Good customer service.

Terrible customer service. I made a policy and had it for 4 years and each year the policy went up. I called a better insurance agent, Rapid insurance, and got a policy for $70 cheaper a month. Nobody speaks English and they dont try either. Once you call, they just put you on hold if they dont know an answer and leave you there. It also takes days for them to go head and cancel your policy. Also dont allow them to say Ill call you back because they never will. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible insurance company stay away from them,Always trying to Charge additional Hidden Fees. Went to the office and canceled policy and everything went good, then I get a letter in the mail for a missing payment when I called to get information they are wanting to charge me for a cancelation fee which was never stated or mentioned while the process was being applied.

First time going and getting insurance from this company, got my quote they was the cheapest and just let me tell you was in and out,
