I take very good care of my nails. Ive heard many negative things about this place, but I needed my nails done last minute, so I went here because everywhere else was closed. It was friday @7pm... My nail broke Sunday morning. This has never happened to me before. So I went in Tuesday (Monday was labor Day) and asked them to repair it. They immediately gave me an attitude saying I broke the nail myself. $3 wasnt the issue. Its the principle. I had a card signed by the technician who did my nails, but all of them decided to start talking their mumbo jumbo and continued to say I broke my own nail. Now Im getting annoyed. And Im not a confrontational person, so I didnt go in there arguing. I just didnt feel I should have to pay again. But its ok 😊. This is y I only support black owned businesses. This was last minute, but never again.

Came here to surprise my 11 year old daughter with a mani pedi the lady nam was moving fast to get to other customers, my daughter told her she had been bleeding from nam cutting her cuticles but she just kept on then putting some liquid on it, I informed nam that I would pay along wit my own pedi was done together, she became so rude to state to my nail tech “the last time she was here she didn’t pay don’t do her nails “ I explained that was a lie it was my 2nd time here last time I was here was two years ago and I never dealt wit her just Jackie and I tipped her very well, I informed the owners brother to look at my daughters nails he and a lady did then put something on them . I feel this place is disgusting behaviorist she made the mistake own it but to further lie and state I don’t pay was/is outrageous further more she indicated and threatened her son would take care me!! I’m appalled and would NEVER recommend this place 👎🏽👎🏽

I enjoy this place. They try to do a good job. They are open on Sundays and thats great for me. Theyre polite and they cater to their clients. They are a little expensive, but Ive paid more for a worse nail job. Im happy with them. Anna did my nails and she does a good job.

TERRRRRRIBLE. I’m so mad . I asked for a gel pedicure. Everything was going great, conversation wise, the establishment is clean & cute. But when I asked her to clean around my nails she kept saying it’s fine. I asked more than 5 times and showed her the toes. Still didn’t fix it, I know never to come here again.... terrible .

They are so rude(the lady especially)!!! I went there to get a color change, the lady sent me away because it was going to take too long. I decided to go somewhere else it took under 10 mins for me to get one. Please save your time and energy and dont go here.

Terrible service. All about money. I asked the lady how much would the cost be in total while she was in the middle of doing my nails. She got mad and refused to continue doing my nails. She told me to leave. Another lady jumped in and started to curse me as well. The owner, a man, just kept on doing what he was doing. He didnt even bother saying anything terrible never will I go back. They also have a lot of reaches and it stinks like mildew.

Poor quality all they know is regular acrylic and polish. I told the nail tech I needed a natural color she picks a clear SNS color she pretended like she didn’t know. Gives me a different color no where what I wanted and DOESN’T have a variety only a starter kit of colors. She buffed off the color and had to redip! Then chargese $55. Not worth the trip I give this place a 0 PERIOD!

I love Nam and Nicole they are great..The only minor set back is sometimes you have to wait.

I will never go to this nail salon EVER AGAIN!!! Annie did my nails, she is very nice... The problem is i got jail polish put onto my acrylic that i had previously gotten done before i came on vacation... I got my nails polished 2 days before christmas they started to peel 2 days after christmas. I went back she polished over the layers that were already on and now im sitting here peeling my polish off by the chunks. Nice ppl they must water down their gel polish tho. Next time i will go to the Bronx, yonkers is no bueno for nails...
