Matt and all of the other gentlemen are super friendly and helpful. I have rented several times and the equipment is always top of the line and works perfectly. They have a great selection of equipment as well.

Make sure you take into account the extra 30 minutes it takes mikes employees to load up your rental and the 30 minutes it takes for them to return your rental as time YOU MUST pay for, absolutely ridiculous, especially when the total run time on the equipment is less than you should be charged for. Was told by employee would get refunded for early return but not so. Also we’re unable to rent equipment that was already rented but sat on the lot all day UNused. Talk about mismanagement and poor customer service. Making money off the customer hand over fist by shady business practices. Buyer beware.

Was told from Friday the 2nd to Tuesday the 6th of July would be a 1 day rental.. then told that for a week, since we picked up Friday at 5pm our week would start Tuesday the 6th of July because of the long holiday weekend by their front desk receptionist. Brought back machine the following Tuesday and never went over our 40 hours (one week) and hot charged a double week anyway. Really rude customer service, they dodged phone calls about handling the situation for weeks, so I disputed with my bank and Mikes has refused to refund. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERY CONTRACTOR I KNOW TO REFRAIN FROM USING THEM.They are crooks. I try to support small businesses as we are a small business ourselves but I will find another one to rent from. I thought moving towards a small town would have nicer more humble people in it, but to be honest, Id rather still be in Houston area, these small town business owners dont care about over charging or lying before you even rent or purchase to make more money off of you.IF I COYLD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.

They do good business and they uphold their end of the deal if they mess it up they make it right.

They had to close down early Friday before I could get off work to pick up my reservation. The office in Weatherford went above and beyond and delivered my table and chairs for my wedding. I want to thank the Weatherford location for going above and beyond !!

I was needing equipment for a specific time on Saturday and I reserved it ahead of time for that day. I would of had time to make other plans had they let me know that the equipment I had reserved was not returned Friday morning by the previous renter and that it may not be available. This put me in a tough position as they waited until I came in person to pick it up to tell me. This left me scrambling last minute to find what I needed elsewhere, with no luck.
