This place is amazing. I am a very picky client and i expect to get what i pay for. I have def. had my fair share of nail salons that just didn’t get the job done. LaBella nails is absolutely amazing. I had Bill as my nail tech and my mom had Kim. Bill is fast and efficient and makes sure you are happy every step of the way. My mom has very sensitive hands and Kim did very well and was very soft and slow with filing and handling her hands. I would highly recommend Bill and Kim at LaBella nails. Aside from each of them the other staff is inviting and very welcoming

The man who did my nails was very nice he would stop and see if I like what he did. Also when I ask him a question he answered it. 10-10 would recommend and would go back.

It was my first time getting my nails done. usually i do polygel at home but it takes all day. the service was fast, the people seem to know what theyre doing and everyone was very nice :) would recommend!-1 star because i felt that it was a bit difficult to communicate (language barrier) + i sent a photo beforehand of the look i wanted (which requires sheer black), which they said they could do, but in store they said they didnt have the product necessary, so we ended up going with a different design. also because some of it is a bit thick in places.still a great experience though! and they gave me a 10% coupon for next time.

What an amazing Nail salon!! I had a great experience here. The technicians are extremely friendly and make you feel valued and go above and beyond to ensure that youre taken care of. Kim was the nail technician that did my pedicure and she was phenomenal!! She took her time and was very precise and amazing! I enjoyed it and will definitely be back!!! Customer beware!! Me my daughter and sister went there 3 weeks ago. We were so excited when we found this spot cause when we walked in they had displays of the nail work they claim they can do and it was a lot. So we were excited and hoping that we found a spot to get our nails done with unique designs. The staff was ok friendly, not too much convo but they were never rude.We all 3 got our nails done and thought we loved them... but with 3 days all of 6 nails had just popped off my sisters hands, not break just pop off.. We had to wait until after the the New yr holiday and our return back towards home to have them fixed. But my sister called the shop told them they had popped off and needed them fixed.. these people told her no problem you pay for fix. We was like, no, you guys should fix for free cause its been less then a week and its not like they were bumped and cracked off, they had just fallen off cause of their bad work. Then the lady tells my sister, its cause your nail to short, your sister nails not come off cause her nails better.Yall we get our nails done like I ritual, my sister has never had this problem, esp cause of the size of her natural nail. So my sister figured screw it cause they she wasnt gonna pay for them to fix their mistake. I swear literate very next day my nails begin to hurt and I noticed all of them had a crack in them and they literally begin to break. (My pictures below) my nails were in so much pain because the way they put on the acrylic was not the usual but I thought they had a technique but it was a bad one. My nails bled from under and I couldnt do anything to get them off..2 days later 3 fell off and I finally just went to a nail shop to have them removed. But I called the original shop back myself told them what happened to my nails and reiterated what happened to my sister...The lady gone tell me it was cause my nails had been on too long.. the hell it wasnt even two weeks.for me and not even 1 wk for my sisters nails.So they didnt want to fix their error and bad job and blamed us for it. No refund, No redo. We paid 60 bucks each no matter the length or style and then we tipped 20 bucks each.This place is not it!! They need to get better at applying the products and except responsibility for their error.Needless to say we will not be returning to this shop.So if you go beware a d dont leave without testing the strength of your nails.

My mother and I have been back several times, everyone me dies an amazing job! Bill did my nails naturally and uses an acrylic technique Ive never seen. He is very personable and makes sure you are happy with what you get, he has 30+ years of experience. I didnt even show him a picture (rare for me as I am a licensed master cosmetologist so Im rather picky) yet everything he said held up.

They took their time and did an awesome job. Def coming back and would recommend

I love going to labella nails, I won’t ever go anywhere else my nails are always perfect the shape is always on point and done with good detail. Anyone who’s says otherwise is a liar. I called first to make sure I could get a pedicure and get in with no wait. I walked in and they were ready for me. I chose my color and sat in the pedicure chair. The lady tested the color on my toe first thing. The color was perfect. The amazing thing to me is in the 25 years I’ve been having nail services I don’t think anyone has tested the color first just to let me see how it looked. Massage was great! Ladies were friendly. Salon was clean. I’ll be back!!

I passed like 10 nail salons to get to this one bc they were the only ones open on Labor Day. Everyone was friendly, masked up, & the place seemed clean/nice. I had a slight problem communicating with my nail tech but prices were decent as well. I will be likely to return, even if it means passing 10 nail salons to get there.

When the owner was there this shop runs better. They always jacking up the prices each visit with some poor quality work.

Semi decent nail salon. Poor quality service and very poor quality materials. Daughters pedicure lasted less than a week before it crackled and started chipping off. Her mani did not last either but i expected the mani to chip away. Photo is two weeks after, but you can see where it crackles. The crackling took place days after pedi.

First time here was fabulous! Everyone was very nice. Salon was very clean. Manicurist listened to my every want and made it happen with a few of her added gentle suggestions. Not one nick, scrape, pinch, pull, absolutely nothing unpleasant about this experience. Pricing was reasonable too! Will DEFINITELY be back 😀

I have had SNS manicures at many other locations in the area for much higher prices, and this is by far the best set i’ve ever had. They look beautifully natural, the shape is perfect, and they were very inexpensive.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and honestly this has been one of my best experiences. Tammy took her time on my nails and executed them flawlessly. I told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. I told her (and meant it) that I don’t think my nails have ever been so perfectly shaped and done. I started going to this nail salon after reading their reviews - so I thought it was only right that i contribute! If you’re in the woodstock/Kennesaw area looking for a new nail home - this one is it! Ask for Tammy! She won’t disappoint!

Do not go to get your eyebrows waxed! I can’t remember who, but she waxed off WAY too much. Without her even noticing, I asked for a tint to cover where she waxed off and specifically said I don’t want a dark tint. Nonetheless, she gave me a REALLY dark tint and I had to ask to get THAT fixed as well. And still charged me for the wax. She didn’t seem sorry at all and that’s what bothered me. Mistakes happen but when they happen act sincere. And she didn’t. I was not too happy when I left at all.

Ill start off by saying that I dont get a pedicure often, though this place was comfortable and quiet. Felt very comfortable and relaxed getting a pedicure here and look forward to coming back to this place spot to keep my feet healthy and happy. Would definitely recommend coming here.

This is my the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They always do an amazing job at great prices and treat you like family. I was pleasantly surprised to see the great ratings for this salon and even more surprised to see that it was right next to the thrift stores that I frequent. The staff there didnt let me sit down after picking my nail polish. They were all cordial. My manicure lasted for a full week with no gel just a plain polish.

So this being my first time here, I gotta say, THEY MADE ME FEEL SO AT HOME. This has got to be my all-time favorite nail salon.So much fun it didnt feel like two hours, my technician knew exactly how to treat my nails after removing . She even made sure my nail design was exactly how I wanted! Anywho, love it here, Ill keep going here!!!!!

I have tried a few nail salons around Woodstock as have several of my female relatives and all of us have ended up here. My mother, my aunt, my cousin, my son and myself all frequent this salon. It is always clean but it is the staff and the service that keeps us coming back. They remember our names and even that we are all related to each other. They are always warm and welcoming. The massage that comes with the pedicure is WONDERFULLY done. I have been happy with my results every single time I have been. Love the incentives and rewards as well.

Very very nice customer service. They did an amazing job on my nails for an affordable price. Ive been to a good amount of nail salons and this will be the one I will go back too. Highly recommend! Plus they have a rewards system. You get a point for each dollar you spend, and once you hit a certain amount of point you get prizes like free nail designs or a pedicure, etc.

We went in for lunch around 2 and it wasnt busy. Our drinks took forever, we waited on food for an hour and ten minutes. Food was decent.

Just started going here as I needed a new nail salon. I felt my old one started using cheap polish and it wasnt lasting at all. So I tried this place and have been 2 times since! The gel manicure is lasting about 2 weeks and not chipping at all. The Staff is friendly and uses quality polish. They also are very attentive and take their time. Oh and did a great job waxing and shaping my brows.

Made a reservation the day before going in and didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes. They were professional and great at her work and they really took their time doing my nails. Their service is great and way better than what I have had in the past at other salons. Probably my new spot!

Took my family to get Pedicures and I ended up with an infection in my toe. On antibiotics and pain meds due to it. It was a shame staff was nice, but will never go back! Sanitation needs to be recognized.

This is my go-to spot!!! The owner and her staff are not only so sweet and welcoming, but they take the time to make sure you leave more than happy and pleased. They are true professionals at what they do and that’s why I even drive 50minutes to get to them! Totally worth it!!!

Nice parlor friendly staff

I have given this place 2 chances and both times I was very disappointed and mad at myself for paying for the service I got. The first time I got a pedi that looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The send time I got a gel polish on my natural nails. She did my nails in 10 minutes and she seemed like she didn’t want to waste her gel polish on me. My nails look so faded and it looks like my nail has been growing with this polish for 3 weeks when I’ve only had it done for a week. I asked for pitch black it looks more like charcoal. My nails didn’t even look shiny when I left the salon. They looked smudged and cloudy and just down right terrible. I’m very disappointed because they are all very nice people, but they don’t give attention to your nails if they look good or not.
