My technician Leah is THE BEST!!She’s very precise with everything and my feet has never been this beautiful!! I believe she’s the absolute best because last time I came here, I got it from Ashley but something was off. So this time I tried it one more time before stop coming and I’m so glad I did. This place looks nice on the outside, but I have had terrible experiences here. Just got my nails done with gel yesterday and today they’ve already all peeled off. My nail tech was rough and I did not get the relaxation I like to get when getting my nails done. I would highly recommend Pro Nails right around the street over this place. Better prices and better customer service.

This nail salon experience for me was terrible. First They did not have what I wanted, and were confused when I asked for solar nails. So I just went with SNS with a tip. When doing my nail the girl who seemed very young and in experienced, did not know what size to put for my thumb nail. I told her it was a zero, which is what I get at all other nail salons but she didn’t listen. After attempting something else I made her take them off and try the zero which worked. After that it only got worse. Every nail shape was completely different, and un even. She knew that they looked horrible but still kept going and eventually I had to ask them to take all my nails off. Waste of two hours!!!! And they were not even that friendly.

The Big Apple pedicure is the absolute best and worth every penny. Michelle is very friendly.

This was my first visit and I was serious so shocked at how incredible and nice everyone was. I got a gel manicure and my nail tech Leah ( I believe that’s how you would spell it) was so detailed and did four coats to make sure it was perfect. She gave the best hand massage then blew me away with a shoulder massage at the end. I was walking on cloud nine when I left. I will definitely be back in two weeks to get them redone. I highly recommend. You can get anything done at the Big Apple including eyelash extensions! I’m very thrilled

My friend and I got our nails done earlier today. While doing my nails, he cut me twice with the machine. For a full set, I paid $56- fine, normal, aside from the bleeding it was okay. My friend, however, got a simple fill in because she already had nails. $54. $54 for a fill in and two accent nails. They didnt even have anything I wanted and there was a super long wait time. There was literally no positive thing about this experience.

Absolutely love this place! The last place I went to ruined my nails and they were falling apart within a week. Ashley completely redid them over and fixed them up so my nails would grow properly and stronger again! Thank you!!

I had a reservacion at 12 p.m. I arrived at 12:05 - 12:00 and waited until 12:21 when I left. The lady told me that there was nobody available for me because I arrived at 12.10 and another client, that had a reservacion, arrived before me so thats why nobody was available. That was a lie. Just received a manicure and pedicure and I was absolutely blown away. The service was absolutely amazing. This was my first experience and most definitely will have future appointments. The entire environment feel is friendly and very professional. I will recommend this place to all my girlfriends.

My mom and I got a pedicure here. My mom’s water was pretty cold and the lady doing her pedicure cut her toe which resulted in her bleeding a decent amount. Our nails didn’t even get to dry before we had to leave because they were closing. $36 (per each of us) later and my pedicure is messed up because it had no time to dry. : (

Now I do not know much about nail salons, but this place has completely revamped my nails and toes. I am in the military and proper hand and feet maintenance is quite hard when you are overseas. When i showed up, I pretty much told the receptionist, I do not know what I need but please fix me. They gave me excellent service and I had a great time getting to know the technician. I will definitely recommend this salon. Great atmosphere.

They charged me $60 for a fill in. I go get my nails done all the time and only get charged up to $25. Very expensive. Then they kept asking if I would leave a tip. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been going here for 2 years and love it.

My sister and I went here the week before her wedding. They offered services that sounded nice and would have been nice...if they were done correctly. The woman doing my hands was very sweet, but cut my cuticles until they bled on my right hand, my sisters manicurist cut her cuticles in 2 different places. Their gel polish isnt real. My gel polish peeled off completely in one piece on 4 fingers. It has only been one week since our visit. That has never happened to me before. I will not be returning to this salon.

I am very sad. 2 weeks ago I had a wonderful experience...Today not so much. I had an appointment scheduled. I was about 15 min early, which I dont mind to wait. They put me in a chair, removed my old polish and said can you wait 10 minutes. I said that is ok. Almost 1 hour later of still waiting and they were taking people to work on who had arrive much later than me, I had enough. I went back to my car and called another nail place pretty much across the street. There are way too many nail places around to have to be ignored. Sorry...thought they were going to be my nail and spa place. Guess not

This place is really great!!! It was my first time getting a pedicure & it was the best!!!

Both times Ive had my nails done here, they look good, but it takes Forever!!! The last time, I got there right when they opened, and they took me right in. It took 2 solid hours for a SNS manicure. It looked good, but Ive got things to do people!! That should absolutely not take two hours, nor does it take that long at other salons.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! So today I was that obnoxious customer that brought my kids with me to the salon. I expected the ladies to by annoyed but they were all so so sweet! The young lady that did my manicure even went so far as to talk to the baby, hand her toys, and make her laugh all while working on my nails. She worked very quickly without making a single mistake. I asked for a very specific modern style and she executed it beautifully! They are gorgeous. Everyone there was very gracious and friendly. Very pleased with my experience!

I have been to both Big Apple Nail salons and both have been wonderful. I always get gel nails and they always look beautiful and last forever (well about 3 weeks). I keep my nails really short so they usually just file them. The shape is always nice and they listen to what I say. Ive shown up 30 min before they closed and they always take me and do a very nice job. I will keep coming back for sure.

Can here last year. I got my nails done while my mom got a pedicure. She had amazing service. Me however.... the manager was very rude and constantly angry with her workers and clients. They were really not that busy but the manager was acting like she was really stressed and shuffling around three different employees to do my nails. Basically each nail looked different and not good. When it was her turn to do my nails she kept nicking me with the electric file since she kept looking up and telling the other employees what to do. They also charged 5 more dollars just because I wanted a coffin shape. I’d never go back here.

I love this salon. I have read some of the negative reviews and must state that I have never been pressured for a bigger tip...NEVER. They have great service and I especially love that they use a timer for the pedicure. I have found in other salons that the more busy they are, the less time you get on the massage portion of the pedicure...yet you still pay the same. Not here...they actually use a timer so that you always get the same amount of time.

They do an ok job but it does take forever. They are really rough with my hands, and not one time have I come away without some cut or scrape. The final straw was when they look off my actual nail, thinking it was a fake one. She just ripped it off as she was removing the color. And then I was charged for the replacement nail. Ill find another place.

This place has gone down hill. They are normally busy and I feel that they rush people through the experience to get more customers in and out. I often just get a pedicure but I just so happened to have a free manicure this time. Pedicure - water was cold, no bathing salts, barely a massage and I was completely done before the timer went off. Once they found out I had a free manicure - nails were barely soaked, no rubbing of arms and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Every once in awhile you would receive a backrub while your nails are drying and the last few times I have gone this did not happen routinely.

Wow they are wonderful. I stopped getting my nails done because of the harm with arcrylic they have a natural product that has no drilling, no chemicals.. It was wonderful. The service was wonderful and they made sure that I did not leave until I was relaxed, happy and ready for my next visit. I will be going back again.. Cheers,

Had my eyebrows waxed and one eyebrow was missing about 1/3 of the brow and I suppose the tech bought I wouldn’t notice as she was holding the mirror a tad far from my face. I was almost in tears when I complained about my eyebrow to the lady cashing me out. Her comment was “well...we will not charge you”. I replied with “I would hope not!” She responded “”it will grow back”. I was furious from that statement and have not and will not ever go back. Just let me say it took almost 6 months to grow back and it didn’t grow back completely. Very disappointed in the whole experience and lack of concern from this establishment. I will tell everyone I can to prevent the same thing from happening to them. I tried one or two other places that were okay but didn’t love them in the area before going to the next plaza over to Lamour nails. They did a nice job on my brows!

I’ve been going here every 3 weeks to get my SNS Nails redone & eyebrow waxed for the past year (so over 15 visits). Consistent and I have never had a nailbreak. They are very busy so be prepared for a small wait, but that just proves they are good if so many people keep going there. I’ve seen grown women literally throw a tantrum walking in needing five pedicures for their children with no appointment and being told there’s a wait. Come on now, no need to be over dramatic and leave bad reviews over minor inconveniences. Never been overcharged or upcharged. I have never been asked to tip more. I have never been unhappy with the service. Simple, clean, solid nail place.

I would use with caution . My daughter got her nails done 1 week (April 17) and 2 days ago with SNS . And 3 have come off already . By the time I got home she had already took them off . I feel this should not be happening. So just use with caution . To me this shouldn’t be happening .

Both my sister and I made an appointment for both gel manicure & pedicures. 2 1/2 hours later, both of us were leaving with horribly done manicures. My sisters was bad enough for the manager to give her a full refund. She blamed mine on glitter polish. Thats when we noticed I was charged $5 more for my manicure, when I asked why there was an extra charge? The manger told me they CHARGE $5 to soak off your previous manicure. I have been getting gel manicures for 7 years and I have NEVER been charged for soaking the old polish off. This is just a shady charge from an already overpriced salon.

I have been going to Big Apple every two weeks for a few months and love it! The salon is clean, staff is friendly and the quality of service cannot be matched.

Awful experience will never go back. Service was upgraded and charged despite my saying NO I wanted clear acrylic instead of the pink solar they were pushing. They did it anyway. Would not give me oval shape because that doesnt look good. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a nail salon. Had my daughter with for a service. They picked her up and walked off with her without my permission. Continuely got in her face attempting to play with her and upset her. Then made negative comments to me about her even though she never left her chair and did nothing but sit quietly, play games and eat snacks. I left here so angry I was seeing red. I will be returning to CT Nails. They may have a long wait sometimes but now I see it is worth it. I am a business owner and have been getting my nails done for years, plus I am a mother who believes your child should behave or be removed so trust me when I say this place does not deserve your business. Ashley was knowledgeable and swift in fixing my daughters nails for Prom. She was unhappy with the way they had been done at another salon. The staff was polite and the salon was clean.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. They pressure their customers for bigger tips! I have never had such a bad experience as I had there and I have had pink and whites for over 10 years. They also cheated my daughter by charging her $60 for an acrylic nail fill! They did not have their prices posted anywhere and she did not know what else to do, so she paid it! But...she told me and told her friends so it was short-sighted of them. They also said that she had said that I would pay for her tip (she was gone by then). she never said that! They lost both of us as customers.Just very poor customer service. Dont they understand that news of bad service spreads more rapidly than good service? I told my friends at lunch and they told me about their bad experiences at that same salon! I wish they had told me before I went! I bet they have few regulars and repeat customers if this is how they conduct themselves. Shameful!At least you who read this have been forewarned.

I liked Big Apple. Ive only been there once, but that was my first time ever getting my nails done. My friend suggested that I go there, since its really close to where I live. They maintain the place pretty decent, and it was adequate enough for me.Although I dont recommend getting your nails clipped there. I recently read that if nail salons dont wash the nail clipper properly after they clipped someone elses nails, and that other perons nails had gotten a little (even microscopic!) blood on the nail clipper, then you could get Hepititis C. Just a helpful tip :).Anyways. Big Apple is okay. Although, I think they charge too much for a mani-pedi. I mean, $30 is a rip-off!! And thats not including the tip! We had to tip around 5-10 dollars! They didnt even do that well of a job! I know I wont be going there next time!

Pretty upset about this place. I got the sns nails and one broke 2 days later. Went in and got it fixed. No big deal. 4 days later and they all were starting to come off. So I went in after work and asked them to be fixed. The girl complained that I came in 1 hour before closing. She only fixed the ones SHE thought were messed up, did a terrible half a** job. One nail was the wrong color, the other ones she kept sticking her finger in to see if they were dry and so they are bumpy and have her finger prints all in them. NOT PLEASED. I spent alot of money on these. They lost my business. Im really not a picky person, but they look terrible.

I have been going to this place for a year and June 24 was my last visit, not planning on going back. I got SNS, wax eyebrows and bikini line. My eyebrows were OK but bikini wax was awful, It took 45 minutes for the lady to do it and very very painful ( I know is painful but it was horrible and other places can take up to 20 minutes, done right) days later one of my nails fell off out of no where ( I didnt do anything for this to happen), two days later 3 other nails. This happened before twice but i gave them the benefits of the doubt but not anymore, already looking for another place.
