So i was overall pleased with my visit but i do feel she could have done a little better on the callus removal even if all i got was a classic pedicure. Hopefully it was an off day because so far the reviews all look good and she was so nice and my nails look cute. My feet are still just a little rougher than i would have liked. I will be back indeed. Excited to get a nail dip.

I had been coming to this place religiously for over a year and half (brought multiple clients) and it has gotten progressively worse. In the beginning the nail designs were really good and there people were friendly. Now, if I ask for help on matching a color they refuse to help and tell me that “it’s up to me” and become upset if I’m having a hard time choosing. I guess I am wrong for assuming that they are the professionals and know their product enough to suggest options. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed by a place that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at.I have never felt compelled to take the time to write a review but the customer service is NONEXISTENT. I hate going to a place where you feel that the staff is talking about you because you don’t understand their language.

I was really hoping I was going to have a great experience because this place has such nice reviews but unfortunately that was not the case. Anna was the technician who did my nails and although she was very nice I just felt like she rushed through everything. My nails afterwards were kinda bubbly and not even at all, my polish is extremely dull and she didn’t push back my cuticles so for the first few days my fingers were sore due to the acrylic being stuck to my skin. The atmosphere of the place however was very nice and enjoyable I just wasn’t able to walk out satisfied

Got my nails done for the first time in over a year and I was really looking forward to the experience. Kyana Nails delivered with good service, a pleasant atmosphere and a job well done. Anna did exactly what I wanted and even was patient when I kept changing my mind. She also was very gentle with my hands and other customers raved about the job she did on my nails. I felt special and pampered. Will definitely be back!!

Busy on a Friday afternoon but was still seen after waiting 15 minutes. Staff very friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and sanitized. I’m very pleased and happy with my pedicure. I will be returning. :)

My daughter and I went to get our nails done to have a mother and daughter day. Picked out our colors and my daughter accidentally dropped one of the bottles of finger nail polishes on the floor and it broke and splattered all over. The sweet staff said its no problem, I offered to pay for it. The wonderful staff all turned around and said dont worry about it, it happens with a sweet smile. We didnt get our nails done here yet, because of my daughter feeling so bad. But we greatly appreciate the pure sweetness of the staff and well be back for sure.Thank you so very much for just being kind, wonderful people

Best nail salon in Albuquerque! They do amazing nails and have great customer service. Once you step into the salon, they immediately get you seated. I love the way my dip nails have turned out every time here. They really take their time and understand that customer service is a priority.

I would’ve preferred to have just been told they were too busy for a walk-in then to have paid for rushed service. With all the good reviews we were excited to try this place for the first time but the experience definitely put a damper on our Sunday funday.

Complete disaster. I have NEVER had such a poor nail job. I asked for stiletto and received wide, round uneven nails. They were all crooked and different lengths. I tried to correct her and show her pictures of my nails with stiletto shape and she made excuses that this was as sharp as she could get them. I argued with her back and forth and finally gave up. I paid and then left and went straight to my regular salon to get my nails fixed. The fat pink nails are what I received from Cindy and the brown REAL stilettos are the fixed nails from my usual salon. If you value your shape do NOT go here.

I called ahead to make an appointment and told them that me and my friend both wanted manicures. They were kind over the phone and I looked forward to getting there. When we got there it felt almost hectic. They kept saying to check in and then I saw the crusty iPad which makes you enter your name and phone number. I explained that I had called ahead but that was almost completely ignored. Four separate people asked us if we wanted manicures or pedicures which made me super anxious. I ignored my gut feeling though because of some of the glowing reviews. When we were finally called back, they tried to sit me down next to someone who had an appointment for thirty minutes out and had my friend seated off to the side on a tiny stool. Despite telling them over and over that we were together and wanted to sit next to each other. When I spoke up they acted super unprofessional and upset. We were finally seated next to each other and one lady started my nails but no one helped my friend until ten minutes later. When I asked if I could have a simple design on my nails the lady didn’t know what I had said and when she told the other lady what I wanted they started laughing and talking for a little bit. It was super unprofessional. I was shocked and uncomfortable. I had to keep telling her what I wanted, correcting, and explaining it. My design was incredibly weird in the end but after so many corrections I couldn’t stand for her to be rude about it again. She would often clench my fingers super tight and didn’t explain how long to keep my nails under the light. I kept them there but it started hurting so I took it out she aggressively told me to put them back in. When she was done adding the final coat she started filing down the sides again which resulted in super jagged edges and a bit misshapen. To finish it all off, she messaged this strong scented lotion on my hands and forearms without my consent, which I ended up being allergic to. When I was finally done my friend was still having hers done. The person doing her nails cut them super short without letting my friend have input. The lady made her bleed, then just wiped it away and kept going. She did like half of my friends nails and then put them under the light, making jt take super long. She missed the entire edges of my friends nails and they turned out super lumpy. I am now without $55 and feel traumatized. Please I am begging you, do not go here. I should have listened to the negative reviews.

I got a gel mani done. 😊Turned out cute and simple. I liked how my tech applied the nail polish. She was careful and not in a rush. She also made some suggestions on changing the color that I picked, which I actually liked better than the original color I had in my hand. I loved the hand massage in the end. Also, the price is a bit cheaper than other places, but the quality was on point for me. I will def come back here for my next mani/pedi!

I have always been pleased with their work. They are a bit pricey, compared to other nail salons, but you get what you pay for. Their gel manicures last up to 3 weeks and they have a good selection of colors and try their hardest to match what you are requesting.

My nail tech acted like she was in a rush, my acrylic was thick, the shape of each nail was different and I had to keep making her fix them to make them match, the polish came out uneven and bubbly, she cut me a couple of times. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or come back here.

I went in for a full set, it was my first time and I was nervous. I loved my nails!! They are the cutest set I’ve had and the shape is immaculate! I wish i would’ve asked for the sir’s name. Also, I added a pic, they’re the light pink ones with the butterfly stones on the ring finger 😊

My nails were ok for 40 a set. Within two weeks three of my nails broke in half. I was really disappointed in the quality of these nails. I will look for another nail salon.

Came in for a full set and a pedi after work, I could not be any happier! My nails are stunning and perfectly shaped. Anna took her time and made sure I was happy with everything. My pedicure was amazing as well. I definitely found my nail place and I will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere is great you will not be disappointed.

Went with family to get a full acrylic set, kids mani/pedi and gel manicure. Staff got us in immediately and did a good job with all of the services we received. Prices were reasonable as well. I was very impressed that they didn’t use my daughter as an opportunity to rack up charges, most of the salons I take her to, they start offering her every add on, and what 6 year old can say no to that!

I’ve been coming here for years, the only place that I’ve found that consistently does good work for a good price in Albuquerque! I’ve seen them do everything from simple and classy to crazy Pinterest designs perfectly! Anna is my friends and I personal favorite ❤️

I had a manicure when I was visiting family in Seattle in October. I had not had a manicure in a while. When I got back to ABQ I needed a touch up. I drove by Kyana Nail Spa and read walk-ins were accepted. I had some time so I went in. This was my first time at Kyana. The shop was small but clean and the owner Ben greeted me and set me down at a station. The shop was busy with customers getting pedicures and manicures but that did not stop the quick service I received. I had gel polish put on after the manicure. Loved the color! I have been back twice since then, one for a color change and one for a manicure. Tanya did my nails the first two times and Lily did the third. I really like taking the time to be pampered. I am so extremely disappointed in my experiences here in the recent past. Twice I made an appointment and twice I was passed over blatantly! I took my daughter today and we made an appointment 3 days ago for 2pm...only to watch him walk right up to a lady that said her appointment is at 230 and just overlook me and my daughter patiently waiting for the past 45 minutes! Enough! So sad for my daughter who absolutely loves her pedicures! Kyana nails should be ashamed!

I finally found a tech I’m very happy with after 15 yrs on the hunt. The basic services are above average, plus plenty of choices for spa extras. This is my third time here and I plan on making Kyana my regular spot. I highly recommend you treat yourself to high quality treatment, colors, products, and a friendly staff.

This is my favorite nail place! I’ve tried many other places and there’s nothing like this one for a good price! Always happy when I leave and everyone is very friendly, especially with my 5 year old daughter when she gets her nails painted. And there’s never a long wait! :) very happy customer! I came and got my nails done yesterday with my sister. My sisters nails came out amazing and the lady spent a lot of time on them. Mine did not come out good and I’m very disappointed. The nails aren’t even the same shape and they are rough on the ends because they weren’t filed good. One has a chunk of the powder dip under the nail. My thumb nail isn’t even shiny and you can tell she added more to it. I still have black all around my fingers. I asked for gel nail polish on my feet and I’m pretty sure it’s not my big toe is already missing a chuck of polish it’s only been one day.

The lady that did my nails was rude and the job she did was not pretty. I got a manicure and gel polish. The polish has bubbles and I have polish on my skin. Then she filed my nails after she finished my nails. Doesn’t this break the seal and cause them to chip faster?? Seems like it would to me! The place was also messy. Towels on the floor, food and drinks on the back tables.

Dustin does a outstanding with my powder dip nails. Kyana team are all courteous, welcoming, and professional. They handle the high volume times with grace. The salon is clean and pleasant. Give it a try!

I never had pedicure before because of my fear of others touching my feet. I starting getting pedicures in 2019 with my daughters wedding bridal party at Kyana Nail Spa day. The young lady Jen at KYANA did such a good job she changed my fear. I later went to a different Nail salon because of my good experience, however it did not turn out as good as Kyana. I figured it deserved another chance with another Nail salon and again it turned out horribly. I will forever trust KYANA NAIL SPA for all my nail care. Thanks Jen!

I made an appointment for my parents and myself for pedicures. It worked out even better than I could have hoped. We were all taken on time, at the same time. The technicians were helpful, courteous and very good. The whole shop is very professional. Definitely recommend.

I had my eyebrows waxed the left one is misshapen and looks terrible. I had a dip done. The clear product was clumpy so consequently my nails are not smooth. He only did the dip twice, the color is uneven and you can see my natural nail in several places. The only great service was the pedicure I got from Emily. I will never go back. The time and money I spent was a waste.

Editing my review unfortunately. I orginally gave 5 stars. My girl recommend Dustin as she is very picky with her nails like me. My 1st and 2nd experience were good! He did my nails very nicely. But as I kept going I would make an appointment with him and I would get there and he would keep me waiting for upto an hour each time. Whats the point of an appointment?? I didnt mind the 1st time bc things happen but this continued. He started rushing doing my nails. His work became sloppy and he would take ppl in-between and make me wait again. The gal next to me on one occasion had to return for he had did her nails rushed and sloppy too. She was not happy as well, she was telling me. I soon realized it was quantity vs quality with him. Not ok. I tipped him so well all the time and was very patient! I will definitely not be returning anymore.

I made an appointment with dustin and when I got there they made me wait for 15 minutes while they stood there and talked. Dustin DID not do my nails and I specifically asked for him and my mother asked for him too when we made appointments. I went there for a year before I moved out of state and specially came there while I was in town to get my nails done. The lady who did my nails was VERY rough and when I told her I wanted them longer she cut them shorter anyways . I’ve always loved this place but me and my family will not go there again.
