This is the closest salon to my house, so I have been here like probably 20-30 times. They do an excellent job on my eyebrows everytime, but the nails are always questionable. I stopped getting manicures here because they always cut my cuticles up so bad. I will get sns changed, but even then its not good quality. I got a design on Saturday and by Sunday it had chipped half off, and they are closed on Sunday so I couldnt go back and get it fixed... just generally bad quality. If I payed$98 for a mani/pedi and wax, I expect good quality, not polish and dust built up around me fingers. Even the cuticles on my toes are cut pretty bad and she shaved my callus down way to far and it hurts to walk

They take their time so you may wait but it is worth it. They are up front about the cost, friendly, clean, and meticulously professional. I will return! Thank you to the lady with the red quartz bracelet!

WARNING!!! Acrylic nails are bad quality and got a terrible paint job. The gel was done horribly and I have dents and rivets in my nails..my nails shouldn’t feel bumpy. Then to top it all off I kept on getting cut during the process and never received an apology for it! I’ve never paid so much for a fill in and a design on both ring fingers for...$37!!?? That’s extremely overpriced especially for a service that was done poorly and that I feel unsatisfied with. Plus it took over an hour for the job to be completed. NEVER have I spent over 30mins to get my acrylic fill-ins. The lady took her time to do a terrible job on my nails?! Only on my second day and already 2 of my nails chipped in half!!! How?? I can understand if I bumped it into something but I didn’t, and even if I did I’ve gotten acrylic plenty of times and bumped it several times and never had them chip in half..that’s insane!!! My nails look terrible and I will not be coming back again. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of experience and customer service, and will be getting my money back. This place is highly overpriced for the terrible quality you get. If you’re looking to get acrylics done or even your nails done, save yourself the money and go to another reputable nail salon.

The nails looked great but didnt stay on my fingers for more than a week and a half. I can get that for $8 from Impress Nails. Instead I spent a bundle here to have fake nails put on thinking that they should last at least two weeks maybe 3 but popped off completely. Im not even talking about breaking just popped right off when I put my hand in my pocket. I better get my money back.

I love this place. They are very nice and they do an amazing job. I have brought in a picture of a design and it was done, even better than the picture. It is the best nail salon I have been to in a long time.

Went in for the first time and waited about 20 minutes over my appointment time me and my sister both got a gel full set of acrylics and she got her toes done all together came out to 160$ that is way overpriced and was not worth it nails started become see through and did not hold up very well.

Beautiful location. I have MS (multiple sclerosis) so i walked in with a cane. Just needed eyebrows done. At the time i went in it was 330. Only 2 ladies were working. I was told to sit in a certain seat & wait. No actual amount of minuetes were told to me. This location is the only thing i can walk to since i was paralysed due to a relapse. Heavey set lady saw me grab cane it from outside & starts smiling & laughing at me. And asked me multiple times why i had it & i had to explain my illness while she still laughed. After eyebrows were done i asked her if we could speak outside & she refused so i just said it infront of everyone there. I said i was just paralyzed & it was not funny that it was a serious illness & none of it was funny not even the cane. Needless to say im never going there again!

These guys are great. I finally got old enough I need help with my toenails. They do the job and I get a massage to boot!

I drive over an hour from Atlanta just to come see Mai! She is an amazing nail technician! I dont even know what i want half the time i just walk in and let her do her magic! I have been seeing her for 8 years and when she moved so far away i tried finding someone else. No one compares to her!!! My nails are flawless and last sometimes 6 weeks. I get the solar with gel nails bc i dremel dog nails at work and these nails protect me! Not only that but she make her own special powders! And my eyebrows are always on point. i could go on all day but its up to you to go see her. But dont get in front of me in line!

Seems like there is a new change in ownership, and isnt so great any longer.My ACRYLIC nails were very poorly done. It seemed as if the guy who did them was new to it, which is fine, but things didnt work out the next day.I could see some poor workmanship when I was leaving the store, but didnt seem too bad to say anything. Things only I could see (glitter in the acrylic, acrylic bubbles). Then as the night went on, it bothered me more.The next day was Easter. I had to work all day, but already saw in the morning that the ACRYLIC of all things was ALREADY pulling off of my nails. I had done nothing and in less than 24 hours its already starting to get crappy. Its now been only 2 days and two acrylic nails are off.The friend I went with also had a bad experience as well. They didnt want to talk to her when she asked if the ownership was new, didnt say anything when they made her toe bleed, and she had to be persistent about a SECOND color coat on the toe nails.Im going back to get my money, and never show my face there again.Edit: When I went back to tell them about my experience the lady at the front desk was VERY nice. While she was very understanding and nice, Im just not sure if Ill ever go back. I want to go to a place that is nice and has employees that care as much as the MGMT.

0 words to describe this horrible experience today.....We got here and I thought okay this is cute it will be great....wrong we got sat immediately and they started to work two “regulars” came in they stopped what they were doing and put us in pedicure chairs and sat those ladies down and went to work..... an hour later ... they finished with them and decided to get started on us....... my hands sat in acetone for that hour they are now so swollen I can’t put my wedding ring back on...... my sister was getting a fill in with sns...... they never put tips back on for her and didn’t even do the colors she asked we were so irritated we just wanted to leave...... icing on the cake we were there 3 hours ....worst nail experience of my life

Came in for a set of sns nails and she used acrylic.. then I left with acrylic residu all around my nails. She also popped a pain pill in front of me. When I went to wash my hands I saw a cockroach on the the sink walking around, then I seen the nail tech kill one on the pedi chairs. Not happy at all with this place. Never going back. Calling the B.B.B

I went there on short notice to get my nails done for a wedding. For a full set a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. I ended up paying 78 dollars Which is the most ridiculous price i have ever paid,and the product wasnt worth the price.The man was very rough with my hands and couldnt even do a straight line under my french tips. I walked away able to do a better job myself. The lady was distracted and couldnt even focus on my feet she rubbed the same spot until it was raw. I would never send anyone there. And i will never be going back.

Me and my mother were charged $55 a piece for a dip white tip set. I have never spent that on a dip set, so i called the next day asking to speak with the owner and was hung up on. Worst salon Ive ever been to as far as customer service 👎🏻
