I am beyond Happy and Pleased with the Service I received from the Folks at this location. They got me in quickly and assisted the issue and got me on my way in time to do the Load-in for the Show! I cant believe something so minor can cause so much damage! The manager, Christian, was great and very friendly and the crew seemed to be on the ball and moving trucks in & out at a decent pace. I needed two drive tires replaced and they had me and another guy going little over an hour. Not bad at all! Nice work yall.

I get oil change on friday August,29-2021 poor service they did not tite oil filters i get leaking they took about 5 hour. i dont want to go there any more.my get oil change from this place same they left loose oil filters

Avoid this place to stop for oil change! First thing in the morning stopped by for oil change, been told they don’t have Mobil full synthetic oil, been told they will swap filters by the time I get back without draining the old oil until I get back, had to Uber ride and go get oil from Freightliner dealer next to them and Uber ride back with oil,I was watching them closely, soon I get back the technician starts adding oil 1 gallon added goes on second gallon I told him that you guys did not drain stop adding oil, I have stopped them and asked them to check if motor drained, he checks dip stick It’s above full level, they immediately drained oil and start adding new one. After I left that place stopped for the night truck shots off completely if I keep it on idle, called them back explained that truck shots of idle came back to them next day, they did not solve the problem. Had to stop by freightliner dealer and get all new filters and paying extra money at end. Highly not recommending this place at all

Never come here again 6 hours for oil change

So far we have sent 20-30 of our units to the shop at this location and we are surprised each time. They always get the job done, on time and save us a lot of costs. Out of all the LOVES and Speedco locations across US this is definatelly the best one from our point of view.

I never go back to this location again because the manager i think 2 nd shift is bad and dont know how to talk to the customer. I did oil change they not change my water saperator filter and next i go back to talk about he was lying to me about it.

Took my m2 freightliner truck for oil change, found a waiting period of 4 vehicles on the line. They did a quick oil change and they call you inside the workshop to verify, the oil change and p.m was around 340 usd in total

They put 15 pints vs 16 of Lucas in to avoid giving the $15 discount for adding Lucas. Criminal. I been to many Speedco I wont ever return here

Average pm time. Everything went smooth, until the cashier lady said she couldn’t take my EFS card. WTH? Even Walmart takes my card! Told me I had to walk to the nearest gas station, to use the atm!

They didnt fix the problem(a squealing pulley), they tried to lube it 😒

There a few minor setbacks, which were meaningless in the end. The techs are mgmt team members are very polite, courteous and respectful to all!Thats enough right there you keep coming back and I left the service bay area after closing time and they still had at least 4 other rigs to compete after me. Case and point??, the commitment and responsibility was good to be a witness for this establishment, been a customer since 2015 and glad stay with them.Keep up the good work fellas!

Liars and crooks. After observing my service I inquired when they were going to lube my truck and the mechanic stated he did it. I paid my $500 and went to Petro where we found that the truck was not lubed. Never take their word for anything. Always verify the work these guys do.

Just stopped in for a 90-day inspection mid trip inspection was about 2 and 1/2 hours very thorough cant complain

I had a flat tire but Im driving an automobile. All the other tire places around had already closed but theyre open late so I thought I would try and see if they could fix my tire.. I already had it off and I asked one dude hey can you fix my tire and he said sure give me a minute. Then another dude comes in and says what do you need real mean like and I said hey I just I got a flat tire I was wondering if you could fix it for me is it now for a car if we dont do that real mean like so I went got in my car and left but thankfully I didnt buy their $18 puncture kit when I went to Walmart and got it for $5 and fix my own tire so the lesson learned is f*** Speedco truck lube and tires unless of course youre driving a truck yeah f*** them

This place is super slow like all other people wrote before me and I mean slow slow and slow . What I feel ever since they got bought by Loves they just don’t feel like working. Tbh are alllazy people running the show here...............

Worst Speedco Ive been, no one knew who was doing what. Ive never seen so much chaos in my life. The 2 guys that started my truck just left and didnt tell anyone what they had done and what was left to be done. They never had me verify them torquing the plugs, Im just praying my oil drain plug doesnt fall out. Final Grade F- !

Second time in a row theyve neglected to grease the passenger side of my truck. You have to stand in the bay the whole time and watch every move they make.

I had a flat tire on my truck, after four hours, they look at my truck then they said we have smaller patches only we can’t fix it.Customer service is not good at all. The office lady didn’t talk to the customer, I was standing there for 20 min.

Theyre my Go To place for all Oil Changes, 3 Box fluid changes and Filter changes.

Came in for PM and tire patch. PM went quickly. In and out in about an hour. Tire repair? Well, not so much. Over an hour for a patch job. Jack up rearend,walk away. Pull off tire, walk away. Dismount tire from rim, walk away. Tire guy couldnt be bothered to move or work in a timely manner. I guess he was inconvenienced because I came in and he was forced to work

Let me tell why I refuse to give this place a damn dime.Im checking prices for a PM.Called the Boss shop, the TA out at exit 59, i got their prices with no problem at all. I called here and Craig answers the phone. I ask about the price for a PM And I hear this sound that at first, i thought was a tire with a blown sidewall.I quickly realize that it this guys super loud sigh of disgust that I would have the nerve to ask about the prices.He barks WHAT ENGINE, WHAT ENGINE!?! (reminded me of Col. Klink)I dont care what the excuse is. I dont even want to hear one.If that is the way you speak to a customer over the phone, i can only imagine how you would be treated in house. Your loss, Speedco.I take my money elsewhere

Its very unfortunate as most of our visits to this location were great. Our last visit, left us down for over a week with no apu, no ac, and a lost wages do to downtime for the fix of their errors. Though they corrected the issues without any fight, please be mindful of who you let work on your equipment and watch their work.

Ripping off skin on the name of DOT inspection, low tire pressure they consider flat tire and thay fail you and over charge you for the repair.

Dont trust Speedco anymore. Ever since they combined with Loves truck stop the service is getting worse. I used to get my oil change from them all the time and tire repairs. And Loves truck stops dont even change oil.

I came here to change my oil a few weeks ago (a few days before Thanksgiving,) and their price had sky-rocketed to $419.00. And as annoying as that was the best part was yet to come. The next day at the shippers I was at, my oil spilled out onto the pavement. I went to TA for service, and the mechanic found that the oil filter was over-tightened, and the gasket was torn. I have contacted Speedco MULTIPLE times, sending them pictures, paperwork, and the mechanics confirmation; and every time I talk to someone there they either tell me that they are behind on their paperwork due to Thanksgiving, or that they have no idea what Im talking about. However, every single time, I call, they say someone should call me back within 30 min- or the next day. The phone call has never come.

Dont know what theyre doing. Plus I purchased wipers they charged me for installation. Had to put on myself. Guy didnt know how. So I showed. Absolutely no training. Kind of sad.

The give good service. Always ask before replacing anything or adding to low fluid levels if you want it done. Never any charges you dont know about before hand

I will be making one simple attempt to call speedco and if I dont get the damages resolved from a poorly done PM. Then I can handle this more aggressively!Do not take your vehicle. They dont do the proper maintenance and inspections.We dont have time to be down, and I spent too much time and money to make sure my truck is at its best!

Have been here twice now. First time I had one truck in front of me. Waited over and hour, then left. Mid afternoon, Only two guys working!! Extremely slow!! Second time, early afternoon, trucks lined up out to the street. Never enough employees!! I nor most drivers do not have hours to waste waiting on service!!

Make sure you arent is rush. They take their time but good.

A little wait but its worth it. Service was good and the staff was corteous. Theres a truck wash next door and a few places to eat while you wait, all within walking distance.

Attempted to visit this location,just to change out a filter, someone in a loves uniform comes out and says, just so you know,its gonna be a 3-4 hour wait just to get to you..in my opinion, when loves took over, the service sucked more than ever, most of things done by speedo arent even ofered by loves, customer beware if they break it, theyre probably not gonna fix, needless to say, are these guys even qualified to be doing service work, most of the time they either overfill, the oil level, or cross up the seals on fuel filters, so eventually you fill yourself at a different speedco trying to get the first job done right the second time...
