Top notch Professionalism from the start of my call concerning the problem until my car was serviced and out the door

I took my car here for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Steve took my repair order and called me when the car was done. He was happy to answer my questions beforehand and thoroughly explained what they did and found afterward. He called back within 5 hours of my dropping the car off around 8:30am to say it was ready and no problems were found. (They also check the brakes and other fluids.) Ill be going back again.

Great experience. Responsive and timely work. Steve was honest in diagnosing the issue and informative for the future. I felt like it was less of a business transaction and more so getting help from your uncle. Ill be back.

So my morning started off a little rough, I dropped my kid at school and ran over a nail and my tire was almost instantly flat! I called East Baltimore Car Care, and this nice guy Steve had me bring it over asap, he fixed it in like 30 mins and did a maintenance check on my car too, and then was just like, its $20 you like in neighborhood, just swing by sometime and drop it off. WHO IS EVEN THAT NICE!!! What a great neighbor. I love our neighborhood.

Steve is the best! May not be the cheapest but he is honest and only does what needs to be done. I will be taking my car here as long as Im in Baltimore!

Steve does great work. Goes the extra mile, even when your car is in the shop for a basic oil change. He checks all the fluids in the engine, and for a small extra fee, will check all fluids under the car as well. I had a battery with a 5 year warranty die sooner than expected, so I had them install a new one. Steve called me a week later and I was given a refund for the prorated amount. Thats pretty honest in my book.

I Took the car in for a check on a chatter with the clutch possibly. The guy was courteous and listened to my explanations with patience. We went on a test ride together and it turns out it wasn’t a big problem. I felt i was treated quite fairly.

Had to get some brake service repair done. They were amazingly quick and quoted me a much better reasonable price than other animals places. The mechanic was professional and explained the problem with my car very throughly.

Great experience! I had two brake lights out and was expecting to have to wait since they were busy but they made time to squeeze me in right there on the spot and got me back on my way in under 15 minutes. And it only cost $20!!Highly recommend - great service and friendly folks.

I showed up on Steves door with a car in a heap of trouble. Steve gave me a realistic time frame, a fair price, and made plenty of effort to make sure I understood what steps he took.Importantly, he contacted me before he started the work so I could anticipate the charges, ask questions, and set my expectations.There is no substitute for a good mechanic. I know my car pretty well. I had an exhaust leak in my flex pipe on my downpipe. I asked that he put a new on and remove the weld the original installers had done. I came back and he had it all fixed. Before I left he let me know my exhaust was touching my rear axle and he had removed about 2 inches from the pipe thus resolving one of 2 issues I had. I will be returning with more problems he will have no problems fixing.
