Been going to this nail salon for years now. The ladies here do a great job and are very welcoming. Its a family friendly nail salon that have always found ways to accommodate people even on their busiest days!

Nice place, ladys are very nice and friendly. I even learned some Korean 😂. Always my choice when I wanna relax 😉

So came here due to a family emergency. Wanted to get my nails done. Got my two daughters and myself done. They got regular mani and pedi of course. I got the gel powder dip. It was my 1st time and I really enjoyed the conversation between myself and tech. Got finished and it my nails looked crazy good( or so I thought). Got them done Tuesday evening, by Saturday morning I was returning because the polish used is and was not Gel polish. Could not be gel polish because it should not just peel away. It chipped in more than one place. The tech said they may have not dried properly. So here it is Tuesday of the following week 10/13/2020 and my nail polish is chipping again and peeling. Sorry to say I will not be returning.

The workers are always super friendly but just like most nail places even with an appointment they still multi task and do things with other customers and leave you waiting to get you finished up. I went on to do a polish change with the powder gel. For those of you that know it’s not like acrylic. So to soak it off it’s super fast. But since they wanted to multi task they let me sit there for over an hour. Something that takes no more than 15 min.

Very warm and friendly. They know their customers by name.

Will always be my favourite place to go! If my nails can withstand the amount of dirt I work in, and they still look brilliant, you know these ladies are top notch!!

Ive had manicures done there and they were alright but it was the worst french pedicure Ive ever had and it was not cheap. I am of Asian (East Indian) decent and it could be the reason why the staff rushed my session. Although Ive patronized them for the past couple of years, and tipped them very well, too, but I do not think I will be going back to them.

Small place. Very personable. All of the ladies are wonderful and eager to please. I appreciate that they remember your name. They truly value their customers

I paid $91 for a dip powder manicure and pedicure on Friday. Today is Thursday and I am again at the nail salon getting my nails done because my nails are all cracked and chipped. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

The ladies here are very sweet and attentive. I had very small nails that I like to keep short and bad cuticles, but they did fabulous. And they’re prices are good too!

I walked in without an appointment (which is not recommended during weekend hours). Thankfully had a short wait, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed! Very welcoming environment! I will definitely be making this my new mani pedi place

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They do an amazing spa pedicure. They are taking all COVID safety measures.

Its my first time coming here coz there was a 2 hour wait at the salon I initially wanted to go to. This place may look plain but dont let that fool you. Its relaxing, clean and the ladies who work here are so nice and took very good care of my feet. I will definitely come back. After looking for 10 years in Yonkers, I think I finally found my new favorite nail place!!!!!

Quiet, cozy, relaxing place. Lovely ladies. They take good care of your nails. However if youre into extravagant, super fancy nails, this is not the place for you.

Very nice people but not thrilled with the powder gel nails I had done. Got the same exact color that I got at another place but instead of the nails looking clear like they did at the other place, they look cloudy. Not sure cloudy is the best word. They arent smooth to the touch either. They did the job in a crunch but not sure I would go back.

I just came from having a mani/pedi and getting my eyebrows done from this place and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff worked swiftly but carefully. They were so kind to me. Im pregnant, so they gently escorted me to each station. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. I felt like a princess from beginning to end. Thanks so much, Princess Nail for treating your customers so fabulously!

As someone who travels a lot for work I needed a place to go on my lunch break. I always turn to google to seek the best places to visit and this place didnt let me down with the reviews. The owner gave me a pedicure and it was great, you could get upgrades, but I didnt have time for that. I also got a gel manicure - I was passed on to a young woman who did a magnificent job, she was so sweet and gave the best neck and shoulder massage after my nails were finished.Unfortunately I couldnt remember anyones names because I am doing this review 5 days later and still extremely happy with my results. I recommend bringing cash for tips.

The staff is very nice and attentive. Love the bonus hot rock calve massage and hot oil heel treatment as part of a regular pedicure.

Wonderful customer service and they do amazing mani and pedis. Michelle is who usually helps me and she’s great. Takes her time and listens to your requests. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I drive right after work after telling them I’m on my way and they take me in. I wanted to grow my natural nail out and so Michelle recommended sns and since then my nails have been stronger and longer. Highly recommend this establishment

I was out of town and went to a different salon after being a patron of Princess for over a decade. Was reminded why I will ONLY go to the lovely ladies at Princess. Prices are fair service is friendly and attentive and they all do a wonderful job on my mani-pedis & brow waxes!

Michelle (owner) really takes care of you and makes sure she remembers things about your life to made you feel like family. Kind of pricey but so is everything else in that area.

I just walked out because I am sitting there waiting someone else walks in they sit down on their own without being told to and no-one decides to say I was the next customer they then decide to start her pedi ... Total poor customer service.

Love them. Lee and Michelle do a consistently great job, are personable, friendly, and professional.

Horrible, I make my hands and feet much better. I did not remove the cuticle, nor did the dead skin on the soles of my feet. I left the same as I entered, the painting is ok, but not the big thing. I do not understand the opinions of others. Do not spend your money there.Low quality service.
