Maria did a wonderful job with the work she did for me! I have had appointments with Terry, Erica, and Maria and they are all amazing. My face hair is virtually gone and Im looking forward to getting other spots taken care of. Its a bit pricey, but Ive tried laser, waxing, tweezing, etc. and nothing has worked like electrolysis. I travel from Fort Worth because I appreciate the great job that these ladies do. Another thing that I love is that they set out numbing cream for you. If you show up a little earlier you can grab one of the small containers and apply it to the area that will get treated. This has been a life saver for my upper lip, because its such a sensitive area. I have a high tolerance for pain too, so if I were you I would use the numbing cream! Enjoy the hair free skin :)

I had my first session today with Maria. She is very nice, informative and personable. She explained the process and gave me more valuable information that I didn’t think of during the treatment session.I’m hoping that the next few sessions will show a difference. Overall I feel good about this place.Update- At first the hairs took awhile to grow back but after my last visit the hairs came back quicker. Not sure what’s going on there. Also the treated areas are forming into dark spots and I’ve already suffer with dark spots. Anyways, I’ll keep going to see maybe there was something going on with the machine but if I don’t see a true difference I’ll stop going & I been sick the past few weeks so I’ll definitely keep y’all update soon 🤞🏾

Completed free consultation session with Valerie.She explained the process. Did a few hairs. Not very painful at all. Next day came to paid for 1 hour session. I was not pleased with Valerie.Not sure I will return. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have been going to Sandras Electrolysis for 8 months to permanently remove facial hair. Maria is a fantastic electrologist! She is friendly and the office environment is very comfortable. I had been to a different electrolysis office in Dallas before in which the consultation did not go so well. But, at Sandras, Maria took the time to zap a couple of my hairs so I could see what electrolysis feels like. I highly recommend going to a consultation if you have unwanted hair and would like it permanently removed! I have been battling with facial hair since I was 8 years old so it feels wonderful to finally find a method that will have life long results. I do have to say that it is not cheap though- you must budget for the electrolysis appointments and make sure you have the money and time for it. I have spent approximately $1,300 for the past 8 months and predict it will cost up to $2,000 to have all of my thick, dark facial hairs removed. But, I am happy with my results so far and look forward to continuing electrolysis until there is no more re-growth!

I have been going to Terry for about six months and Im extremely happy with my results. Terry is kind and professional, and she keeps her workplace clean. I feel little to no pain when she works on my chin and the corners of my mouth. The center of the upper lip is a very sensitive area, but Terry is always gentle throughout the process. I began my electrolysis treatment in New York but had to find an electrologist in Dallas during a family visit. Teryy was so great. Shes kind, efficient and is great at what she does. I did not feel any plucking of the hair- which is something you should pay attention to because the hair should be able to slip out easily with a tweezer so if you feel the plucking it means they are not doing it right. Her office was also clean. The treatment was just as I expected based on the good reviews. I initially got an appointment with someone else but cancelled it because i prefer a certified electrologist like Terry. Will definitely go to Terry when Im in Dallas!

I had my first session with Terry recently, and just from that, I know shes the provider I need! I am planning on having minor work done around the face, as I grow some hairs in places undesirable to me on the face. We started with some stray hairs around my forehead and above my eyebrows! As anyone would be, I was nervous about having someone treat my eyebrows, because I really do enjoy the way they look, I just want to get rid of some fine stray hairs around. She took my concerns to heart and let me draw an outline of what I would want to keep and want to remove. We consulted about how I only wanted to remove these hairs, and to not touch anything that could be considered the core of what my eyebrow is. That meant, extreme attention to detail and to not even get close to the actual brow! She didnt take offense to my request, rather she took it on with a very good result! I am going so into depth because this is a very sensitive area and even one or two hairs from the wrong place could leave you looking a bit different. When she began treatment, I could hardly feel a thing! Very comfortable treatment and the end result was great! I can honestly say she worked in the areas I marked, and any hairs left outside (very little) are appreciated by me because it signals caution. You can always remove, but you cant put back! I will be getting those cleaned up next session along with the other areas I need worked on! Post-treatment side effects were very mild, maybe a tad red but nothing noticeable! If you need someone who will listen, makes great conversation, and understands your needs, please go see Terry at Sandras Electrolysis! You wont regret it!

Even though i was late, she also accommodated me and even went over the 25 minutes that i booked to ensure the job was well done. I was quite impressed.

I went for my first electrolysis appointment ever and I didnt know what to expect. I read different things online as far as how much pain it would cause and what the effects of it were. I was pleasantly surprised when Terry started the procedure and it was not nearly as bad as I anticipated! She is gentle and very friendly, makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Three hours after the procedure the only thing that remained was the absence of hair. Ive nothing to compare to except laser but the minimal discomfort was more than tolerable and way less than laser! You wont be disappointed!

Terry was great, shes informative & very gentle though I did have a warm prickling sensation, I left with a few hairs on my chin. PS: Drink lots of water, exfoliate the area or areas & moisturize!!!!!

I’ve been to Maria several times now she is very professional, and also very informative about the process, and thing I should do before I come in to be sure the procedure works as best as possible. I have been here for my third visit and so far I am very impressed. I have been to a few places before and by far here takes the cake. Carol has been treating me for hair removal and she is absolutely wonderful. Very professional. The places I have been to before was painful and yielded almost no results. Here I actually fall asleep and have had amazing results. No regrowth so far. Their machine and Carols knowledge and experience I am sure has everything to do with it. Ive been going to see Terry at Sandras Electrolysis for about two years on a weekly basis. She is a board-certified electrologist and follows strict guidelines for infection control, which is very important to me (I tend to be OCD about that type of stuff). She only uses single-use probes and autoclaves her tweezers. This is a minor detail that most people might not care about, but one time she forgot to get me a pack of ice and already had her gloves on; she is so attentive to infection control that she used a paper towel to open the door to get the ice! Most providers (healthcare ones included) lack this sense and only wear gloves for their own protection with no regard for their clients/patients protection and freely handle contaminated surfaces with their gloves on.In terms of skill level, Terry is excellent. Ive seen great results over the past two years (Im eliminating hair on multiple areas of my body) and have never had any complications. She also is very personable and knows how to make her clients feel comfortable with her. I highly recommend her!
