So rude and nasty. WILL ROB YOUR MONEY!!!! Was declared a state of emergency, buses weren’t running, schools were closed, and still got nasty with me and charged me 1/2 of a service not performed which is against the law under conditions out of your control. Doesn’t care about you, only your money. Would’ve made a lot more off of me than 40$ had you been understanding. Don’t waste your time here. The owner literally bashed me on her Instagram story and blocked me. Emailed her- no response. Blocked me. Took my money and ran. Btw they don’t let you bring your kids. What kind of women run this business?! Disgraceful!

Got a wash/blowout, manicure, and pedicure, and I was in at 10 am and out by 1 pm—super efficient and excellent service.

Tai was a pro at getting my ingrown toenails out. Best pedicure ever! And my new set of dip powder nails look amazing!

I work on my feet all day so I booked a much needed Pedicure. The technician Jenny I believe took great care of my beat up, crusty old feet lol. I left walking on clouds. Great service and great price! The owner Tai was very pleasant as well. Will be coming back for sure.

I’ve tried this place 2 times. 1st time wasn’t terrible a girl named Jilary did my nails and she was pretty good. I tried again thinking it would be the same person but instead I got a girl named Jenny never seen here before. She started to do my nails and as she filed nails kept popping off and she kept re gluing them. I stressed that my nails needed to be short due to where I work and she still proceeded to make them long. My nails were all crooked and all different sizes and shapes. I stressed to her that my middle finger was crooked and was shaped wrong she told me it was my own view at my nails. I was so upset I canceled my pedicure and went elsewhere. Now she also put jews on my nails, this was Friday today is MONDAY and stones are already coming off. $47.00 later.. how can you look at my nails to see if there all the same length and see that they are all diff sizes and do absolutely nothing about it? Unexceptable. It’s very clear she didn’t want to be bothered with me or let alone do a decent job. I will not be back.

Awesome place. The quality is magnificent. Normally I get my fill-in every 2-3 weeks but being I’m doing renovations in my kitchen I haven’t gotten back. It’s been four weeks and my nails are still strong. No lifting. That says a lot about the quality of the products they use and how it’s used. The staff is friendly and professional. I waited long but it was worth it. I was informed of making appointments, which is a plus. So far its my new nail salon. 💅🏼

I called to come get my nails done and the person I spoke to said I can come right now. She never mentioned anyone having any appointments, nothing. I came all the way from the Bronx for her to tell me I cannot do my nails. Mind you, there was NO ONE inside the nail salon. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Next time advise your new clients that you have appointments. Be clear instead of having people waste their time and money!!

I went to this nail salon for the first time since moving to Yonkers. My sister-in-law recommended and booked me an appointment. I was serviced by Erica (I think that was her name) a Spanish woman, very nice, attentive. Very selfless, you’re right, whatever your selection is, she respects it. She was very patient with me and I loved that the most! She took her time with me and did not rush me or seemed annoyed. She was super friendly and sweet! I loved my nails. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. She’s also very detailed. I loved the massage at the end of both mani and pedi! Definitely going back, a plus is that it’s only 10 mins walking distance.

My Boyfriend treated me to a manicure & Pedicure for my birthday today. It was my first time going to Tai Nail Spa Salon. I was immediately greeted by the staff. Stephanie did my nails for me. After finding out it was my birthday today she offered me a drink which I happily took. I am very happy with my nails & the service & hospitality. I will definitely be returning back again.

Five stars because these ladies take their time and work to perfection! I have been searching and searching for a good nail salon in the yonkers area and this place is a hidden gem. Very pleased with my experience and the pricing. Maybe call before hand to make an appointment or to see if they are busy as the salon is kind of small. Very friendly and down to earth staff!

I relocated to Yonkers 6 six years ago and have been searching for a nail salon that was able to offer me quality nails, affordable pricing, great customer service and creativity. I found all that and much, much MORE when my daughter and I stumbled into Tai Nail Salon today. We were greeted as customers...but treated as if we were friends or family. Our expectations were far exceeded and we were more than impressed!!! The search is over. Thank you so much ladies.

It’s a nice place to get nails done but the only complain I have is that you must make an appointment every time and for me that’s not possible All the time. So for 2 occasions I’ve been there and they tell me to make an appointmentIf I’m already there they should work a way to keep me there, rather than having me leave, besides what guarantees that the ppl making appointments will show all the time. They are making a huge mistake there, ever since I haven’t gone back and doubt I’ll go back.

Almost a week later and my hair and nails are still fabulous thank you Brenda. I have to gush, it was like being welcomed home. Youll feel like family.  It started with a pedi, then my very first gel manicure. Typically Im not a fan of polish given my heavy hand use... amazing! Then most sublime head massage they call that a shampoo thanks Tai. (Also the yummy coffee with nutmeg and cinnamon) Cheers to Brenda for the smoothest blowout Ive ever had!

Im so glad I found a place that takes there time. I felt very welcomed and the staff always made sure that I was ok. Very humble, and funny the staff. And they did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I Definitely will go back again. Thank You so much for making me feel as part of the family. 😘

Today was my first time visiting tai nail salon and I loved it. Me and my mother have visited many different nail salons trying to find one that would meet our expectations, and not charge a arm and a leg. THIS IS THE PLACE! The prices are very affordable, and their work is remarkable. I have never had a full set done like this before, it’s amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted like customers and treated like family . I will definitely be back!

This review is solely based on my experience with Stephanie. She has completely stolen me from my nail tech who was on vacation this week! She is warm, welcoming, sweet and pays spectacular attention to detail. She took her time and was very patient. Usually Im fussy over my nails but I didnt have to instruct her at all. She was very informative and its clear she has a passion for what she does. My SNS nails came out PERFECT! I would follow her anywhere. I am finally 100% happy with my nails after all these years!!!!! Thanks Steph!

I’ve tried this place enough times.First time I went it was a decent pedicure but it was during the holidays so I thought going back would get me a better treatment. One week later the white was yellow. I went to my regular lady and she confirm it was because the polish was too old. I went to get my nails done and got the UV gel because I need it and this was the only salon available. I called ahead and got there with time. Told me they were a little behind and I understood since it was a Friday. After 1:30 hours waiting, I sit down and Tai left my real nails so short it hurt to move my fingers. I get UV gel always with another tech so I know how it works. During the process she left them super fat. The kept on putting nail polish because the color wasn’t coming out right. And the paint job was poor. She added more gel coats and you could see from miles away how uneven the nails were. The polish was trash and left a weird form on my nail so I asked her to re-do it. She did but look as bad as before. So after 2 hours in the chair I decided to leave it. From 5 P.M. when I got there until 8:30 I was getting home. I sit down and as I was reaching out for something I felt a pop. One nail came off. Then the rest followed. Never in all the years I got UV gel did they come off so easily and by themselves. Went again for a pedicure because they do take out all the ingrown nail. Poor costumer service. Poor paint job. Nails half painted. I am unsure if they treat new costumers like that or everyone in general. I do see their regulars posting on social media and it looks great but again, not good as a new costumer. Poor paint job. Poor costumer service. Poor management. Out of the 3-5 that work there I only see one license hanged.

No relation .... but best nail shop in Westchester... small but cute and not rushing to get to the next customer . Brenda was wonderful s few weeks later my hands still look great and my feet feel wonderful.... my 1st time there but definitely will be a repeat customer

Easy to find there is metered parking, small location but I like that she took her time on me, I don’t like when a nail tech rushes. Definitely go with time because you will spend a good amount of time there but if your patient you will be satisfied. Prices are okay but because they take there time and make sure the nails look great I can deal with that. My nail tech was Jirely definitely someone you want to do your nails.

I know were in Yonkers, but come on. Bilateral paronychias to my big toes after a pedicure is unacceptable. The woman who did my pedicure dug so far into the sides of my nails for so long they were extremely inflamed and swollen. I watched as she also wiped away traces of blood. She spent so long tearing away the skin around my nails that she finally noticed I wasnt comfortable; her response was then to squeeze my toes and ask if they hurt. ...What do you think maam. My cuticles were fine before I walked in and now Im leaving with red swollen toes and pain for 2 weeks. I had an infection following this visit, and I was away on vacation so I couldnt seek medical treatment right away. I enjoy a nail tech who takes their time to really give my nails the treatment they deserve, but even the cheap cost does not make up for poor work. The lady who worked on me took 40-50 minutes just to file and clip my cuticles. That is too long to complete a simple task. Thats more than 2 minutes per toe for filing and clipping. I gave the 2 stars for the cheaper prices and professionalism another employee offered as I left. The polish choices could also use an upgrade, but were not terrible.

Not only for the professional, knowledgeable, friendly service, but the Team make you fell like at home with a relax and welcoming environment, offering coffee, wine, tea, Champagne. On those special occasions like anniversaries, Christmas, B day etc.. Had high hopes for this salon since its at a convenient location from home. Called ahead and was told they would call me back when they were available to start my services. Got there within 10mins of the call, only waited about 15 min to get started. The owner seemed nice and started my toes, but had to leave midway. Another lady took over but was a bit rough on the toes. It seems after the owner left it was party time for the staff. Loud music and talking. One tech actually threw her legs up on the table and started doing her own toes. My nails came out ok, but wasnt the neatest job, the acrylic was kind of fat and bulky, could have been filed down way more. This is a Spanish owned and operated business. I get it, the loud chatting and music...to each its own.

Never in my life have I been to a nail salon where the service has been SO SLOW! Omg, it took the girl almost TWO HOURS to complete my filling. I wanted to run away honestly. The shape was ehhh, but at least the staff was friendly. Coming to get my nails here delayed my entire day.

I just move in yonkers so i google best Nail place so perfect i read the reviews and i take an uber i got there at 10:25 am so she tells me with attitude the she will call me when is my turn im like but you open at 10 am is 10:25 how is like you will call me can at least they do my pedicure first the lady told me is 2 people in front of me but guess what not one is there she is making coffee so i ask what kind of business do that, so new costumers thats their welcome on a friday in a nail salon they need better costumer service for real when i enter that door not even a good morning just what you need for real is crazy.

I have been here a few times to get pedicures and acrylic tips. I must say I’m a tough critic when it comes to my nails and Tai does an amazing job and always gives me honest helpful recommendations. The customers service was horrible and the work was even worst.. the GIRL cut my toe like three times and then had the nerve to have an attitude with me.. I didnt even let them paint my nails or my feet, I wanted out of there. Never ever again will I go there or recommend any customers. Oh and to top it off I was going to give a two dollar tip because someone else finished my nails (cause the other GIRL was crazy) and this chick had the balls to charge me tax and a dollar more.. THE WORSE NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. FIRST I WALK IN TO WAIT ONE HOUR TO BE ATTENDED AFTERWARDS WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR HER TO EVEN SIT DOWN AND ATTEND ME AFTER SHE SITS DOWN I TELL HER TO CUT MY NAIL AND SHE CUT MY REAL WHOLE NAILS INSTEAD OF ASKING FOR THE LENGTH OF CUT THAT I WANTED AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE I HAVE GOTTEN A FRENCH TIPS SHE PUT “DIAMONDS” SHE DIDNT HESITATE TO DO WHATEVER SHE WANTED NOR ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED WITH THE DIAMONDS GOT MY PEDICURE DONE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS $40 FOR GEL ON MY FEET AND MY NAILS $55 AND SHE DIDNT EVEN PLEASE MY NEEDS TO AT LEAST SHAPE MY NAILS THE WAY I WANTED THIN !! OVERALL THE PRICE WAS $95 FOR JUST NAILS AND FEET VERY EXPENSIVE THE PRICE WAS OVER THE ROOF ! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERY AND WORSE PLACE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY TO EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE service.. everyone of the workers are spanish speaking and will literally talk so much crap about you in front of your face!!! Not to mention they do such mediocre jobs at manicures and pedicures! And would rather lose customers by eating and dancing then make some money. Pathetic definitely would NOT recommend.

I went to this place about two weeks ago and had an awesome experience, I had gotten my nails done two days prior to that and had an awful experience at another salon and walked in hoping they can fix the other salons horrible job and that they did!!! They re shaped my nails to a proper coffin shape and applied gel. As for my pedicure it was to die for. Did I mention I was served a Mamosa upon arrival!!! Needless to say my experiemce was very pleasant I felt extremely comfortable I would give this place a gazillion stars if possible and cant wait to go back! Its so hard to find a good salon no a days and its a Spanish owned business which I was both surprised and excited about... I highly recommend

Clean...the staff is very talented & kind, Jilary has done my nails a few times, she took her time, we talked about her beautiful little girl (I like Jilary so much that after 2 visits I went & purchased 2 of the same Minnie Mouse outfits for Jilarys little one & her sisters little girl (the sister whos name I forgot is good too) The power Tai is so sweet, funny not to mention gorgeous, her mom Lily (I pray I look 1/2 as good as Lily does when Im a gramma) Lily has always waxed my brows..they also sell nice sunglasses,bags,jewelry & I purchased a bottle of liquid that makes your eyebrows grow fuller, I noticed a change in 45 days! My nails are nice but it takes forever just to get my nails done I go in about 3:40 and I get done at 6:15 and there was only 2 girls in front of me and 2 girls almost done and the lady is very aggressive on my nails and cut me like 5x it felt like my fingers about to fall off and gave 5$ tip 🙄 but my nails look nice
