I enjoy being able to contact someone in the office and almost always someone answers the phone and can answer my question or makes sure it is addressed as soon as possible. Everyone on staff has been very professional and courteous.

They wouldnt rent to me and I was in a shelter with my kids because I didnt have same range of pay for 3 months of. Course my pay was gonna change I was homeless

I dont think they give priors a second chance,we all could use a break from our youth MISTAKES. How can they move forward without the hope of being part of a responsible society.

Great renters. They were very accommodating when I was looking to move to Quincy. They showed me several of their properties over several weekends when I was moving from out of town. They have a wide variety of properties and are very responsive. Ive never know Bryan to take more than a day to resolve a maintenance issue. I would definitely recommend All Phase.

Do not rent through this company! Thought this place looked legit. Ended up renting an apartment that was full of hidden rodent droppings and mold! The landlords or management company didn’t want to fix or inspect the mold problem further so my infant son ended up with medical problems from the exposure of mold. They didn’t want to replace personal property that was damaged by 5 ceiling leaks that they never had properly fixed. We had renters insurance to cover our belongings, but when there has been 4-5 ceiling leaks because it was not properly fixed the first few times and having an unlicensed worker try to fix it, became your responsibility and fault. But still wanted to keep deposit since we left early due to the mold. We were told at a meeting that they would have to wait until we left to fix the molding tiles with no care about anyone’s safety. They make it sound good, but don’t do there do diligence as property managers should. I had to ask for 3 window screens so I didn’t have to worry about the wasps coming into the apartment, & that never happened after well more than a months wait. There was also times I needed maintenance and would come home to random workers in my “home” when I told them I didn’t want anyone to enter unless I was aware since this was suppose to be my private space I paid for. Which IS a privacy violation issue that renters should not have to deal with. This place is a joke, and do NOT care for there renters well being, they just want there money. Please find someone else to work with.
