Is it Possible to give a ZERO STAR!? This company picked my 30+ Company show truck off the highway of 81 and delivered to Chevrolet of Bachman & Bernard Greenville, TN and driver was notified by TED of Chevrolet Service Center that there was damage to the front driver rim, and after verifying was also to the passenger wheel as well. Lynn Hope towing claims they did not do it and are not responsible.. but my blackvue official videos reveal audio and footage of the rims rubbing the rails on tow truck that I clearly stated the truck was wider than an average truck and needs to be delivered by a flat bed tow truck that it can fit on....Lynn Hope asked for footage of videos but I have sent pictures and video of the truck sitting in Chevrolet Greenville, TN parking lot so the rims just magically got damage to them, no big dealRight....DO NOT USE LYNN HOPE if you have an expensive vehicle. BELOW ARE pictures of our Show truck first three and then pictures from our TN SMOKEY MOUNTAIN TRUCK FEST SHOW. then pictures of damage to the wheels it received from the TOW to Chevrolet of Greenville, TN

Charged my Allstate roadside assistance $85 and then when they dropped me off 10 mi later they charged me an additional $50 I call that double dipping and fraud I will be reporting them to the better Business bureau

Towed my Mercedes-Benz from Morristown to Knoxville. Vehicle was in a hard place to load and several other towing services did not have right equipment or did not want to make the tow. Hope came and was very careful loading my vehicle. They were on time friendly and delivered my vehicle to shop with no damages. Thats what you want from a towing company.

On 11/24/19 at 8:35am on John Graham Rd, a worker was VERY rude. I kindly asked for him to move his truck due to him blocking the opposite side of the road for people to drive on. The car that was having a tire change was on one side while his truck was on the other. He was standing there talking to the man, laughing in a casual conversation. He looked up at us and unfortunately did not do anything. When I asked for him to possibly move his truck, he stated, “I’m working but I guess.” It was very rude and uncalled for. He moved his truck behind the car they were working on so that we could get by them and traffic in the future could also. As we passed we waved and mouthed “Thank you.” He looked at us and looked away. This behavior was uncalled for and certainly will keep us from using your business.Thank you

The tow truck driver was very nice and polite. They did a great job getting to me in a timely fashion and there was no problems while towing my truck. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to others.

Just to move a truck 21minutes away from right down the road from them was $350.00 they charged a $225.00 towing charge and $125.00 delivery fee I thought a tow was pick up and delivery.

Lynn Hope towing is the only tower that I will use! Gets to calls in an efficient amount of time. Prices are good and they do a fantastic job with whatever task you need. I never have to worry about needing a reliable tower because Lynn Hope will always be my choice!

I have AAA and their tow truck wouldnt tow my car because it wasnt on asphalt. So i used the roadside service with my car insurance. Nope they couldnt get my car either. Lynn Hope was my last resort. Walter was the tow truck driver and he was awesome!! I truly wish i would have called them first to avoid the aggravation and headache. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car too. Save yourself the aggravation and call Lynn Hope. I would rate them 10 stars if i could!!

Explain publicly (because you’ll have to explain anyway in front of a commission) how a predatory tow from Marathon in Mosheim to your yard in Greenville costs over $300!?! For 10 mile of towing, over $30/mile!!!!Or how much do you pay for a tip to low life gas station owner to get such a predatory tow?Well this isn’t over, enjoy your money bc I’ll make sure you’ll never get license in this state!

Had a brand new air compressor STILL IN THE BOX in my car when i wrecked it. They towed it and when I got my car back 24 hours later the only thing I had was a crushed box... So just Dont leave ANYTHING U might need in it if u call them.

My cousins Tahoe was taken in and when offered to pay $450 or $500 he wanted even more money to get a car that he paid 000..just trying to keep people’s car not do the right thing .... all about getting more than $500!for towing just one week in storage that’s crazy wanting more than $500 .....not fair .....poor minus rating don’t let him tow your car
