WORSE SERVICE EVERtoday, 01/30/2021 i just went this store.my toes has crack problems.i wait my turnone of ladies started serviceclipped my toes nailscreamed my toesthey touched my toes for a secand said donei requested twice to fix my toe crack problemthey touched one more secand said donethey charged $25those guys, this store ower and employees have to learn how to run a business and how to be a good business men and women

While the staff is friendly and accommodating, it was simply just the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life. Not up to date on how most salons are giving mani/ pedis. The polish job for both my regular pedicure and dip powder manicure looked horrible and they told me it looked bad because of the length of my nails not their terrible job. Nobody should have to pay $80 for nails done so poorly it makes you want to cry and thats after they discounted me.

I love this place!! Been going there for a year now. Everyone is so professional, excellent in customer service, and excellent in the services they provide! You will not be disappointed.

This is the only place I go to in California. The people that work there are so incredibly sweet, reliable, and accommodating. Shout out to Lily, Cathy, and Tammy. They are the greatest!

They are doing a great job outdoors!! A shame they have to because they had redone their salon to meet all health requirements.

New to the salon. I did not feel comfortable in their atmosphere. I was basically kicked out of the chair . No one else seemed to have to exit . Perhaps my perception ?I had a person for each service. Mani PediWhen it was time to tip, I was admonished bc I tipped separately. Not sure what the girl was explaining but it seemed as if I was not to tip both. ?? Very uncomfortable feeling. Again first time here. They did a good job, however I was a little uncomfortable with the transaction.

They are voted best of Dana Point for a reason. Great prices and great service.

I have been going here for a couple years! I don’t know if the other reviews are conpediters because i always leave happy! Jenny does my nails and Kathy my pedi. I would not go by the previous reviews!

Gets the job done. Definitely not a relaxing or comfortable type of place. Just a wallk in quick fix, customer service a little rude and unfriendly. I didnt really feel taken care of. More of a just get it done kind of attitude. At one point ryan even pushed my hand out of his way. Sucks for them because Im usually a great tipper but because it was so much of a chore for them to do my nails I couldnt bring myself to tip like I normally do. Wouldnt return. Customer service and friendly attitudes make a huge difference.

I take a friend, who is 90 years old, to Posh Nails. The staff gives good service. Always crowded so making an appointment would be beneficial.

Ask for Summer on Tuesday and Wednesday, shes the best!Today, i got a mani from a shorthair high heel girl, the experience was extremely terrible. She pushed me to do gels and other services I didnt need when I asked for regular mani. She wanted to get done fast and did a poor job, when I asked her to redo one finger, her attitude was very annoying!I wont ask for a redo or a refund, but I am not going back
