Great Place. The staff and owners are very sweet, professional and really good people. The new space is amazing. It’s so clean and modern. Great job. NOW, The most important part of any nail salon ( and it is VERY difficult to find ) and should be the number one things all clients look for is ........ Sanitation of equipment they are using on your nails. CT nails uses sealed packs of instruments that have been cleaned and heated and fresh basin liners ever time, on every client so you never need to ask. That is so important and it reduces your risk of potential infections which can have life changing consequences. Thanks for all you do to make my experience the best it can be.

Super friendly staff. Their new location is beautiful, clean and charming. If you’re looking for THE BEST service for manicures and eye brow waxing this is the place. John does my nails and they are able to last weeks and still manage to look amazing and Kim is a true artist when it comes to making perfect eyebrow arches to fit my face. Yes the wait time might be a little longer but it’s totally worth it ! I’ve been a customer for 10 years and I refuse to go anywhere else because the quality work and service here can not be beat.

Won’t go anywhere else. This place feels like home as everyone is treated as family or longtime friends. I’ve been a customer here for over a decade and it’s so refreshing to watch the rapport they have with all their customers. They remember your name, they ask about your family and they genuinely care. John usually does my manicures and he does an amazing job every time. They last 3-4 weeks and I am always complimented on them. Kim does our eyebrows and she makes them perfect every time ! So beautifully done that random people always comment and ask where I get them done. Christy does a great pedicure and makes me so relaxed with the leg and foot massage with the deluxe that I want to fall asleep. If I could afford to I’d be there every week for a pedicure from her to pamper myself. She does an amazing job with my French pedicures they last for so long and look beautiful. Everyone here is super friendly. Prices are reasonable. Their new location is beautiful ! Their pedicure chairs are comfortable and when it comes to nail designs they amaze me by their freehand talents. You won’t be disappointed with CT Nails.

One of my favorite places! Life in community is family to me and the people at my nail salon are just part of my family. God never wanted us to be alone and he sets the lonely in families and even though some might just say they are just nail technicians, I don’t see them that way! They helped me change my bandages when I had skin cancer and they helped me during my five leg surgeries. God has given me the best people in my life! Lisa has done my nails for 10 years! This is the salon we go to the most for fun designs on our nails. They have multiple talented nail techs to help you execute the designs of your dreams on your fingers or your toes!

Is there a such thing as too much business?They do a good job but after coming three times, this was my last because they have no concept or respect of my time. Every time I have come they have been 20 minutes or more late for my appt. including when I came during the week. At no time has there ever been an apology nor have they seemed remorseful for my time. I like the massage chairs but Ill be going back to Blush for my pedicures. They start at your apt time, that alone is worth the price.

All I can say is the reviews were right, they pay so much attention to your feet. You dont feel rushed and they do a great job. I got a young lady named Jenny and she was the absolute best, I will be asking for her from now on. The prices were very good as well. I will be back and recommend them to anyone.

I dont like giving bad reviews. It must have been a bad day for them. I asked for a mani-pedi with acrylic in total it was going to be 52, but since I got gel it went but to 72 and since I wanted to tip properly it went but to 92. The place was beauriful; staff was friendly but from start to finish my nails took 3 hours! The did a decent job. But it was too much, too long maybe with an appointment it will be better

They moved from trickum /92 and I was their first customer this morning at their new location in village center. They definitely upgraded! Their new place is so sleek, clean, and beautifully designed. Their new chairs are also amazing, as well as their staff.

Horrible experience. I went for S&S and my nails came out so thick and my thumb ended up having a big blob on it, so instead of fixing it they said they wanted to put a design on it to cover it up! I said, no, I dont want a design, fix my nail. So, they fixed it and it came out a different color. Then, I asked them to make it the same color please and they did it again, and again, it is a different color. I gave up. They still charged me full price even though they knew I was not happy!

They always do a great job on my nails. Nail tech’s are always nice. My only complaint is that there is always a wait. I’ve been going here for years and my nails always look great when I leave there.

Lisa is the best one there. The manager drills nails too hard (as others have stated) dont go to him, he rushes and it seems like he doesnt care about the health of your nails (negative one star for the experience I had with him, he is way too rough, hes the one who answers the phone there, if you walk in and hes the only one one available do yourself a favor and wait for a different technician to do your nails because your nail beds will be sore and damaged after you let him touch them, hes absolutely horrible... everyone else there besides him does a good job though). Asked them to get plastic liners for the pedicure tubs and they did, so that was good. Waxes are very good but Ive seen the girls double dipping wax sticks, ask them to use a fresh wax stick every time they dip. Lisa is the best waxer and manicurist/pedicurist.

Today was my first experience at CT nails and could not be more pleased! John did an amazing job on my nails with an ombre acrylic set & Christy also did a superb job on my pedicure. Everyone there seemed super friendly and professional. All around a great experience. I have found my new nail home! Thanks for the great customer service ✔❤👌

Ive never ever had a service at CT nails that I wasnt completely satisfied with. I am a pretty frugal gal so when I want to splurge once in a while on my nails and not do them myself, this is the place I go. Ive tried other places closer to my house, but they up-charge so much and dont do nearly as good of a job. Also, since I prefer to save my money, if Im going to dish out money for a luxury, you bet I want it to look exceptional. I live in Canton, but still come over here to get my nails done. I wont make the mistake of going elsewhere for convenience again. The workers here are awesome as well :)

Worst nail shop ever asked for a full set and a soak off. John uses the machine while trying to save the old nail that has melted as it’s soaked in acetone! Cannot comprehend what a full set it I am so beyond irritated! Then He asked me what nails do I want a tip on all of the nails because it was supposed to be a full set you’re going to charge me a full set price for a partial set? I’m upset Now I still have to find a competent nail place

I’ve been going here since I was very little and I have always loved it but the first time I ever got sns there it sucked I had a guy I don’t recall his name but he was like rushing getting up every few seconds and there were lumps in my nails he didn’t even bother to clean up around the nails when he was done I was so upset cause it’s not cheap.

Omg the are the best especially Lisa she is the best i didnt know what to get so I just asked her to suprise me and i loved them they even stay open exta for you to have a great result. I cant find one complaint, but also make an appointment because they are that good.

They do a good job but are always busy. If you go when they are pressed for time then they cut corners on the nail job.

I feel very comfortable here I absolutely love this place!I recently got my eyebrows done by timmy( I think thats her name) and they came out on point! she took her time and heard me out when I told her about not wanting them too thin. Their prices are low and affordable. I cant wait to go back! This place just keeps getting better and better!
