Great pedicure! A bit overpriced. 😒

I been going to Darling Nails & Salon for a few months and it is amazing! Anna is the best and she always does a great job. I have gotten my nails and hair cut here and I am never disappointed. The service and everything is great.

First time I’ve been there & they go above & beyond to make you feel pampered! Love the results 💅🏼Quy is amazing 🙌🏼

Anna was wonderful. She took her time and really paid attention to details. Thats what I am really looking for in a manicure and pedicure. No puppy-mill style conveyer belt get me outta there as fast as possible. I will keep coming back as long as they keep treating my hands and feet like they deserve attention and pampering. TERRIBLE!! I have been looking for a new nail salon, so I have tried a few over the past months. I have been able to go 4-6 weeks between fills. I tried Darling because its around the corner from where I live and I got a 20% off coupon in the mail. I visited the salon less than a week ago. When I called to make the appointment they were very accommodating and saw me late in the evening, 6pm. When I walked in the salon, it appeared fairly clean (4/5). There were only 2 people there; Anna (nail tech/co-owner) and a man (another employee). The two of them spoke to each other in Vietnamese the entire time. He didnt speak a word to me. She gave me her rings of nails to choose a color. I choose my color. Unlike most nail techs, she didnt even try to make small talk. When she did talk it was apparent that she is RACIST. If you arent asian, do not go there. Luckily (I guess), she could tell I am half filipina. She asked me repeatedly if I wanted to get waxed. So much hair! I make you better. I wax all the hair. No joke. I have all acrylic over my nails (no tips). It had been almost 5 weeks since my last fill. I went in because my nails had grown out a bit and 2 were starting to lift. She used the file to remove the gel polish. She made comments about how thick the acrylic was and asked where I had gone. Then she said oh americans. (I liked the shape just fine.) I asked her to take off a little of the length, but keep the almond shape. I ended up with oval/round. I asked for a chrome color. She used a very very red base gel color and then the metallic powder over it. Apparently, the nail techs share supplies because she complained and muttered under her breath about the other girl who used her powder and messed things up. Anna applied the powder unevenly, so my nails look like they are different colors. The red shows through on several of them. When I went to pay she informed me that the chrome was an additional $12 and the shorten the length an additional $8. Including tip I paid almost $50. Would have liked to know that when I asked for the services. (I have NEVER been charged to have them file the length down a little.) Prices for services are not posted anywhere. By the time I walked out I had already decided to not return. By the next morning I had noticed that the underside of my nails were jagged, so I had to file about 4 of them. When I was combing my 3 year olds hair my nails were getting caught (the hair slipping under the acrylic where it was lifting). Within 2 days, the gel polish was chipping on the sides for 3 of my nails. On day 5 the polish on my thumb peeled off! Today, the acrylic is lifting significantly on 4 of my nails. Less than a week since I went in and I have plans to go get my nails fixed at a different salon. Save your money. Avoid the rude and racist comments. DO NOT GO THERE.

Super friendly staff!! They seen about us right away even though we didnt have an appointment!! It was even better because they took the time to fix what a previous shop had done with no extra charge. Anna was fabulous!! These chrome nails are must, also.

Came back here to have a nail that broke fixed. She stripped the old acrylic off and the new nail came out lumpy, uneven and crooked. Wont be coming here again.

Got a great haircut, very thorough, no stray hates that were missed. Reasonably priced you can get your nails done and a haircut here. Haircuts need an appointment though since it can get busy, but you can walk in for manicures and pedicures. Nice people, great service

I loved coming here! They did an amazing job and they were very prompt when we arrived. Cynthia was very sweet and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

She did okay. The shape and finish were nice but we’re not attentive to the design and when I asked for certain colors to be changed my comments were not acknowledged. Good technique-wise but lack attention to customer.

I LOVE THEM!!! She did a really go job on them and she gave me a $6 discount plut she took a picture and is posting them on their website! I would definitely go here!

My family and I went to this location for haircuts and pedicures. The service was excellent. The staff was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. Anna especially did a great job on our hair wash, cut and styles. She listened to how we wanted our hair cut and went above and beyond to deliver what we asked for! I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for their salon services.

I have been coming to this salon for a while and Anna cuts my hair exceptionally. I love that I can style it very easy after a cut.The nail service is the best. The solan has the newest colors and technique. I had rainbow chrome gel nails done and they look fantastic and dont chip. I just love the quality of the products and service. Finally, the salon is clean and organize. I just love this place.

I am so pleased with Anna and the work she does. She is a very talented person who truly does care about her costumers and sending them off satisfied and happy. I had the best experience with her today, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you again Anna I’m truly loving my nails.

Ive been coming here for a year now and the service has remained consistent. Everyone is super sweet and sure to accommodate your needs. I am super picky on what I want and they make sure I love what I get before I leave. The salon itself is super clean. They have special wrapping for the pedicure tubs which if youre someone who likes to get their nails done, cleanliness is a major plus.

The ladies here are wonderful! They always make my daughter and I have a great time! So friendly and kid oriented! My daughter always leaves with a smile in her face and I have never had a bad experience with anything! Great place for nails, pedicures, hair, and waxing needs!

I have been here 3 times and each time I get amazing results! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and very talented in ever aspect they have there. Anna is an excellent employee super friendly and does amazing eye brow waxing.

Was driving by considering a new place for a manicure. Went in so glad I did because I will definitely be a regular. Fantastic selection of color and the hospitality was amazing!!! Got a manicure and a pedicure spot on but if you get the pedicure I would most definitely splurge and get either the 2 or the 3 (I did the 2but will definitely try the 3 next time...I was in heaven just with the 2)Im sure the 1 is great but from experience I was happy . plus prices are super reasonable

Great customer service and relaxing music. The technicians here are very friendly and skilled. On my recent visit, I had a hard time picking the design and color for my nails so they helped me out and Im super satisfied with the results. Thank you the ladies at Darling Beauty salon. Do not go here if you want quality service for your nails! I got a overlay and one nail was broken during the process and it was not fixed. Also the nail polish job was completely atrocious. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and I’ve never had this type of experience. I will never return here again and I’m greatly disappointed at the quality of service regarding their nails. If I could give it less stars I would!

Every time I go here Lisa always does an amazing job with my nails. She always listens and does exactly what I ask for. This nail salon has great customer services and atmosphere. Everyone is always so friendly.

I have been coming to this salon for a year now. Everything is always clean and the staff are so friendly. A lot of salons are not open on Sundays so this is very helpful to me. My mom gets her hair cut done by Anna and a re base and pedicure. Nice place and very convenient.

Anna has been doing my hair for over a year. She is one of the best stylists I have ever gone too - I have very difficult hair and she knows how to handle it. I also go for manicures and pedicures. They have a nice atmosphere and the location is very convenient - right next to Subway in the Target shopping center on Montgomery.

Great work. Every time I come the service is amazing and extremely pleased every time. Fell in love with the cat eyes and sets last for so long. Will definately continue coming here.

Went with two family members and had an appointment. This was our third visit but we won’t be back. Really lousy pedicure. My nails are cut unevenly, there is polish on my skin. She tried to put my sandals on too soon because the ladies with me were done and she smudged my polish. She very grudgingly touched them up and if you look closely you can see where she did it. My sister and I both missed basic services that were supposed to be included like lotion on your feet and legs. Look elsewhere for better service.

This is by far my favorite nail salon. They have a great selection of nail colors and great service. I came here for the first time about 6 months ago and now it’s the only place I’ll go!

First came in, was told to make an appointment for a few hours later by a older woman in a harsh tone. (No big deal to me about waiting.) Came back for appointment and it was obvious the stylist rushed through the manicure I was getting. Iv had my nails done quite a few times, and as I watched and made small talk, I continually noticed her skipping steps to make the appointment quicker. She was quite rough. With handling me and she managed to only get two fingers of equal length out of the full set. Will not return and I do not recommend if youd like a decent set of nails.

I had to wait 40 minutes and then it took her 3.5 hours to do just a manicure. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. I didn’t want gel and she did it anyways. She didn’t take off 3 of myOld nails so you can see the old one underneath. The white tip is uneven and bumpy. And I went there 3 days ago and part of my old nail they tried to just cover up broke off. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

A horrible place for manicure! Waiting for 40 minutes and only 3 specialists are working! Dirty towels with yellow and wet stains, somebodys nails and skin on it( disgusting..(( they use NON-disposable instruments such as nail file! Some man started to remove a polish from my nails and they did NOT even communicate that he was NOT a nail specialist..., he was wearing dirty t-shirt and has dirty hands...Then a woman-specialist came but she was not doing her work properly, ignoring nail splitting and just putting a polish over it! She did it with several nails and was not able to fix it even after I pointed to it!( The cuticle was not properly removed, and polish itself was not laid accurately and broke away two days later. Horrible service for higher money than in other places! I would put zero stars...

Not that great of an experience. Ive gone here before and every time the place doesnt feel as sanitary as it should and it doesnt seem like they follow a standard procedure on how to do a mani or pedi because my friend next to me finished hers 15 mins earlier than mine and was charged more for less being done. That doesnt make any sense. Also, the paint job was less than average. Seems like she missed parts of my nails, afraid to get too close to the cuticle, and left paint on my fingers. She didnt clean it up and let me leave with my nails looking bad. I wont be going back, I shouldnt be paying to have paint slapped on my fingers.
