I have been going to the nail salon for nine years. The last three times I’ve had to go in two times because nails broke within one week under new management. I wasn’t spoken to the entire time my nails are being fixed and the energy was terrible. This morning I am leaving the country I picked up my suitcase I asked her to fix the other nails that had not broken yet she told me no and this happened. I know my nails I knew I needed them finished I shouldn’t have let her tell me now I will never go back there after nine years Miss Kim we miss you

The nails were beautiful! Perfectly filed and the design was perfect. However, my fingers/nails hurt very very bad, my cuticles were bleeding I was in a good amount of pain throughout the appointment. It hurts to pick up things and put pressure on my nails. My appointment was set for 12:15pm and they sat me down at 1:00pm, I sat there for 45 minutes

They wear gloves to do your pedicure then without changing the gloves theyll answer their cell phone while they are rubbing your feet. Pretty gross.

OMG Angela who recently just took over this nail salon has done a phenomenal job Im absolutely in love with my nails shes very personable she doesnt make you feel like you are a burden to her in any way shape or form shes all around just incredible they are more than welcome to accommodate you if you want to listen to a certain song or you need something to drink they are more than accommodating Im absolutely in love with my new favorite Nail Tech another great thing is the fact that it does not give you a headache getting your nails done here theres no fume smell thank you thank you again cant wait to be backI got a pink + White acrylic ombre $55

I got gel nails and she grinded all of my cuticles and made each one bleed. I informed her that it was hurting and bleeding and she just shrugged her shoulders ignored me. She then rubbed so many things on my fingers which stung just as bad. She also argued with me on what design I wanted. Im not using them again. She was also extremely expensive.

First time at this nail salon. I have to say it was a great experience. Soothing music, relaxing environment, and super friendly! My nails look better than ever, my toes beyond beautiful! The only thing I will say negative is that I was not offered anything to drink until (maybe) a favorite client came in and was offered drink etc....and then when I looked funny, they were like oh did you want anything? I just said no and continued to enjoy my time there. Thanks for making me feel beautiful!

They take time to do exactly what you ask for. They remebered you and I feel very relaxed. Prices are very reasonable too!

Angie and her sister are AMAZING!!! They do your nails the way you want them, not how they think they should be!! And just in case you do like them (never had that problem) they will redo!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I got my nails done first considering they were busy and that was fine, I left my 16-year-old niece there last while I went to target. By the time I came back she was BAWLING!!! She was so upset they had a nasty attitude towards her, we had an appointment and they told her that she wouldn’t do them because she didn’t have time. Which is crazy because we have a 1 o’clock appointment and I came to pick her up at 2:45!!! I showed up and asked what happened, they said I’m not sure. The lied to me about bullying my 16 year old niece and making her cry!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Ms Kim is amazing and will stay til 9pm if she has to to take care of a customer. She is the sweetest and always makes sure every customer leaves happy. Everyone here is very friendly and the people who do my pedicures and eyebrows are awesome as well. I have been going here for 8 years and will continue.

THE BEST NAILS YOU WILL EVER GET !!!

The gentleman doing my nails was running between me and another customer. He kept complaining about having to be at work and how many customers were coming in. I got gel nails, and he put three coats of the color polish on, so they were really thick and ended up bubbling. Nails lasted a week when typically my gel nails last 2 weeks. Went here because I needed a quick manicure, but wont be back.

I have been coming to this salon since moving here in 2007. Mrs Kim is a phenomenal owner who is ALWAYS there. She makes sure each guest is happy with their service and goes out of her way to correct any issues. The staff is wonderful & very friendly. Mrs Kim, Ivey, & her sister Mindy are the best in Atlanta at Gel Nails. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else.

My Mother and I have been going here for 10+ years and we LOVE mrs.kim & her team! My mom has a nervous system disease which causes her jerking spasms. Each and every time we come here they are gentle & patient with my mom. They take their time & do a beautiful job! We are very thankful for these wonderful workers .

This is absolutely the best place Ive ever had my eyebrows waxed. Ive gone to so many places(seriously, at least 25), but this one tops them all! Customer service there is always top notch and you can tell everyone really cares about their client. I am beyond pleased and will continue to come back again and again.

Traveling in the area, and my husband and I were in desperate need of mani-pedis. We walked in on a Friday afternoon and waited only a few minutes. Calm atmosphere with friendly, gentle technicians. We relaxed and enjoyed our experience.

I only go here when I’m in a rush because it’s right around the corner - but it’s far from relaxing because Kim the owner is too cheap to put the AC on when it’s 100+ degrees out! She keeps her door open and that’s it. The amount of money this woman makes and she’s too cheap to put the ac on for comfort??? It’s always hot in there! the poor guy doing my pedi was dripping in sweat! I’ll stick to luxery nails from now on even if it takes longer! The guy did a great job but it’s hard to relax and enjoy when your sweating!

This place is just horrible. Their utensils are dirty, they don’t clean them, they do a rushed job and they don’t care if it looks bad. Seriously, don’t waste your time. There are too many nail salons to waste time going to one that doesn’t care about the customers or the work they do.

Kim is a horrible person who will talk about you like you are scum and to your own mother. She charged me more for length and they are so short they barely cover my finger tips. Not to mention they look like toenails. My mother has gone there for years and always over paid well no more. We will never go back!

Bad wait times, warm temperatures, overpriced, additional per anything you do including the shape of your nails, dry customer service plus rude when asking them to politely go over something, tiny store, lack of color variety, traffic to get there on that road is always busy. Down the road hit up Nail Center near Kroger instead. Thats where I had to go right after to get them fixed. Awesome job

Small, grungy and hot atmosphere. When its 95 degrees outside I dont want to sit in a nail salon that is 80 degrees. Pedicure was fine but the female gel manicurist was the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive come in contact with at one of these salons. Will never be back.

Even though Ive been going here for a couple of years I will not be going back. I went to get my nails done and the original lady that took me decided after doing my eye brows she was going to tend to another customer and pawned me off on someone else. The 2nd person, which Ive had twice now, kept giving me skin advice and kept looking at my skin like she was judging me. I have psoriasis and even told her that. I can only do what I can do. I hated the feeling of being looked at the entire time and honestly it wasnt relaxing. The prices are great, but Id rather pay a little more and not have to worry about the judgement and the trade offs. If you take a client you need to stick with that client.

I have been going here for 15 years, Miss Kim makes sure all of her clients are satisfied and the quality of her work speaks for itself.

No air conditioning, so its not very relaxing. Also, the nail tech was lazy and messed up on a few of my nails and when asked to fix the poor workmanship she was very rude and refused. I have started going to MC Nails in Acworth. They are much friendlier and do quality work. They honestly care about their clients.

Terrible, it’s not the first time it happens to me at this place. I went back today expecting to have a different experience but unfortunately I won’t be back there... I did gel and the lady barely cleaned the nail polishe around my nail, it looks horrible, I wish I could post a picture so you could have an idea. I highly recommend you find another place to go. Total waste of money. I’m so frustrated!

I only get my eyebrows waxed and I love it

I was recommended to USA Nails by my friend whos nails I always complemented. I was really excited to get the coffin shape even though it was a little more. After I got my nails I drove back to my dorm in Atlanta and THE NEXT DAY my thumb nail broke. After this within the next 5 days 2 of my other nails broke. Since I was still in Atlanta for our first week of school (Jan 9th 2017) & the second Georgia snopocalypse I was not able to come back to get my nails fixed for another week. I still called to tell them what happened and gave my name so they would expect me by the end of the week. I went around this whole week with my nails broken and to make it worst the white nail polish color I choose somehow got stained brown in the week that I have had the nails and when I asked the owner if I could get the repainted for having to drive back to Woodstock to get my nails fixed she said no & Im currently in my car with a thirty minute wait to get them fixed. To sum it up: THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE A TRIP BACK TO GET YOUR NAILS FIXED AFTER THEY BREAK OFF THEN CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE.

USA Nail Salon, they do a great job

Not a fan of this place. I tried this place twice since I work in the area and both times were a total disappointment. The first time was pretty bad but I was willing to give it a second try. I get my nails done all of the time and had probably one of the worst pedi/manis done here. It was extremely streaky which I complained about because I had a wedding to attend that weekend and wanted it done correctly so the manager took over putting over 4 coats of polish on my nails! Needless to say it peeled off within a day. I didnt even bother going back to this place to get it corrected again because its overcrowded, messy and just not worth the time or money. I feel like if youre paying good money for service then its best to go somewhere with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. With that being said, I will not be returning to this place.

Great experience, Long, the short bald asian man, did a pretty good job. He was funny and polite and didnt speak any of that ching-chong bing-bong nonsense. Mrs. Kim, the owner, was speak like spock from star trek the entire time i was there and kept trying me to buy things i didnt need.

Been going here very long time.. love Kim.
