The owner Evelyn is super sweet, very professional and does everything she can to accommodate everyone. The salon is modern, spotless, and organized. The women who work here are all wonderful and do a great job. This place is a gem! My new go to nail spot!! Appointments recommended this place is popular!

Went 2 times by apt and walked out because apparently 12 means we get to you when we get to you. even seen 3 workers on 1 girl. Mean while i waited til the experience of a day spa made my blood boil and finally walked out. Been coming here for years great girls bad management.

Im very disappointed in my experience at your business. After countless times, I told the nail tech to file to my fingers size. She still couldnt get it right. The nails were not even at all and most of them were crooked. On top of it all she didnt even ask me if I like them. Just jumped up to the next client out of exhaustion. Please do not waste your money here.

I used to come to this nail salon a long time ago and the workers have always been great. The new owners have improved this place so much and the same great workers remain. Its so much cleaner and much more professional. I bought my mom a gift certificate for her birthday during COVID since I knew shed love the pampering! A massage was a perfect gift with a mani & pedi. Definitely worth coming to see the new place!!!

They do a good job but everytime I got there I pay different prices and today they charge me $20 extra for gel polish on top of the already $45 I paid for the pedicure. I have money so it’s not that but a lot of times they get over and they overprice. I won’t be back. -Tina MIND YOU THAT DND NAIL POLISH IS $5 for the set ! Im a business person and I never try to penny pinch or get over on my clients.

They have new owners that really turned this place around! they’re extremely attentive and mindful of covid protocols.all of the nail techs are great but Gladys is my favorite. they take their time and you never feel rushed. it’s exactly what you expect to experience when you’re looking for a relaxing place to pamper yourself.I was genuinely tired of spending money on my nails to have mediocre experiences. I’ve been here 3 different times since the new owners took over and I can honestly say they’re consistent!clean, great work/prices, and even better service. they have water, chocolates, candy, and even chargers for us.i’ll be here every two weeks!love you Gladys-Suzy

The space is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Its a great place for anyone looking to get superb mani/pedi in a warm and peaceful ambiance.The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My nails and feet looked beautiful. I usually like to DIY but they have changed my mind. I am looking forward to many mani/pedis with them.

Horrible customer service, and my nails did not come out nice. I thought I would try a new place that was closer to where I lived, but Ill stick to going to the nail salon by my job from now on where its cleaner, better customer service, and better quality in the Bronx.Today when the lady was done doing my manicure and pedicure, all of a sudden she wanted to be rude and rush me out of the seat. When all I was trying to do was ask her a question regarding the service. She would keep on cutting me off and talking over me and telling me to move in a rude tone, not once, but THREE times. Then she felt the need to talk in Spanish under her breath as I got up from the chair. Im 8 months pregnant also. Its like she expected me to jump off the seat into the next seat. The staff needs to be more considerate for people that need more time to get up from a chair. It was the lady with light brown highlights in her hair, I did not get her name.

I went on Saturday to do powder nails. Sunday one nail broke, Monday another, Tuesday another so by Wednesday I went in. These ladies are something else. On my cracked powder they put more powder on top. Didnt bother to take the cracked one off and guess what? Next day my nails were cracked again but this time my on nails broke. I spent 130 on that Saturday for me and my mother in law, $20 in tip, i expected a better job. Horrible, horrible job bot to mention they are a little aggressive and pretty selective time wise with the people they work on. Dont waste your time if you doing, powder, acrylic or gel.

Its my go to spot for years! No one can beat their standard pedicures thus far. However, if you go late afternoon or weekends you might have to wait.They do work quickly and at times two nail technicians will take care of you simultaneously. The salon is in need of paint and updating their massage chairs.

I went in for a mani/pedi. I’m 36 weeks pregnant. At 6:35p.m. all the workers had their coats on. By 6:45 I was still drying my nails and they started turning off the lights and asked me to leave. I told them “no,my ride isn’t here yet and it’s cold and dark outside” they said “sorry our cab is here” and they told me to wait in the store next door. They had all the lights off before I walked out. They’re suppose to close at 7:30 but kicked me out 6:45. This was very rude and inconsiderate. I won’t be going back there, this is not how you should treat customers! Plus, my cuticle is bleeding because they were such in a rush !! 😒

I absolutely love this place, I’ve been coming here for a lil over 6 years, and I’ve never had a complaint, very professional and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone!

After waiting for 2 hours, they told me that they could not do my nails because it was too late, and I was not even the last customer, that walked in, two people walked In after me and they had 2 girls working on them to finish them. Who does that???NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! and i am a repeated customer...the last time i was there 3 weeks ago a spent $75.00 plus tips.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE!!!I only gave them 1 star because unless i picked one i could not leave a review, i rate them a -100. My time is worth a million dollars.

If it were possible to give them no stars I would; you’re paying to get your nails done, but owner refuses to remove gel or tips on weekends! She told me “take a day off during the week.” Sure, if it’s for free ... seriously?!

I live nearby...i find it relaxing to go here. Nice music.
