I have been coming the the salon location for 15+ years.... last month I went in and was shocked to find the previous owner (us nails) was no longer in business. I love the location because it’s super convenient so I decided to give ombré nails and it’s staff a shot! IM SO HAPPY! they are trendy and fun! This was my second appointment and each time I’ve been so happy with my nails! The staff is great! Both ladies who do acrylics are great I usually have a photo of what I want and they have delivered both time! I highly recommend if u are skeptical after us nails left to give them a shot u won’t be disappointed!

I love this place! Ombré nails fixed a very poor job my former nail salon had done. My former salon didn’t care about my business and seemed to rush me out of there even though I made appointments, tipped generously and never complained. So today I tried Onvee nails on 4th street and they made me feel welcome and fixed my nails. I had the best pedicure and my acrylics look and feel natural. I will never go anywhere else.

I went to this business two times. The first time I needed a mani-pedi with no polish. I was charged full price for this service.The second time I went I deliberately asked a lot of questions so that I would know exactly how much my services would cost before I got them. I was shocked when it was time to pay and I was charged $15 more than previously agreed. There was no agreement on what I had previously been twice told. Word to the wise: what ever you think you will pay be prepared to pay more, regardless of what is posted on the menu or what you have been told. Do not expect a negotiation.

I have been going to all nail places in North Valley and paying for a service I was never happy with. I had a bad day and stopped at us nails and it was a great experience and the job they did was great and I was low on cash but so stressed I needed to treat myself and I said Ill figure it out. Was 24 something and gave a 10 tip because experience was great, my feet looked good and enjoyed the pedicure. Massaged so good and spoke clear English and gave me what I asked for. Please come here. Clean and sterilize tools.

Us nails is hit and miss. I have been going here for 10 years. It’s best to choose your nail tech if you had a good experience with one before. Yes sometimes the wait is a long time, but they get busy, because for the most part, they do a great job, for a good price and the place is clean. Selina, the owner is usually nice, but is human and has days where she is a little curt and stressed, but hey running a business is a rough job. All in all when I go to other nail places I am disappointed and I return to my old standby at US nails. I’ll keep returning even if service is not perfect 100%, because no where is.

I think they do an excellent job at US Nails. My nails always look beautiful when I leave there. I have to travel all the way across town to get there, but its worth it!

Always do a good job and do what I ask for. They are not mind readers if you don’t like something speak up, they ask if you like it all the time don’t lie and say you like it when you don’t.

They are dirty. I walked out without getting my pedicure. Man tried to give me pedicure with same clippers he was opening boxes with unsanitary. Stay away!

I love this place. They take their time, theyre never too busy, and can hold good funny conversations usualy. Peter is my fav.

Ive been going to U S Nails off and on for the past 2 years and most of the time I was happy with their service, it all depended on the mood of the nail technicians and if they felt like working. In June was the last visit, the main nail technician was rude, rough and did a sloppy, unattractive gel nail job. I certainly was not going to ask her to re-do it, I just wanted to get out of her way and leave.

This place sucks my butt because we brought in 5 girls taht need there nails done the whole thing took about 10 hours and other people walked in and they got done before us one of the moms asked one of the workers if we can get double coat and she said no and was very rude! They have horrible service and don’t know what they think like I have al day or something! And the nails didn’t even come out that great they were choppy and groos. I didn’t even take the time out for any of it they rushed through them all. Elephant even said sorry it was ridiculous. Just our school dance horrible service horrible very bad service. I wanted to go to this place if I were you because I don’t know they just aren’t fully there. I feel like we wasted a whole afternoon well we did basically. Lady didn’t even let me use this massage thing because she said was shaking and she told the other lady to stop. There not professional.

The staff was friendly, the prices were decent, but the actual service wasnt as great. The lady doing my pedicure rubbed the top of my toe raw with the pumice stone (and she was not rubbing gently either), ouch!! Please be more careful of where youre rubbing! I dont think I will ever go back for fear of further injury!

Go there every two weeks! Love them and how friendly they are!

HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID THE WORST JOB EVER, THEY CHARGE TO MUCH, AND THAT WAS JUST A REBASE, THEY DONT FILE AND THEY SHOW LINES AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR REAL NAIL THRU THE WHITE. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY IN FACT I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD THEY ARE.THEY DONT EVEN GET 1/2 OF A STAR
