HORRIBLE JOB!!! came to this place for tips and gel pedicure and the lady was rushing and was rude. I just wanted to leave this place. Looks like I need a filling already.WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Now I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get this trash fixed and done the right way. So disappointed.

Disgusting they charged me 40$ for my acrilic nails and they looked Disgusting. I felt like the lady who did them had no intention in making any a minimum effort for me to come back.they end up looking like mini trucks 🚚

Worst place I’ve ever been to!! If I could give 0 stars i would. It was a waste of $95. Their nail polish was old and their dip powder was the worst, she struggled so much just to spread it. She did a bad job at EVERYTHING, she barely shaped it, she painted over my cuticles, and it wasn’t smooth, she also rushed to do her job because they were close to closing. At one point she stepped on my feet that I had just gotten a pedicure on and looked at me but didn’t even check my feet. At one point the nail chipped and she just painted over it, and when it looked bad she said she couldn’t do anymore. I came back the next day and told her that I need a refund or to paint it again, she said no no it looks fine, and when i repeated myself she got mad and said no refunds. It wasn’t until other customers said that it looked very bad that she finally painted them again a different color and she did a horrible job again, DO NOT COME HERE!

My powder gel manicure lasted 3 DAYS before chipping and cracking. I am so disappointed. When I left the salon, once the lotion on my hands dried, I realized there was dried up nail polish and powder on all my fingertips. Very messy job. Also not the cleanest place.

Honestly I should have seen all the red flags.This place is always empty. The reviews are bad. The workers will not even smile at you and say hello. They just roll there eyes and say pick a color and start talking about you in there language. My nails look Awful for $50 fullset. One nail broke in the car as soon as I close the door. My fullest has 3 different shapes and I asked for coffin. when I politely asked her to fix it she messed it up more on purpose. Then when it was time to pay I asked her to please not charge for the shape I never got and they threatened to call the police on me for not paying. Never Again

Horrible service. They add acetone to polish to thin out. Not Friendly. Never again.

Theres a lady there she always changes the price to get extra out of her customer for what its not worth. She very very very unprofessional and unreasonable

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been coming to this nail salon for years and have never had an issue with any of the ladies. However today I went to get my gel manicure like I do every 2-3 weeks and Lisa was the only one available to do it for me. As someone whos the boss and in charge of everyone else, she is EXTREMELY rude. I explained to her as she was doing my nails that I wasnt satisfied and she assured me that they werent going to look bad when she puts the finishing coat. Needless to say, THEY LOOKED WORSE. Each nail looked cracked and smudged and I was so mad. But she didnt care. She told me that they looked fine. I was not paying $25 for cracked white nails when I couldve done them myself. Lisa made me take my nail polish off by myself and I walked out with disgusting nails. She has lost my family and I as customers and I urge you to speak up to her if you dont like it what shes doing. Because she will take your money anyways.

Always quick to get started and they take their time doing your nails. you dont. feel rushed even if there is an occasional line.

The location of This nail salon makes you feel like you will receive the best customer service since it’s located in a great neighborhood. but that was far from my experience. There was a sign that promoted mani and pedi for 20$ Mon-Wed. I brought my mom there and she left there crying out of embarrassment. When the lady was doing her pedicure she started laughing at her toes, and started talking in her language to the co workers as they came and looked at her feet. They rushed her pedicure as if they didn’t want to touch her feet. Like really?? This is your job!! I I, myself did a pedicure no problem, my lady was ok. I had to step out for 5 min to pick up my son from school down the block and insisted to pay before I left; so I can come back and fianish my manicure. The lady was like “no it’s ok pay when u come back”. I said ok and rushed to get my son to come back. When I came back my mom said the lady made her pay for my service before they can continue hers!!! They asked her to pay 3 times infront of everyone for my service which the lady said I can pay when I get back. Like if this was issue I offered to pay before I left, why would u embarrass her like that. To end things off my mom still tipped the lady 3$ even after the bad service, and the lady threw the money right back at my mom!! She should be grateful that she received anything. I approached the owner before even writing this review to kind of give them the open floor to apologize and to do right by us being first time customers. And the lady approached her worker she denied the accusations and they left it at that. Poor service, don’t let the location fool you. Looking at all these other reviews I’m not the only one!!!!

Ive been going since it first open in the beginning it was great but after time has gone by they gone completely down hill there equipment is dirty they dont clean throughly they rush the job so they can move on to the next customer the staff is very rude they directly look at you while talking in their own language basically its a dump👎👎👎👎

Worst experience with acrylics. I went to Canaan on Saturday to do my nails. Lisa was the only one available so I went to her. She put a lot of glue and also pressed extremely hard on my nails to the point where it burned. Also, the acrylic job was so messsy that when she was finished, I had white, dried acrylic residue all over my fingers. By the time Monday came, 3 of my nails came off. I will NEVER go back there again.

The women who did my toes was very aggressive and the woman who did my nails cut so many corners she was like a circle. I will not be returning. My big toe legit still hurts

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. A person with MS would do a better job.

WORST PLACE EVERRRR. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR NAILS AT ALL. I went there because my usual nail spot was closed so I tried this for the first time. I wish I can post a pic of the tips I just wasted 30$ on. Theyre all bumpy and uneven. When I made a comment about them she got an attitude and started aggressively filing my skin til I bled. I will never go there again.
