Gabrielle gave me an awesome pedicure. She was thorough and very gentle. The customer service was excellent. Although it was my first time I could tell from the way they greeted the woman as they came in that they had some long term clients. I will definitely return.

I usually get solid SNS but for my wedding they helped me pick a different but still subtle design. Even threw a mini bridal shower nail party (pre-covid). Can’t recommend them enough!

I really could not be any more disappointed with my experience at this salon. My nails actually look so bad that even my husband noticed.On May 8, 2021, I made an appointment for a gel manicure with nail art and gel pedicure. When making the appointment, I provided a reference photo—a screenshot from the Spa Nails Instagram account. I indicated that I would like that particular style of nail art on my ring finger nails. I was told that the particular design would be $10 extra, and that they could fit me in at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, May 11.I was pumped for my appointment... But when the manicure started, it became clear that nobody present at that time (5:30–the time of my scheduled appointment) knew how to do it, despite the fact that I scheduled the appointment with the understanding that they could do this style of nail art that was displayed across their social media pages.Instead of beautiful nail art, I received a foil design, as shown in photo 3. I wasn’t thrilled, but the foil design wouldn’t have been so bad if the rest of my nails didn’t look absolutely horrible.Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how poor the polish job was until I was nearly home. I reached out again via Facebook chat and they said would like me to come in and have it fixed and I agreed. Unfortunately, I was unable to come in the next evening, and instead, just asked for a refund for the manicure portion of the $109 I paid to avoid wasting more time. I was fine paying my original $15 tip and for my pedicure.Cindy told me that they couldn’t issue a refund, but that my next manicure with Spa Nails would be on them. Considering this is the kind of work they produce, yeah, no. I won’t be wasting my time again.If you indicate you can do something... and can’t... and do a bad job on everything else too... you should probably just issue a refund. It’s the right thing to do.

I first came in and it was ok, the girl that did my nails was nice but after I was out of there my nails started chipping and coming off, 30 minutes after. That has never happened to me before, I spent a lot of money there and I was so disappointed. So I called them and got an appointment to get it fixed and the girl that did it gave me so much attitude and less than a week later my nails started chipping and coming off. I’m not doing anything for that to happen. I’m never going back and I honestly want a refund.

Spa nails is fabulous! I have been going here for about 9 months . I followed my nail tech Madison here ! As soon as you walk into the building they make you feel at home . I handle heavy chemicals that completely leave my skin dry. I was completely satisfied with Abigail today and would happily recommend her to anyone. I was impressed with this salon! I hadnt made an appointment but found them on google and decided to give them a try. I was tired of the poor service that various other salons provide. Therefore, I first only wanted to get my hands done. Will was very customer friendly and professional! He listened to my concerns and set me up to have my hands done by Annie. Annie was not only very professional but she listened to my concerns and did such an excellent job with my hands, that I decided to have her do my feet as well! I noted Cindy, who is Wills wife to be a lady with class and professionalism as well! She put together two different colors for my toes in an effort to match my hand polish. The atmosphere at Spa Nails is simply what makes them unique! They made my day!! Thanks again you guys! I will always recommend you!

First visit. Took my daughter who got Gel while I got a SNS manicure. My daughters service was great, her cuticles were done, she got a nice little hand massage etc... I on the other hand received none of that. My cuticles were not trimmed, my sns is thick and makes my nails look stubby, I received no hand massage. I had to go home and pick the sns from underneath my nails and around the edges. After $72 plus tips I expect a little more.

Cindy and her Crew are Amazing! They really care about each of their clients and are very welcoming and covid/health standards conscious! I really appreciate their attention to details, fun conversations and the relaxing experience everytime my spouse and I go (or when we take our parentals/kids in our life, they all love this place too).

I have been going to this salon for my nails ever since November 2018, and since the new management team took over ((a year ago, I believe)), I have not gone anywhere else. Their service is ALWAYS top notch. Because of Covid now, it is required to wash your hands as soon as you enter the door, so you are certain they are extremely clean. Everyone there is always so hospitable and professional. There is never a time when I leave unsatisfied with the work they’ve done! Abi, Madi, Jason, Ben are all who I’ve had so far, and I never care who I end up with because I know my nails will look amazing when I walk out! I appreciate all of the confirmation texts and follow ups the day of the appointment. I never feel rushed if something happens to me off schedule, and they are accommodating in every way. On top of everything, they all attempt to engage in conversation with their clients, which rarely happens at nail salons. I could not recommend this specific location more, and definitely mention Spa Nails to anyone of my friends looking for a salon! I can guarantee I will continue coming here as often as possible, and as long as I am around💕

I have been getting my SNS for years and I hands down, this is my favorite look. She understood exactly what length and shape I asked for. They also have the best color selection, and I’m really particular. The only downside is that now I have to drive 45 minutes to the salon because I can’t go back to my old one!!

I was hesitant to get my nails done this morning due to new ownership. I was pleasantly surprised... The salon has been refreshed with new equipment as well as new products that are able to be used in any application so fingers and toes can match! Cindy, the new owner did an amazing job on my nails. I have been going to spa nails for over 6 years now. They are the only nail salon I go to and will ever go to. The staff treat you like your family. I see Helen every time I go. I can show her a picture of any nail design and she always goes above and beyond to make it happen. She also loves to do her own designs when I don’t have an idea in mind and she never fails to amaze me with her creativity. If I don’t come in, they text me to see how I’m doing. If I ever have any problems, they fix it right away. If you want designer nails at a decent price, this is the place to go!

WAITED forever, some guy told us we will be right with you have a seat. 45 minutes later not even eye contact with us. I didn’t see anyone carrying for us so we got up and left..don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about the customer..if I could leave zero stars I would just like they gave zero attention to us.

I have been going to spa nails since I was 13 years old. Helen always did my nails flawlessly and always greeted me with a smile and knew exactly how I liked my nails. This place is under a new owner, Cindy, and I got my nails done by her 1 time to test the waters and see if I liked her work- I was shocked that my fill in was $60 for ombré (Dip) & when I went to another place they said she infact did ACRYLIC on me but yet I paid for (SNS/Dip)!!This shop is now over priced and the work and the vibes in this shop are not worth it at all.

The Manager is very welcoming. As you enter she walks to welcome you. And she continues to interact, she gives you an indication of the wait time, she engages you in little pleasantries. In fact, she makes every effort to keep the salon relaxed with her light banter. This is in sharp contrast to the nail salon right across the street where you might walk in, someone shouts some indicipherable words, and then you are ignored as they continue what could be called the nail sweat shop.Bottom line, Spa Nails is smaller and provides a welcoming and relaxed experience. Pedicure services were acceptable, nail service was good, eyebrow waxing was well done.

I set an appointment for SNS nails and showed up on time. I sat and waited about twenty minutes before man came to me and asked me if I had time to wait a while longer because other customers were upgrading their pedicures and it was taking longer than usual. I was on my lunch break and had to leave because I didn’t have more time to wait. There was no apology given of wasting my time, when I respected theirs enough to call ahead and make an appointment. Won’t be back.

SPA NAILS IS AMAZING!!!! I have been coming here for years, but every now and then I stray away and try different places. This past weekend, I tried a new place with my friend from work who begged me to go with her. They were horrible!!! The customer service was ridiculous and I felt unwelcome and unappreciated. Lena from Spa Nails fit me in on that Sunday and saved my life! The whole point of me getting my nails done was for my orientation that I started today. My nails ended up looking spectacular and I had nothing to worry about thanks to Lena. I also recommend Cindy as well. She is a dear friend of mine and I have known her since high school. They are both experts in this field and will not disappoint! :)

I went in hoping to get my nails filled. Not only did I wait for 20 minutes, but I could clearly see two people doing nothing and just playing on their phones. Then, when they finally got me to a table, I asked the lady for a fill. She literally said No and began taking my nails off in the most painful way. When I expressed that that was not close to what I wanted, she gave me a nasty look and said Well too late now. I let her finish taking them off, as I wasnt going to walk around with half of my nails missing. Then once she finished pulling off my nails (which, I will reiterate, hurt terribly) she asked if I wanted my nails painted, when I replied with a negative, she looked at me as if I had just hit her dog. Then to top everything off, she charged me $10. A whole $10 to not only do the wrong thing, but also to damage my nails almost beyond repair, and provide the worst customer service Ive ever had. Id recommend to instead give a visit to CT Nails or A Nails. Ive never been unhappy there!

Love this place, my nails almost made it to a month with out lifting/popping off. They pricing is reasonable and the staff is great. They are more concerned with your satisfaction than charging you extra.

1st time here, did not like it at all what so ever. They have nice pedicure chairs but it was humid in there. Smelled like feet. The lady that did my nails was bad. My nails are already coming off by just a few days. I will not be returning to this place.

I visited this place once before and the service was nice. Second visit I brought a coworker with me, and the lady at front desk was pleasant, but soon after I refused additional services. She became rude and condescending. Since Im a paying customer give me the option to select additional services. I should not feel like Im buying a car. The lady that actually did my pedicure did a great job but the customer service was unacceptable.

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and waited 40 min before I was seen, while I was waiting the man who works there was very rude. I got sns with tips and the lady rushed and was hurting my fingers. They are also very over priced and not worth my hard earned money.. within a week 3 nails have came off, which I can usually get sns with tips to last 3-4 weeks. Don’t recommend this place at all.Edit: response to owner, this is the right nail salon...

Changed owners.. new boss did my nails and the shape is terrible. Doesnt know how to build an acrylic nail without a tip, she just rushed through instead of saying that.

—I have been going to Spa Nails for over 4 years and have never had an issues with service except one time when I had a pedicure and the girl cut my Toe nails too short and they bled.Today it happened again while trimming my nails . The pedicures cut my nail to low and it was bleeding for quite a while. She put some treatment and a band aid on it. When I went to check out I was charged the full price . No mention of a discount or complimentary pedicure on my next visit . I guess having a customer go home with a bleeding toe is not unusual for this spa. Needless to say I will no longer be going there . My toe still hurts and I am going to go and soak it again . Such a disappointment . This used to be a nice place to go in the neighborhood but I prefer to drive a bit further and not be in pain when I get home. :(

I have been coming to this shop for a few months now so I stopped in today on Mother’s Day at 5:20pm hoping they had time for my usual SNS and pedi w /10 extra mins of foot massage. They welcomed me in showing no problem that it was close to closing time. Chose my colors and the young lady was just abt done w my nails and I noticed that the SNS color never darkened up to the color I chose so I asked “is that #82?” And she looked a little surprised and said no it’s #81”.... I guess the woman doing my pedi gave her the wrong color?It seriously wouldn’t have mattered that much but I’m pale and it was a super neutral color. They went back and forth about who’s fault it was and bc I was the last one in the shop she asked if I could come back tomorrow and she would fix it... I said OK... and as my pedi was getting finished up Keith came into the situation and sat down and said let’s go ahead and get this off and get the right color on... I could t believe it but didn’t want to have them stay later than they already were on Mother’s Day... but he said no, it’s no problem I can do it quick and it will save you a trip. I felt bad being that it was just over a nail polish color but he made me feel like it was no big deal and just took care of it. I was totally impressed.As I sat while they were finishing up I was also able to witness their clean up regiment and again, I was totally impressed. They all worked together like a well oiled machine, didn’t cut any corners and cleaned EVERYTHING.I know I am not the only one who is thankful for their nail shop being sanitary bc we’ve all seen nightmare infections that can come from the opposite. You won’t have to worry about that here- they are very thorough with their cleaning and the way they handled my issue was so impressive. You will be pleased if you try them out.

Had an sns manicure today and my daughter had a gel manicure. Neither of us had a good experience. My nail tech was very rough and it was not a pleasant experience. It even hurt when she filed my nails. My daughter said her nail tech made her bleed. The salon is dark and doesn’t look super clean.

Never again.this had to be the worse customer service Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. Had issues before and decided to give them a second chance. Both times I had issues the first time with the product being spilled on my things then told is ok, which clearly it was not and I had to throw the shoes away. The second was not the service I asked for. Both times they had the nerve to not only charge me but become rude and tell that they provided the service. Even dating they would call police. I dont need a third time. Im done

Not only terrible customer service but their racist, I had been patiently waiting for over 20 minutes when a Caucasian woman worked right in and one of the staff got up out of nowhere and asked her what service she was here for, when I told her I had been waiting for a while she just sat me down with no explanations and proceeded to start her services. I ended up going home with the wrong color. 😒
