goods from a street vendor, I might expect a bit of a hassle to obtain what I intend to purchase; I dont appreciate the guilt trip treatment or the test of my knowledge session that is required to find out that I need a more customer oriented service and/or Dr. to provide me the basic dental care that I expect for both my time and money. Dont waste your time and/or money here; both insurance and out of pocket.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The hygientist waited till I was in the chair to tell me that she wasnt going to be able to do my cleaning because SHE had somewhere to be. I had this appointment for 3 months. I had to take off work and drove all the way across town for xrays?! Neither she or my dentist were even the slightest bit remorseful, not that it would have helped... I prefer to go to a dentist who actually values my time, which is not here!

I had an excellent experience while at TImberline. I started out my appt very nervous and uncertain but was quickly relieved when the staff came in to assist me. They did their best to soothe my anxiety and they definitely succeeded. During the appt I felt no pain at all and they kept me in the loop during the entire process. I recommend Timberline very, very highly and will definitely be using their services again!
