I dropped off three rings (engagement ring, simple gold wedding band, 12-stone wedding band) on a Monday to get resized. Initial estimate for pick-up was a week or so. Got a call the next day, Tuesday late afternoon, that they were done! Sam is the owner AND the jeweler — everyone should feel 100% confident they’re getting fantastic customer service and expertise. My rings look amazing and I’ll be coming back for any future jewelry needs, no doubt. Thank you, Sam!

Went in for a simple repair, expecting to drop off and return later for a pickup. Instead he happily fixed me up right then and there, and didnt charge me a dime.. The place is super nice, with a large selection too.

Professional, polite and excellent in helping a very challenged man (me) understand jewelry. I walked in, got an appointment with Meredith who did an amazing job keeping me updated over email and phone on my project. They took my ideas, made some designs and then let me customize everything. What I got after a few appointments was a truly perfect and unique design, that came from the heart. Mass produced rings just don’t compare. They handled everything, were fair with prices and even had all the paperwork ready when I went to pick it up. I can’t recommend Sam Edwards enough. We originally visited this store to have my wedding ring (purchased from somewhere else) resized. We were instantly greeted and assisted. We casually looked at a few rings. I was relieved to find that they were not pushy at all but actually relaxed and helpful. Sam bought Londons from my dad and changed the name for good reason. I only worked with Sam a very short time. i have never seen any one person that knows so much about the business. I saw some of his repair work. He is the best I have ever seen in my life. Many stores have someone else do their repairs, but at Sam Edwards you can be assured that your piece will never leave the store.

My platinum ring had become misshapen and after explaining my woes to the owner he was able to fix it quickly and gave it a wash! Sam brought my jewelry back from the dead. I believe it looks better than when I first received it many years ago. Then when I finally found what I was looking for they actually went and worked to find ways to cut the cost for me when they could have taken me for more money.Whence I knew what I wanted they were very quick to get the ring made. I proposed on a Saturday night and my fiance was going back home for a month the next day. However, her ring was a little to big cause I gave the wrong size. Sam came in himself on Sunday afternoon and refitted the ring.Honestly, this was one of the best expriences purchasing something, because I think they realize the importance of an engagement ring and what it means to people.

They did not ask me how much I was looking to spend (which was the only jeweler to not do so) and try to sell me a ring for that price, but asked what I wanted and showed me some renderings. We also bought a matching custom wedding band at his store. He worked around my price range and created the ring of my fiancé dreams. I would recommend his service and store to anyone looking for a professional and personal place to get custom jewelry.

These guys do amazing work and really go the extra mile. I have a genetic disorder that causes the joints in my fingers to dislocate several times a day. I use silver ring splints to keep them in place so imagine how upset I was when they needed to be resized. I was worried that I would not have the use of my hands for weeks while I waited to get them back. I was so shocked when my husband brought them home the next day! Cost wise this was a small job for them, but they still worked so hard to get them all back to me as soon as possible because I needed them. People this kind in retail are few and far between. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about jewelry, but I do know that their showroom is as beautiful as their hearts.

After doing a bit of research, walked in to have an antique engagement ring appraised and resized: beautiful store, friendly and knowledgeable service from Sam and family, most excellent work on the band, a timely (faster than promised!) turnaround, and fairly priced. A year ago, I had the traumatic experience of losing my husband and a wild idea came to my mind about a month ago to have my husband’s wedding band joined to mine so knowing the great reputation of Mr Edwards, I went to see him and he let me know it was possible and suggested different ideas of how it could be done and he spent a lot of time with me and was so super nice and so was Meredith!Mr Edwards laser both milgrain wedding bands together and reduced the size of my husband’s band and increased my band a little bit and I wanted my husband’s name engraved on his band and my name on my band and I just received my jewelry back and it’s absolutely gorgeous! All milgrain are still there on both bands and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Mr Edwards’s grandfather would be so proud of his grandson knowing that Mr Edwards doesn’t cut corners as so many do and that his pleasure in this business is to see his customers so happy and pleased about the results! This has to be the very best place to do business and most of all, they are so nice and so understanding of the customers’s needs!
