On Monday August 16th I took my four year old daughter in for a trim. I just needed a couple inches off of her hair to clean up the ends. Not only was the stylist completely unprofessional while working with her. She butchered her hair. I could have done a better job and I have never been to cosmetology school. I tried to submit feedback online but haven’t heard back from the store. I know this is the case of you get what you pay for. I am extremely forgiving with hair cuts and this was the worst I have ever seen. I will certainly not be going back. I would love to know the name of the stylist we went to so I can avoid her in the future.

The worst experience I ever had, both haircut and customer service. When we called and asked for the haircut to be made right, the manager was nice about it on the phone, but not in person. She herself said it was a terrible cut when she saw it. She fixed it by nearly shaving my son bald (not required) and then made a passive aggressive comment about us getting the haircut for free...I cant get EITHER of my teenage boys to get haircuts now because of their mortification.

Apparently it is practice to not call appointments when the stylist decides not to show up. Not even a note on the door. So here we sit outside idling for 45 minutes in 100° temperature waiting for the second appointment that weve had for 4 days only because my daughter is in tears because she was hoping to go home with bangs. Guess what, they didnt show up for this one either 🤷🏼‍♀️

They cancelled my appointment last minute and the lady who was supposed to do my color didnt show up never going here again and i hope they go out of business from my experience and what others have experienced with these people.

So I went to the place I get my haircut and there was only one working there and no one else getting a haircut shop was empty lady said she can not cut my hair because she has an appointment coming but she called and said she would come in 1 minute me and mom were there for 10 minutes trying to get her to cut my hair the shop was empty she could have cut my hair usually hair salons move on to the next customer if the customer is late by a few minutes cost cutters website does not work you think it does but it does not do not go to cost cutters!!! Lady was so rude!

Never had an issue here, 2nd haircut in 2 months. Fast and friendly, I hate going into get my haircut and being stuck with a stylist who is more dead than a corpse. These ladies at Cost Cutters really do an amazing job. Will repeat business!

Have always been happy with my haircuts.The first time I had my hair cut here, later in the evening I walked into a club where some friends were playing in the band. They stopped in the middle of the song. The lead singer walked on the dance floor with the microphone and began complementing how beautiful my hair was! A bit embarrassing, but a happy time!

The hair cut was not very good. It was uneven. Not impressed. They also have a Corona virus clean up charge. Should have e just waited for great clips to I pen.

I was very upset to find out after my grandsons haircut there was a $2.95 sanitation charge. This is something that should have been told to me at the time of making my appointment. And to call it a sanitation fee is very confusing are you telling me your establishment is not clean? The haircut was good Justice satisfied whats the lack of communication and notification

Sharlee cut my hair. My hair was sitting on my shoulders. I asked for short in the back and long in the front. Its uneven and not what I asked for. I think she was just wanting to cut all of the dead hair off.

The 4 stars are only for the wonderful gal that took care of me today!! The manager did an awful job on my hair my whole experience with her felt rushed and it showed when I got home and instead of layers I had a shelf on one side of my head, and it was not blended throughout! I called this morning and was able to get in to fix it!! Todays experience was way better the gal took the time to blend it all out and dried my hair to make sure I was happy!!

This is normally a pretty solid place to get a quick cut but I just called them and they answered and then hung up. Called back again a few minutes later and got the same thing...

Its the only place I go. I needed to find a new barber when I moved to helena. After going to a few places I liked this one. The others to me didnt seem to know what they were doing. In the last year or so theyve kinda had a change over its seemed. Some of the new girls are hit or miss

The lady with gray hair about shoulder length and black framed glasses is a grumpy and negative. She needs to either quit or get fired for poor customer service.

Had a bad experience here, daughter was pushed into the products, however instead of the other person getting in trouble. one of the workers bridget yelled at my child. This is not ok by any means.
