Very professional, thorough, my nails came out beautifully, but I thought very expensive and timely. About three hours for Dip nails.

I got tips they came off the next day do not recommend

Good services, but pretty rude staff. Good a manicure today and wanted to leave a tip for the service. I asked to put the tip on my card, and the staff member replied with “you don’t have cash?!?” I said “no I don’t.” He then replied “well we only do cash tip here, so bring cash with you next time.” It was my first time there and didn’t know that. No sense of appreciation whatsoever for the tip I wanted to give for the service.

I gave them a challenging experience removing a disaster nail job I got on vacation. They handled this very professionally. Fiona and a gentleman that was there removed those nails and repaired my own nail bed to their best ability and did a fantastic job. I was blown away with the experience. They give you a mini massage while getting your nails done, they dip your hands in this moisturizing wax at the end too which I never had before. The nail studio is extremely clean and well polished. They are all professionals that blew me away. It was no easy task but my nails turned out better than expected and they did it all in a reasonable time too! Highly recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time coming to The Nail Studio and I must say they are the best nail shop Ive ever been to around the area. The shop is very contemporary and clean. The owner always checking on customers that if they need something else as they are getting their nails done. They have a wide range of gel colors, and everyone is very polite and personable. Id highly recommend a manicure here and you should definitely give a try. Jane did a great job for my gel nail.

Really loved my experience here. Got a dip powder manicure by Terry which came out beautifully and a white tea pedicure which was super pampering and relaxing and my lashes done by Sarah. Definitely worth it. They all did a fantastic job and being a makeup artist who works in the beauty industry I really loved that it wasn’t rushed and every tool was sanitized and super neat and organized. Definitely give them a try.

Terrible service. My sister took me for a manicure and pedicure for my birthday yesterday. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut, just began cutting, and I had to ask her to fully remove my red polish off my toes. Then she walked me over for manicure with thick gray powder and lotion caked on back of my legs. I had to request she wipe it off. Once the manicure was done I went to put on my shoes to find my foot still rough. She didn’t scrub bottom of foot well. The management said they would do it in 10 minutes and sent same girl to do it again. My sister paid a substantial amount and was totally embarrassed. Apologizing over and over as she saw the while thing and was upset. To make matters worse the manager Says the girl did the best job she could. If that’s their best they will not be in business much longer. I will never ever return or recommend.

Love it here! My get manicure always lasts a long time. You also always get a shoulder massage and paraffin wax dip before you go. Perfect!

I loved this place until I got Jane. I got a pedicure and Jane didn’t put any lotion on my legs and didn’t massage them. The second time I got Jane I hoped it would be better, I got a gel manicure and once again my hands didn’t get put in mits and no hot stone massage. She rushed through my cuticles and didn’t even clean them all off. My friends who are also regulars have mentioned they got stuck with Jane and got no massage and now don’t go back. So basically I would recommend this place, as long as you don’t get Jane!

Great nail salon! First time there will definitely be back. Chairs were comfortable and the service was outstanding. The place was so clean. And everyone was very friendly. They are even open on Sundays. The prices are right as well. I’m glad I stopped in and will definitely be back.

Super clean and they did a great job! Cool stone massage, and they also dip your hand in a cool mixture that peels off like a glove and leaves your skin so smooth! Super cheap, 10/10 recommend.

Clean and calm. Ive been for both a manicure and a pedicure on different days, and both times the experience was pleasant. Touches like the paraffin and the massage make regular treatments seem special. They even gave out water bottles on a day that was especially warm.

If you want to treat yourself, try The Nail Salon. A standard manicure includes a wax hand treatment and a hot stone shoulder massage AND its only $15! If you pay cash you get a 10% reward for next time. Didnt bring cash? They have an ATM inside the salon. They have cold drinks and candy, a great nail polish selection, and everyone is so friendly. I havent tried a pedicure there yet but they have so many options and everyone always looks really relaxed on that side of the room! You can make an appointment but walk inside are welcome. Definitely try The Nail Salon, you wont be disappointed.

Ive gone several times and the service has generally been great, but there have also been times (like today) when it feels very rushed. Id made an appointment, then the tech seemed annoyed I did not want the surface of my nails filed before a gel manicure. Its very clean and I love that they dont re-use files and buffers, but each new visit makes me wonder if theyre overwhelmed by the volume of customers.

One bad apple...We were eager to try this new salon in Beverly. I agree with other reviewers that it is a very clean establishment that offers perks in regular services (e.g. paraffin treatment is included in a regular manicure). The technicians seem to be friendly, diligent and happy. All except one. And I got her. Eva not only ruined my manicure, she pretty much ruined my day. She was rude, disrespectful and sloppy. I am not sure if I will ever go back, but for all of you considering this place - please avoid her at all costs.

Staff was rude.. felt rushed as soon as I walked in. I got a dip powder manicure and 5 days later it is already chipping off multiple nails!!! Other places I have gone it has lasted 3 weeks to the point that my nails grow out.... unfortunately I will not be returning here.

I was next door at the fabulous Depot Diner. My tenant raves about the treatment he receives at this salon. He regularly gets a ma i-pedi.

Very clean and sanitary! Only I rated 3 stars cause theyre really expensive for a full set that lasted less than 2weeks.$100 for a full set?Everywhere else is half the price. They said its healthy and last longer but I call BS.

I stopped by on a whim for a quick manicure and didnt love the service or the results. I also didnt like the rushed and awkward neck masssge I got (and didnt agree to) as my nails dried. I wont be back.

I went in for the $36 mani/pedi special with the coupon I recieved in the mail. At the pedicure chair Jenny pulled out a chart showing a wide variety if pedicures available ranging in price from $45-$100. I pulled out my coupon and said I wanted to be clear I came for the $36 deal. I made that clear twice pointing to it on the coupon. The salon was immaculate. Jenny was a sweet woman. I did ask her more than 3 times NOT to cut my toe nails...only file. That request was ignored. When the pedicure was done we rushed over to the manicure area where I received a very quick dry manicure. No soaking; No cuticle oil; No cuticle remover. Jenny wasnt very good at cutting the cuticle. Then she had me washing my hands. Next thing I know my hands were going into the wax. I was very hesitant to dip the hand with my diamond rings but she assured me the rings would be fine. It was a nice treat for my hands but not my rings. My diamond is majorly caked with paraffin wax. Hugely aggravating. Then back to the table with a rush neck massage. Then time to pay before the polish. She proceeds to say its $45. I say no I came for the $36 deal. Brief exchange of words. They were all talking another language making me feel terrible. The manager finally agreed to take my $36. I almost walked out after paying $36 but then she wanted to finish the polish. In the meantime it was getting close to closing time. Everyone was cleaning and I felt VERY rushed. I apologized for the miscommunication but I dont think Jenny even knew what I was saying. I wanted to say Id come back again because they did offer unique extras. But in the end I felt like they were trying to trick me with the upsell and they may have been using the language barrier as an excuse. Needless to say. My diamond is caked with wax. My polish job is just ok. My cuticle didnt get addressed properly. As clean and pretty as the place was. I sadly have a bad taste in my mouth now so I doubt Ill be back.

Not sure why my husbands name showed up on this, but its not Bill lol...its Sue.This place opened not too long ago. Right now 20% off services. It was great. Had a great foot massage with my pedi, and it was 5-10 minutes long and then then put the wax on the heels of your feet. then for the shellac mani they do that, you get the wax on your hands and to top it off they spend a few minutes massaging your back and neck, and it was a quality one. Thank you Andy, I will be back :)$52 for a shellac mani and a regular pedicure, and if you pay cash there is a rewards card that they put 10% back on, not bad at all.

Average. Paraffin is a nice extra but manicure was dry so cuticles were not taken care of. Shaping was inconsistent and polish application was sloppy.
