Contacted to see if i could get a part time night shift, due to my record from 2016 with bad attendance which Ive told them I got in a bad crash and even reported it that day of the crash, they didnt put that part in my record im now inactive in their system. So they dont want to accept me in any job with them.. Even though I told them i had a up to date resume and no issues. No other temp has done what atlas did, I even got my most recent job through a different temp and ended up permanent. I just wanted to save a little more with this part time with atlas but obviously they go with old records and if you bring anything up to them like missing hours or why you have to miss one day they make it worse then it seems.

I recently started working for Atlas and I have never felt so welcomed at an employer as I do here. The atmosphere is very inviting and everyone works together as a team. If I ever have any questions or concerns, everyone on my team is quick to help. It feels like home here. I would recommend Atlas to anyone that is looking for a job.

This place is B.S they except Fake papers from the Latino community.I know this office site is Rude Racist Ppls are Saying that that cant take bc they are from a place that a not U.S.A Government . which is a lie Redlake Id is not recognized.Can take this take fake papers that was maDe lake in Mpls by taco bell I know bc wwas there. I wish I could give this 0 stars but google makes you at least give it 1 star to leave a review. Ive gone into this staffing office a total of 2 times. Both times I have not applied I change my mind and left. My buddy told me he was doing a landscaping job and told me to ask for a specific person so she could place me there. The 1st time I went in I really needed a job during the summer so I could save up some spending money for during the school year. I went in thinking I would walk out with a job. I was wrong. I went in and I dont quite remember the workers name any more I think it was Jean. She gave me an application and told me to fill it out and she could have me start the landscaping job that day if I finished before 10 am. I was excited and tried to finish as fast as I could. While filling out my application I heard the workers in the office talking back and forth some in english and some spanish. Then I heard someone yelling in spanish as if they were really angry. I felt very uncomfortable and waited 5 minutes to see if the person would be done yelling it was almost 10 am so I couldnt wait any longer. I went up to the counter and as Jean got up to try and help me the lady that was yelling snapped at her and I could only assume told her to sit back down and looked back at me and said We in a meeting can YOU wait! she said this really angrily as if I had done something. She didnt speak english that well but she seemed to be the office manager with how she was standing in the middle front. I looked over at jean and she mouthed to me sorry I felt bad for her she seemed embarrassed and her face was red. Immediately following that I walked out and found another job up Vierling at Valley Staffing. I went in last week to give it another shot and try to get a weekend part time job. This time I went in a little bit after lunch time so I knew I couldnt walk out with a job for that day. I was fully prepared to start the next day. I went in and there was only 2 workers there and they seemed very busy but 1 girl ran up and asked me the regular stuff and handed me an app. I proceeded to apply but after seeing them being alone in the office I felt bad for both these girls. I went up to the counter and asked where the rest of the workers were they said they were out sick and I asked if their manager was there so I could address what happened to me in the Summer. The 1 girl told me that their Manager and Assistant Manager had been out of the office since 10 AM. IT WAS ALREADY 2!! What kind of manager leaves their workers by themselves ALL day?!?!? I told them I would be back and apply on another day. After going home I decided to not apply at all. This is a sorry excuse for staffing agency and I feel bad for their workers. I would not work for this type of rude company. I expect a certain treatment and I got none from the so called Manager so I cant imagine the rest of company is like.

Dont understand why everyone is giving this place a bad rep. Tammy maybe you should figure out how to do math, that is maybe a 6th grade level test. Ive never had an issue here. Always gave me great paying jobs...to the guy thats complaining about Friday paychecks, maybe learn to manage your money? Just my .02 anyway if you need a job fast go here theyll normally place you within a day.

Its 1 full star and half star plz. OK great at finding jobs but i just hate the pay system wait until Friday? i cant wait that long for my pay check, and they dont lisen to me on how what kind of jobs i like and hate, i feel like the get jobs on my skin, witch i hate it. now jobs they offer a $16/hour for a week but they did not give me that becuea, do to my lack of equipment they get me another job with lower pay, i was mad. now to day 10/9/2016 i have no job for 1 whole week thats unaccountably. i will find working staff some where else. Today april 13 same problems with a new workers with no jobs Avalibel i thing this places is underfunded with no staff person. Motivated to work to help others seen more helpfully ness at a footlock then this company the pay system I dont like I have to wait till next week to get my paycheck even if its only 2 to 3 days work and its so early in the morning and its going to they wont hire me back the money which company now I know it feels like to be at the the coffee house so and appreciative of people who works for them. At 3:30 p.m. on April 13th I got a call from them saying that their job is somewhere else outside of Shakopee and very frustrated he keeps switching on me every time Im not sure if its racial or they just dont care at this point Im getting really tired of this nonsense I think they should be nuke off the face of the Earth or shut down or get a new Manger

This place is a joke . Very condescending staff . Im sure working there is really that great . Set me up with a job and told me not to show up cause I supposedly didnt pass their math test . Im sure their mostly illegal immigrant workers did though . Dont waste your time here .
