$2-4 for a load in the washer and ¢25 for a load in dryer. Bring your own laundry detergent. I didn’t have a problem at all.

A lot of machines washer and dryers were out of order but other than that when I was there I got my stuff washed and dried in no time flat!! Big washers for those big loads!! Love em!!

Laundrymat needed to be swept/clean but washers/dryers worked great

I really like Rainbow laundry! They stay open late and it is well lit. They also have a little moving, ride for little children that only cost a quarter. 👌 I feel bad though because somehow I overflowed one of the machines. Sorry guys 😣

Please control the homeless population, it tends to get crazy down there latenight. They don’t bother people but it is disgusting and disturbing. Also for a community laundry mat, trash control should not be a issue but obviously it is! Most machines are down, but they do work like a charm.. that’s why they get a 3 star!

The manager is not interested in community partnerships. She was very nasty and rude . She looked at me and responded like I was bothering her and refused me the owners name, though she threw the word owner around quite a bit. I can only hope the owner is not as tacky as she is.After connecting with other facilities localy, it was shocking that someone could be so unprofessional and just nasty.I simply wanted to lay free workplace training and job position flyers on the tables, as we are trying to put folks back to work. I represent a local manufacturing company.Everyone else in town is happy to help the community recover and get back to work after CoVID.Sadly this women wants to keep the community from receiving opportunities.She should be fired for her poor moral in the interest of community relationships. Its not my job is what she said. How about for the betterment of the community?Go somewhere else . Dont waste your time. Facility was dirty.

When out of quarters on coin machines, no other way to pay. staff is not friendly at all after several visits. USE Fresh Spin laundromat In WS instead. Plenty of machines with cc or coin pay. tvs and games available at Fresh Spin while you wait.

Good place. Better days are Tues and Wednesday. Less ppl.Only downside is the occasional hobos lurking there but they are installing more cameras, so hopefully thatll be curvedAlso, needs to be cleaned around more frequently.

Good place to get some quick loads done. Attendant is very kind and helpful, she greets customers warmly. You can also drop clothes off to be washed and folded by them. They are open from 6am to 1am.

Too many broken washing machines and dryers..Like every 2 there is a broken one fix them

Great washers and dryers when they are in service. Homeless people tend to sleep in the bathrooms at night but they don’t bother you at all. The inside is sometimes clean. They would truly benefit from an all day laundry attendant who would keep the facilities and grounds clean and find somewhere else for the homeless people to go overnight.

Its a good place to launder your clothes, but it is always dirty inside and in the parking lot. Theres usually someone sleeping in there usually and the automatic doors dont work very well.

Could be alot better, homeless people hanging out and sleeping at the facility. Too many broken machines. Im sure they make more than enough to keep up proper maintenance. Needs improvement.

I love this place. The machines are prices fairly and I never have to wait. The lady on the staff is very nice and pleasant. It is one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Of course my preference is to do my laundry at home but until my washer is fixed, this is where I will do my laundry

Ive been doing my laundry here for a while now and Ive always found it outstanding. The attendant is always busy keeping it clean and being as helpful as possible.

Rainbow Laundry has big washers and dryers where you can fold your clothes and not run into people, its very spacious and they have clean restrooms!

There is usually a homeless person sleeping in the corner. Ive never had a problem here.

They always have everything clean despite the people is very 🐷, I give 3 stars because they have a lot of machines broken or need to fix.

Typically pretty clean all around, bit busy during peak times.

The dryers and washers are always broke down..The buggies are raggedy and the lady who works there always works my nerves... Other than that hey it does the job...

My washer at home broke, so I decided to go to the laundromat. There are closer ones to my home, but I like this one. It’s clean and the attendant is very nice. It’s not bad with cost either.

Machines took $10 of mine no one there to even speak to to fix the issue just cost way to much was very unhappy

Ive had a pretty decent experience with this laundromat and location.... until today. Went to use one of the big washers, loaded clothes, added bleach and laundry detergent... added the $4 in quarters and nothing happened. There was no sign saying out of order, it just took my money and didnt work. So. Realizing I was out $4 and the amount of detergent I put in, I switched to another machine. That being said, my clothes are now bleach stained on top of the rest. Whos going to pay for the clothes that were damaged and return my money? Im glad there is no attendant today, because Id let them have an ear full and then some.

Finally found a place to wash my oversized blanket.

I will never return to this laundry again. The owner was rude, and nasty. Others have also had run ins with her, I found out later. Many machines were not working and in addition to being rude, the owner was not at all helpful. Unless you want to do laundry with your blood pressure soaring, there are much better options in town.

I visit here weekly. Attendant trys to keep it clean but soon as she cleans it, its back mess within the hour. 8:30 - 9pm is the best time to go if you cant get there earlier in the morning.

Not very clean

Ive washed here several times and never had any problems...until recently. I went to wash and the machine wasnt taking the soap into the wash like normal. I informed the lady and she came over. She then preceded to tell me that I wasnt being patient enough and the machine would take the soap. It was on the rinse cycle. She then told me I wasnt suppose to add soap into both soap dispensers. When the instructions on the machine said to do it and I had done it other times before. She then decided to talk loudly to another customer that some people just dont have patience and cant follow directions. I took my clothes to dry somewhere else. This lady was rude and very disrespectful. I WILL NOT be going back.

Not bad... not perfect except it is affordable... could use floor repairs... hard to move laundry carts around. They try and keep the place clean.. trash could be emptied more often and air disinfectant wouldnt hurt...

This is a good laundromat to good to. The staff are always trying to keep it clean. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you.

My family & I have came here for several years. They used to have TVs which dont work anymore. This laundry mat is run down. Several washing machines dont work. It smells like mildew & toliet water in there most times. There are roaches. Spots in the ceiling. The floors are usually dirty. Like you can literally see dirt, dryer sheets & whatever else other customers have left behind. I dont know why there isnt a laundry attendant here at all times. Sometimes youll see the man who owns or co-owns the place come in & collect coins while avoiding contact with the customers. I think this place needs to be shut down & renovated. They owe it to the community who comes here to spend their hard earned money to wash their clothes. Who wants to wash their clothes in a filthy environment ...

Great facility to use, very courteous attendant that keeps the building tidy and assist with any problems you may have with washers and dryers.air conditioning, nice and comfortable.

Functional, and the long hours are great. Prices are reasonable, too. However, it seems like 25% of the machines are down at any given time, and it seems like theyre undergoing some type of remodel or repairs.

I was there on 11/13. Some of the washing machines had spilled all of their water all over the floor. Reported it to the attendant on duty who responded to the situation with little regard. She fist said that she called it in and then threw two towels on the floor and walked away. People could have easily slipped on the wet floor or worse electrocuted. Very disappointed on how this was handled.

It is always very clean! The sweet lady on site is constantly working to ensure everything is working properly and is clean.

This laundry was close to my apt and it was very clean. Staff very nice and good location.

4/30/17: I called the day before I wanted to come in to find out about the wash & fold service so that I can drop my clothes off. The lady told me that she would be there at 1pm but didnt show up until 1:23pm. When she finally arrived she was rude & seemed upset because I had more clothes than she expected. She ststed she wasnt going to be there all day. She would wash load 1 & I would have to come bcak. The laundromat was dirty & water was all over the floor in sections. I will NEVER do business with them. I left & went else where.

High as hell. Cheapest laundromat is clemmonsville road and mainstreet beside Family Dollar. This place houses homeless folks. Everytime I enter this place there is always some pissy bum sleeping on the chairs or the floor. Had my bed spread taken out the dryer and the homeless man was sleeping drunk on it in the floor. NO WAY WILL I RETURN HERE.

Lady who works there is the sweetest, but the place could use a little more work. Konda has a rundown feeling to it.
