A gem! Best pedicure Ive had done ever! I highly recommend.

2 nails broke after a week. They were lumpy and thin. Pedicure was rushed and aggressive. Employees were friendly but service provided was lacking.

Stopped for my partner and I to get a pedicure and her nails done. So relaxing. They did a great job on her nails too. Bonus: the angriest fish in Woodstock lives in their tank! Smile buddy!

This salon is the best! My nails were spot on and they treated with care.

I have to give a 1 star review, because when I got my acrylics done the nail polish was coming off, The lady that did my nails tears my skin right by my cuticle, and they were so uneven. Never again will I be coming back here. It’s sad that you have to go home and remove the polish because of how bad it looks.

I walked in and no one said anything, but I wrote my name down and said ok give it a minute, within that minute another lady walked into the salon. About four people spoke to her and then asked what she needed. Thats all I needed to see that I was not going to spend my money there.

This place is rude and has NO care for customer service. They are extremely over priced, and don’t deliver the service that’s listed on their menu. They’re unprofessional, and SO unclean! Please just avoid this place and go to Nail bar escape in the stars and strikes parking lot. I always go there, but they were closed so I had to come here instead. Never again! Save your money and time.

It would be helpful to update your store hours since you are NOT open on Sundays while your online info says you are.

I love this place!!! The best time to go is on sundays ! The moment you walk in they have your water started!! You almost never wait at this place! They take their time to do your nails unlike USA nails where they rush! They are super nice here! I have been going here for years when they changed management and they are still amazing. Their pedicures are amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they raised their prices! Their prices used to be awesome but it’s worth it cause they do a great job!!

I tried Ava Nails Spa because the salon I had been using was cutting too many corners to save costs yet were increasing their prices. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere of Ava Nails Spa. Everyone was so nice and friendly and complimentary beverages were immediately offered. Shannon did a fantastic job on my nails and she is such a delight! I am looking forward to my next visit.

You can get your nails done anywhere, but I value cleanliness and sanitary equipment and practices just as much as I do a relaxing environment and beautiful nails. I love my experience at Ava and will be a continuous customer! I loved Shannon’s attention to detail and superb service!

I am so glad Shannon and Stacey are here! The salon is so large and peaceful. Shannon gives the best pedicures and is so pleasant! So many color options too! And they don’t speak Vietnamese in front of non speaking customers like Venice. Very happy

Love this salon!! The owners take great care and do a good job. If they can’t see you pretty quickly, they will let you know. I have never waited more than 10 min here. Tons of color choices as well!

My favorite nail salon in Woodstock. The family that owns the salon is super friendly and do a thorough job every time. I love the fact that they offer a frequent visitor program to offer savings on each fifth visit. **BONUS** You can get a free glass of wine during your salon visit.

I’ve been to this nail spa twice. I do like the service. I received an S&S on my regular nails and It’s been almost 3 weeks and my nails still look fresh. Then I got my lashes done, and the lady did a pretty good job, the lashes will last up to two weeks if you take care of them.

The best time today, the cucumber pedi was fabulous, so fabulous I forgot my phone and had to go back to get it. Lol been with Stacy and Shannon for several years. Everyone is so friendly and go beyond to make sure your time is well used and that you have a relaxing time

Very clean. Seems different because of the new management. Owners were very nice, accommodating and offered drinks for me and my friends. I liked my SNS and its been two weeks and it hasnt budged. Very happy with my visit and hope to be back soon.

Great quality work here with Good prices. Also was given a complementary drink. They actually don’t rip you off or force you to purchase things you don’t need or ask for. My budget was low but they gave me VIP service.

My first visit. It was recommit a co_worker. I had my tips removed and completely redone. they look great and they got it all done within my lunch break.

This salon was very well maintained and the workers were nice but when i received a pedicure one of the workers ended up hurting me and continued to hurt me even though i told the employee it hurt. Another acquaintance i brought with was there for 2 and a half hours, and a lady who came in later was served first before us. I am concerned that i will get an infection from the employee cutting my skin to much. One of the employees was not wearing gloves while doing someones feet. Very nice people and enviroment just really bad work ethic and management of people. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I have been going to this nail salon location for about 15 years through several management and ownership changes and have never had such a horrible experience as I had today. Cuticles and nails look no better than when I walked in. Technician was in a hurry to get to 3 college students wanting manicures and pedicures. Now after paying Ava Nails I get to go home and clip and file my own nails! This place has gone downhill badly. Sorry I cannot recommend Ava Nails anymore. The manager on duty had no problem taking my money while knowing I was unhappy with my service. Never again! Customers beware!

Went there with my girlfriend and unfortunately we missed the time frame for the 20% off discount they were doing. The prices were still very fair and the place was very nice and clean. Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. My girlfriend liked her mani/pedi and I got my feet cleaned and massaged.

The customer service was unacceptable and was very rude and my nails was uneven was very uncomfortable on my nails and plus the nail size she glued on my finger was not sitting straight and I wouldn’t recommend going here at all

Went to this place because my nail salons I go to was not open a Sunday the lady that did my nails was very sweet but can not do nails in 2 days I had to go to my regular guy because my nails started coming off.

Amazing place, clean and peaceful environment. I absolutely always love my nails, they can paint th BEST flowers, I strongly recommend this place to everyone. The people here are also very nice.

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had!!

Service was ‘meh’. It was pricey. Paid for a full mani and pedi with gel polish $75. Very little massage time on feet - I asked for a little more time on feet to compensate for my legs not being available since my jeans on my calves were too tight to roll up. They said it would cost more money. Mentioned I had neuropathy due to chemo and my toes were often numb and that the foot massage would help - not even sure they spent 5 min massaging my feet. No massage at all on my hands/ arms.

The photos on Google must be from 10 years ago because it is dirty and not maintained. I watched as the one employee watered down the nail polishes with nail polish remover to make them last longer 🤦 I will not be returning and praying I dont get an infection.

Hello yes, my mom came there around 5:30 and on the sign it said “ closeing at 7:30. So I wouldn’t understand why the employee closed the door on her. I believe that is very unacceptable and rude telling her they were closing when really they weren’t.
