Everyone is super nice here and they’re very clean! They’re great with sanitation and the technicians are a joy to chat with.

Went in for mani pedi with a friend who needed a fill. Decided to get full set of tips since my nails were different lengths and it would look better for an event that day. I was very specific that I did not want fat, bulky nails. I even said to technician that I am very picky.. Not only are they both, my cuticles were cut into, nails stuck to fingers with chunks on sides and it looks Ike I stuck my fingers in white out. Photos are from the following afternoon. Hands were finished first then had pedi, which was fine. As I paid I asked the man who did pedi if he could get some of the white polish off my fingers and said repeatedly I did not like how my nails looked. We went to a station and I was expecting him to use remover to get the white off and to maybe try to make them look better somehow. I was shocked when he started using cuticle trimmer on the sides of my fingers to try to pull off the white polish! He gave off a very irritated attitude and I again said how unhappy I was. He just looked at me like he suddenly did not understand. It was 60 for full set, 35 for basic pedi. Little did I know it was an extra 10 for no chip, TEN, and there was an upcharge of 5. Very dissatisfied with this place. My friend that went with for a fill also had terrible experience. Her cuticles are all chopped up AND one of her nails lost a chunk from the side of a couple hours after leaving. Will never go there again, nor will my friend after her experience AND we are showing everyone we see our horrible nails and letting them know where NOT to go.

Been coming here for about a year- everyone is always great. My time is the most important thing to me, and I always get in and out. Everyone is very professional and fun. It’s a very pleasant time spent and your nails will looks great. I had a full set with a few that didn’t full take once, and they were amazing about fitting me right back in and fixing it.

My regular girl Tracie was on vacation so I got Tatiana (Tina). She did a great job on my toes and fill on my no chip nails.! Friendly and meticulous. Pro Nails is the only place I go! Great job Tina! Thanks!

I came to Pro Nails without an appointment to get a pedicure. Kenny helped me right away and gave me a beautiful, relaxing pedicure. 5 stars. Then I went home and my toddler greeted me by stepping on my freshly painted toes and smudging them badly. I came back to the salon to ask if I could just use the polish to do a touch up, and they insisted on repainting them at no charge. They were so super nice about! I am definitely a permanent customer now.

The pedicure came out nice; however, I’m not sure if my technician used old gloves because it took her some time to put them as there were mangled. I also got a wart on my foot which I’m assuming is from this place. Very expensive too.. they charged 5 dollars extra just because. Will not be going back.

First time I ever got a pedicure! I loved every minute of the experience. I went with a girlfriend and we talked away and had a great time. The service was great, it felt like they took their time working on our feet! The massage chairs are a great bonus too.

I have been getting my nails done here for about 3 years now. Always got acrylics. I tried being patient with the recent services I got from them but when I asked for a french tip she used pink acrylic which made the nails look super tacky. I pointed it out and she proceeded to argue with me and said she would not be changing it. I did not say anything else, paid and left. I always get no chip color and I got a light color. A couple days after my polish started getting bubbly and it chipped like 3 days after I got the fill. They also charge too much money. They lost a long time customer. Will not be going back.

They get creative with me when deciding what look I want and they are always super open minded! They take their time when shaping the nails which I think is what separate high end and low end manicures. They’re also Covid safe and friendly!

The salon is very nice and the lady that took care of me was very nice and professional and made sure I was satisfied with my nails but I paid alot more than I planned on spending for a french manicure and pedicure on my REAL nails. I didnt even get fake. I could have went someplace else and got the same done for cheaper. I will not be back. They are overcharging in my opinion.

I came to pro nails for a fill for a fill acrylic set because my regular place was closed today. The polish on the sides of my nails is either smudged or not painted over. The fans that they have you put your nails under made the polish blow out and look wrinkly. It was $25 for a FILL. My regular place does my nails perfectly every time and a full brand new set is $25. Will not be returning.

I show her a picture of what I want and she does it perfectly each and every time. Even more beautiful than the picture. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been too a few nail salons and this One is the best Nail Salon I have ever been to. I usually have Sandy do my nails, she is great to talk to and a friendly person. The quality of my nails and the time they take to do it right is amazing!

Both times I’ve come here they did my toes very nicely, but with the acrylics they always file them crooked and cut my cuticles to all hell. Way too expensive for lack of talent.

Lady who did my nails didnt give me the shape I wanted because she said I wouldnt like it. Makes no sense considering I always get the same shape. It should be about pleasing the customer. She also said and I quote I can make them thinner if youd like but Im not fixing them again if you dont like how they turn out HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This place sucks. I’ve been here before and I liked it the first few times I went. I called today and asked if I could get in they said yes and I said ok I’d be there in 5 minutes. I can’t help traffic made it 10. I got there and I walked in and said I just called. The owner goes “you said five and that was five minutes ago.” Then laughs at me with another customer. Worst experience ever and they definitely don’t treat new or returning customers at all. I will not be going back.

I always receive first class service at Pro Nails. The quality of the gel nails and polish is second to none. They are able to accommodate special designs and have an exquisite line of polish for simple to exotic nail creations.

Rude had attitude.

Unhygienic: I noticed the technician who did my nails used a nail file from a previous customer ( there was black file marks all over it). The workspace did not look cleaned, the other tools also looked dirty with particles all over the handles. They didn’t clean off the polish that got onto my skin. Cost $15. Barely better than I can do at home. Not a very hospitable place for a first time/ last time customer.

Busy but walk-ins are welcome had to make an appointment for next weekend to get my girls nails done because they had no walk-ins for this Sunday

The quality of my no chip manicure was terrible. The girl who did my nails seemed to have no experience. Also I felt like my business was not appreciated. A child could have done a better job on my nails.

Went in just to get a manicure and I noticed the individual that was doing my nails well... her gloves looked dirty. It dawned on me that this individual was reusing the same glove God know how long. I was grossed out working in a the health field I realiz how easy it is to catch something. I will not be coming back to this place. Service was okay pricing is good also but defiantly not worth it due to the lack of cleanliness.

Worst place Ive ever gotten my nails done. It took like 4 diff people to get my no-chip manicure done RIDICULOUS. If you want to get a poor customer service experience and in top of that wait 30 mins for them to finally start working on your nails thats the place to go. Never going there again.

Pedicurist seemed angry like he did not want to be there. Nails look good, but massage was weak.

Did a really good job with my pedicure, but horrible job with my french no-chip manicure!!! She did it in less than 20 min & the lines are super uneven & thick & did not even give me barely chance to look at them bcus of how rushed i was to pay. Also got the polish under my nails. Did not even get a close look until leaving & will not be going back any time soon for manicures.

Nice, but something changed and nails alway lifting, coming off. Developed brown stuff on nails, tried another place and nails never lift or come off.

I was here today and got the worst service I have ever gotten at a nail place. The minute I walked in I received terrible service. The lady at the counter was rude as can be, but thats not all. I was told to pick my color (not being here before I asked where the color was) and was told very rudely that was color was behind her. The man that did my nails was so impersonable, I tried to have multiple conversations with him and he completely ignored me; by this point I was already frustrated so I started watching the tv in the salon next thing I know the guy is doing a fill on my (non acrylic nails) when all I asked for was a MANICURE! I asked what he was doing and his response was nails. The service SUCKED and my nails look like CRAP!!! STAY AWAY!!!
