The place is really cute, very clean. Everyone seems really nice but my nails look sloppy. I don’t think this gel is going to hold up. My pedicure was ok but the polish doesn’t look great either…my nails are naturally long but it was hard to communicate with the gentleman who did my nails, and so I ended up having all my nails cut off…over all, it wasn’t a terrible experience but I will not be going back.

I don’t suggest getting nail art here. Line work is all over the place and looks nothing like what I asked for. I’m also bleeding in multiple spots from the drill. Will never go back. Pictures for reference of what I asked for versus what I got. Paid $126 for this and a pedicure.

This was my first time coming and I will absolutely be returning! I never get my nails done because prices are always too expensive but I couldnt be happier with all of the service I received for only $35! And such wonderful people! Online they were completely booked for the day but I was able to call and they found an appointment for me! While I was there everyone was so friendly and attentive. I couldnt have had a better experience!!

This was my first time and will be my last time using this business. I had an older gentleman do my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure went well but the manicure did not. I have my arm in a cast because my wrist is broken. He was really rough twisting and turning my hand with no regard of the pain of a broken wrist. He cut my pinky cuticle and made me bleed which still hurts. He was in too much of a hurry instead of taking his time. This is how my pinky nail looks. The other 9 nails dont look too bad but could have been better. I would not recommend this particular person. I didnt get his name. Cant speak for the other workers being this was my first time and I only have experience with this particular person. But wont be doing business with them again.

Ive been getting my nails done for 7 years and have never found a good nail tech, I figured I would try somewhere new (like always) and honestly I couldnt have been more satisfied with my nails. My experience was 10/10 thank you Lily, you did an amazing job!

He can do anything I throw at him, and Ive requested some very intricate designs etc! Not to mention they redid the inside awhile back so its definitely been modernized so to speak. Prices are great and the location isnt too bad either!

Didn’t appreciate what happen on Saturday I had a gift card from Christmas 2020 as I couldn’t use the gift card right away because of Covid! I went in on Saturday and they told me no I couldn’t use it because it was a new owner if that’s the case then why is the name the same on the building and on google. They threw the gift card In the trash! I’m highly disappointed!! I used to love it there

Neo is fantastic, the facility is very clean and they don’t reuse files or other single use products. Only complaint is they reuse monomer which should be changed between each client. other than that everything is great! finally have found my go to nail place!

The Girl That Attended Me Was Very Patient And Nice She Took Her Time On Me And I Just Love How She Did Me Pedicure and Manicure 💖

I was not impressed with this nail salon. My pedicure was okay but the guy who was doing my pedicure and manicure was obviously new (or just not good) and had to re-do a couple of my toe nails FOUR times because they kept smudging. Finally after the fourth time they gave me those little flip flops. Ive never had that issue at other salons. When he was doing my manicure he cut my nails WAY to short even though I asked for a little trim. It has been a week now and my gel manicure has already chipped on two nails. I will not be returning to this salon nor would I recommend this to anyone.

I had a great experience. Unfortunately, I had an accident where I smudged the paint on two of toes and the nail tech repaired it with no issues. The only thing I did not care for was that you had to wear a mask even if you were vaccinated.

Higher priced than Im used to, but neo does a great job on acrylic nails.

I like basic pedicures and manicures. I am always so busy and in a hurry. They do a good job at getting me in and out. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

I went to Kim nails and spa around 9 in the morning and it was pretty dead. Amosphere was cool not a lot of chatter (just the way I like it). I just sat back and listened to Lorde while the nail tech did her thing. I will be returning.

Usually get pedicures, they have a wide range of colors for gel. Not a regular customer but come here when dealing with ingrown nails. They are so cleanly and professional. Best place. They always use sanitized utensils and new plastic bag liners for the water tub.

So first off I live in Espanola and I dislike our nail salons so I searched all of Santa Fe and didnt care for the reviews so I then searched Albuquerque and Kims nails & Spa came up, So I called and made myself and my Grandma appointment for today, I only gave 1 day notice and they booked us. We arrived and were immediately seated in our pedicure chair and got started on. We were handed a menu to pick our service, handed a basket full of colors to choose from, there were so many and all Beautiful, and theh wvwn accommodated a seat on the side of me for my 4 year old. They were so patient and took their time and did not rush. When I tell you that was the best pedicurw I have ever had trust me. Then I also got a Fill on my acrylics and the guy was so easy and gentle and did an amazing job and was so patient with me because I am always indecisive. They also did my nail design perfectly. So friendly and the placw was So organized and CLEAN. We will be going back in 3 weeks and Im also takimg my mom, It is definitely worth the Pricetag and worth the 1 & 1/2 drive. I have found my new go to nail salon. Thank you guys so much!!!

I didn’t like the work of the boy who did my nails because he was learning whith me and he left my nails all cricket and uneven I wolde recommend that places but not whith him I will go do my nails there but not whith him but grate place 👍🏼

My first time here and was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. I was a little late due to unexpected road construction on the way there and my tech didnt seem inconvenienced at all. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I didnt leave with any cuts on my fingers or toes, which is a nice change from other places in town. The price point is fantastic for their quality of work. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Excellent quality nails. They last, with zero lifting. The shape is perfect, and is not thick. Color lasts an entire three weeks. Probably longer but I go every three weeks. Honestly the beat nail salon in Albuquerque.

They where definitely over booked for the time I came in with an appointment @ 5:30 pm, I waited tell 6:15 to start the service and didn’t end up getting out of the shop tell almost 8oclock ..... my nails did come out beautiful but the wait was just a little to much for me to want to come back again...

Neo was my nail tech and I got these amazing acrylics. He is such an artist; I cannot thank him enough! He was very nice and patient with me. I think the man who did my pedicure was Henry?? He did a great job as well. 10/10 would recommend this salon to anyone. The seating was very comfortable and they’re following safety guidelines to a T for quarantine.

The owner (Gabriel?) And his wife own the shop and he did my deluxe pedi. He was so thorough and brought me a new pack of supplies for my next visit - which means they care about sanitization. They also wear gloves. They have the most adorable little girl too. They took us without an appointment for pedis and my friend got a gel ombre mani. Im impressed with the service I was given. They didnt rush and were extremely welcoming. I got a honey scrub and mineral mud mask the wrapped with warm towels and it feels amazing. My feet havent felt this good in a long time. Definitely a must return. At the end, I was even offered a bottle of water. Thats never happened at a nail salon. They really care about return visits and their clientele.
