I love that I was able to make an appointment online. I was seen right away. I chose a gel manicure and was out the door in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, salon was clean and pretty, and it was an overall great experience. They did a great job. I will definitely be going back!

Let me start by saying that I am a perfectionist, and it’s been a challenge finding a nail salon that can live up to my standards. Finally, I have found the one! Clean, professional, and no sloppy work. They will also do both your nails and pedicure at the same time which is a bonus. JC gives the beat pedicure and Charley does an amazing job on my nails. They also have many fun things for designs. This is definitely a hidden gem!!!

I finally found the nail salon that I have been seeking. I made a last minute appointment, and they were so nice to accommodate my daughter and myself. The salon is clean, and they use a new pedicure kit for each client. I was reluctant to get the SNS done because the salon I used previously filed my nail beds down so much that I was trying to let them heal. Charlie told me there was no reason to file nail bed to do SNS. I am so happy with the service.

I had a fantastic experience in the salon, you can feel that personal approach there! It was very clean, massage chair felt like heaven, I was offered complementary refreshments or glass of wine. Don did a great job on my hands and toes, my nails look beautiful!❤️ Prices are super reasonable as well. Definitely my new nail place now!

This is my 4th time going to this establishment and 3 times out of the 4th it was horrible. They always seems to rush my nails never listen to what I want. I am paying and tip everytime! Expect the 4th. I don’t want to say it’s because I’m colored but i observer them attending to other people and everything is different. I get a lot of attitude everytime I am not satisfied with something but I won’t be going back!!!

Ive been consistently coming here for a while now and really have never received the quality of service Ive gotten here at any other nail salon. The front is always such a doll when I walk in for my appointments and the nail technicians here are very well trained and good at what they do, whatever the service. I had such a great time while getting my nails done.Thank you for always making my Saturday mornings great! :)

Found fungus after the last time nails were done there. Technician still wanted to continue with a new set. Told i could by fungus cream on amazon.Nails wayyyy to short and made me bleed when being filed.I left after that. They still charged $10.

My experience at Nail Bar Escape was amazing! Lynn was my nail tech - she is super friendly and provides a very hospitable environment. She made my nails look wonderful and she had great suggestions on how my nails should be styled. The pedicure treatment with the lavender oils and the scrubs was very relaxing. I definitely recommend going to Nail Bar Escape!

I got a pedicure & Manicure and my gel polish started to change colors. When I went back two days later & they wanted charge me to change colors. I waited 45mins for service & then was ask to come back. Warning they dont like to fix there mistakes!!!Update: Never offer any thing to drink while new customers come in & was offer drinks.Two customers just walked out that she service before me because they where unhappy with the service. The owner threaten to call police if I make a google review. So I call them for him. The police to the owner I did nothing wrong so it is nothing they will do.This is bad service!!

The owner is Amazing. She is very nice and helpful. Wanted to do regular French but convinced me to do Ombré which I really really loved. Defiantly will come back to her. If you want your nails to as look fancy as mine then call right now and book ur appointment with her.

This has been my go to nail place since May. Its always clean, I love their online booking system (so convenient!) and they are so nice and easy to work with. I brought my 3 year old daughter in for her first “mani/pedi” and they made it such a fun experience for her!

Just found this wonderful nail salon in Woodstock a couple of months ago. Brand new, very clean and beautifully decorated. Full service. I get a shoulder rub while my nails are soaking. The best!

I asked for coffin nails, showed them a picture and all the girl that started my nails had so much attitude when the manager came they traded off, they insisted on me getting my nails there. The manager did my nails two times and still didn’t get it right. All my nails were different shapes and lengths, I didn’t realize until I got home I asked for a refund the manager went off on me on the phone . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ! They don’t care about quality! I had to go somewhere else to fix my nails

When my mom went today for a pedi the doors were locked. It was a little bit after 11am on Tuesday JAN 28. The lights were on.....but nobody home. I’m giving 3 stars because of coupon discount card she received in mail but could not use. :(
