Peter always ❤ does amazing work. I am a hairstylist and rough on my nails. I have been to many expensive placesWalking out spending $72..and polish peels off in two days . Never super happy. Peter does SNS on my nails. They last 4 to 6 weeks. At my 4 week mark I am still getting compliments on my nails. This place and Peter is the best I have found ❤ and very reasonable price

I felt rushed the entire time. He did not pay attention to detail. For a first timer and last timer....not pleased

This place is awful. Got a sns nail fixed and a pedicure so did my mom. My feet look absolutely horrible. Took them over an hour to even start my water was then cold. Asked for the long massage and paraffin wax. The massage was cut short and when she did the callus removal she messed up my feet so bad then tried fixing it while it was dry. They not only did this but they seemed to completely not care about my issues when I pointed them out no discount to try and make up for the horrible services my mothers paint on her toes was horribly done by someone who is still training.

I always love my nails. Peter and Jason do a great job! And Jenny’s massages after an eyebrow wax is always relaxing!! Nikkis pedicure is always relaxing as well. And she knows how to get rid of those ingrown nails!!!

This place is amazing! We were able to walk right in and get taken care of quickly! Peter helped me pick out the perfect colors for my wedding manicure and made them look amazing!!!! Also my pedicure was exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be going back there!!🥰

Super polite, incredible work, super friendly and respectful. Process were great, sanitizing was very great, and I will go back again. My fingers, toes, and ingrown nails are very happy.

The technician gave me an eyebrow wax, however the wax was not warm enough. When she pulled it off it was very painful and left a bruise over my eye. It was also more than other salons in the area at $12. There were three of us crammed into a small space as well, which made me uncomfortable with the current COVID situation. The technician was speaking with her co-worker who was also in the room while doing my wax. Would not recommend this place.

My friend and I have been getting our mani pedi done at Peters place for over 10 yrs.. Peter and his wife /sister-n-law are family run business and take pride in their work. They also take COVID 19 safety seriously.

The people were rude and not very talkative. $46.00 for a pedicure and they didnt even say thank you. A lady came in with a gift card that expired in July and asked if she could use it. They said no, I asked them how long they were closed for the pandemic and they said 7 weeks but wouldnt let the person use the gift card that expired 16 days ago. If you ask me thats not very good customer service 😒

Worst experience Ive ever experienced, the guy was really rough and continued to pull my feet, not friendly, did not thank me for coming, or Nothing. To be honest, they were very discriminating and serve who they want to serve. Will not return! If you are looking for a great conversation and friendly atmosphere, tbis is not your average nail spa.

So I did have a pretty significant wait time when I entered which I get because they are a high volume location (about 50 minutes in total) but they did acknowledge me and start my process for the gel manicure including starting to take off my existing gel. I really have zero complaints because even though initially I was severely displeased with my gel manicure (I dont settle for less than perfection but this was subpar) they literally fawned over me and the owner himself perfected my manicure. By the way, this was well after closing time. It was clear that they care and that even if they do make mistakes,that they want to learn and fix them .

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to they always get it right and have the pedicures. Thanks Peter and Nikki see you all soon :)

They got my mother and me in quickly and did a pretty good job on both of us! Very pleased with how my acrylics turned out and they were very nice to both of us.

One of my biggest concerns is the sanitation. I was nicked in a couple of places and they did not take proper precautions! She was using reusable items on the nails that were bleeding. I just didnt feel comfortable with that and want to warn others. My full review of the experience can be further read below.Go to Elegant Nails instead!! I am never the person to leave a review, so for me to feel the need to means it was pretty bad. I went here today because I was by Kroger anyway. I had SNS that I needed removed. Instead of filling them off like most salons do, the lady pried them off with clippers. I couldve done that myself. Then I got a manicure and she clipped all of my nails down! Ive never had long nails and Ive been growing them out for 4 months!! I was so upset. And I was way overcharged for what I received. I left a tip but I probably shouldnt have. Anyway, Ive learned my lesson.

I loved my pedicure, which was done by one of the guys. My manicure however is the worst Ive ever had...The woman who did my gel manicure was very rude! She was laughing at me the entire time because I wanted a gel manicure with clear (no color). Advice #1: Learn English! Youre in America! Advice #2: Dont laugh at your customers. Advice #3: Dont ask your brand new customer for a cash tip, again its rude! Take your business elsewhere! Getting your pedicure and manicure done should be a pleasant experience.

I was taken to the pedicure chair right away, but the service was terrible... The lady dug at my toe and now it is terribly sore. Also, very expensive. Everything costed more money that I wanted Ive never been to a salon that charged $6 more for a different shape of the nail. Needless to say, i spent $81 and I wont be going back.

So .. Gel nail polish is supposed to be 15 dlls but the lady decides to charge me 25 dlls hand and 20 dlls feet, I didnt want to make a scene, I just paid and left, never going to come back, I just wanted a gel nail polish and they started doing pedicure and manicure and I asked what she was doing and she said - its only 30 dolla and I reply, I just want the gel, nothing more and she got mad and said gel polish is 25 and with manicure 30, and I checked the pricing list and gel nail polish is 15, they are crazy they just want to charge you more doing stuff to you that you didnt even asked for.

There was a lady who had no clue on the menu prices and they were not even on the menu. So she made up the prices and when I asked for a manager he gave me different prices than her. Her Customer Service was horrible and she rushed to do just a simple service. I would never return here EVER! I wish I would of read the comments before even giving this place a dime of my money! Bummer

The original set was perfect but when I went back for a fill in it looked disgusting and they didnt even apologize. I was Also there almost two hours. Worst experience of my life. Fill in is $35 and I said Im not Im not paying they said just give us $20 and go or we can paint over a solid color. Also the stuff they use burns!!!! I added a picture above...

Worst nail experice of my life, nails are so thick, ladies were kind of rude, and to top it off they charged new set prices for fills.There are a few other places in Woodstock that are spectacular. Worth driving a few extra miles.

I was seating quickly. When the chair didnt work I asked about it and was basicly ignored. When 10 mins later the guy came to do my pedicure asked again, he messed with the control wire and it came on. By this time I was annoyed at being ignored earlier. He rushed thru the pedicure. Whole thing took maybe 20 mins. About 3 mins being on the massage. Very dissatisfied!

Terrible customer service! The guy used a dirty towel to wipe my legs. When i asked him not to use the towel on me because it smelled. He got an attitude. Then the owner was working on my nails and completely stopped working on me to start and finish the woman next to me. Never again! This place should be ashamed of them selves.

Do not go here unless you want to overpay BIG TIME. I have gone here for years just because its convenient being 5 min from my house, I have had bad experiences before but the good typically out weighed the bad, but never again will I go back. I went two weeks ago with my girlfriends. I made an appointment, I got the STANDARD pedicure ($25.00) and then I requested an acrylic set to be put on. They ignored my request and instead did the pink and white which I know is a little more expensive (only by like $10 or so), I was irritated because it wasnt what I asked for, but I kept my mouth shut to keep the peace. When we went to go pay, my total was $76.00. Someone PLEASE tell me how my nails were $76.00 when the pedicure I KNOW is only $25.00? My other two friends paid $110, and $79.00 just for a pedicure and supposed to be acrylic nails. Seriously, do not go here or you will get ripped off. VERY unhappy.

We showed up at opening time and had to wait for 50 minutes to get a technician. (Another woman walked out while also waiting.) Then they rushed right through us. Im not sure the exfoliating scrub was on my legs for more than 20 seconds. I find it unreasonable that they charged $21 for a child pedi AND then another $5 to give her a heart on her big toes! The hearts looked like they were drawn by a toddler. When we sat down to dry our toes the table had no actual lights just a fan. Needless to say the $26 child pedicure was ruined by the time we got home. We will not return.

Horrible customer service. My nails where crooked and when I asked him to fix them he acted like he was annoyed. Im sorry I thought I was the customer. Their prices are twice as high as all other nail salons in the area. Dont waste your time and money. Go somewhere else!!

I dont post negatives very often. Maybe they need to learn wth customer service is. I sat there for 40 minutes wondering how long it would be before they got to me. Needless to say this rare occasion of getting a pedicure got even rarer. Keep driving and dont waste your time or the tread on your tires making the turn into this place.
