I went to this nail salon months ago with my daughter to get the deluxe pedicure, it was amazing. We both agreed it was the best we ever had. Even though our appointment was at 5PM and they closed at 6, they never made us feel rushed. Fast forward to today. I went in for a fill in and manicure, worst, mani ever! Rushed through the whole thing. Burned my skin with the tool she was using, because she was so rushed. Never pushed back my cuticles. She was done in less than 25 minutes. Then she charged me $45. The pictures speak for themselves. I did explain I was not happy. She could have cared less. Beware where you spend your money.

I had a horrible nail job done somewhere else and my girl fixed them up and did a fabulous job. beyond perfect and gave me a good deal because i had them done the day before ! thank you steven nails for being so nice

I love this place! I drive 14 miles off my routine route from work to go here. Always treated great! If I pick out a color that just isnt me, they pick one for me and I always love it. Great service and great prices!

I had a great relaxing vist this afternoon. They are taking clients by appointment only so it was not crowded. The staff wore gloves, a mask and face shield so I relaxed and enjoyed my visit. Great pedicure 👌

Long wait, but they did good job!

Made a reservation for myself and three friends to have pedicures. Arrived and were immediately seated. Two and a half hours later, we left. They worked on five customers who came in after us ..and left long before us. What was the point of a reservation. Additionally, although the others in my party were pleased with the work. The young lady who did my hands rushed. She filed my nails instead of cutting them and my cuticles still have ragged edges. Finally, I watched as she used a utensil on someone she had just used on me. Will not return.

I have been coming here for 2 years. I absolutely love this place. They are all so friendly and caring. They always address you right away. Lee does a very good job. I never go anywhere else other then here. Thank you Lee and team. You guys do an awesome job.

Stevens Nails have been the best place in Towne lake to go for all of nail care needs! With their ridiculously large selection of SNS, literally my only problem is deciding what color I want. Ive had almost everyone there work on my nails at one point or another and each one has exceeded my expectations of service! When I get my toes done Ive been crazy relaxed the entire time! Ive even brought my 2 year old daughter in and they were incredible with her! I would definitely recommend this nail salon to all my friends! Even when Im waiting Im offered water or coke or sprite whatever they may have! I love it here.

I follow my favorite nail tech, and this is where she is choosing to work these days :) She has had some very bad experiences at some other local places, and she already knew the owners here, so she decided to move. She is amazing and the rest of the staff is also very nice. Pricing is comparable to other salons. It is conveniently located off Towne Lake near Sprouts and Tuesday Morning.

Everyone here is very accommodating. No matter when I call they get me in. Very meticulous about their work. Love my nails!!!

This was my second time visiting Steven’s Nails and the first time was fantastic. The second time I only needed gel polish, no manicure as I had my nails done a few days prior and didn’t like the color so I removed myself. A gel manicure costs $25 at Steven’s and they charged me $20 JUST FOR THE POLISH! If you ask me, they just created a price out of the blue and I wont be returning due to the rip off. It costed me $15 elsewhere. It’s not the money that makes me sour, it’s the value of the service itself.

Friday morning, this is the first salon I could find open. I normally get gel polish and after talking to the man at the counter I decided to get acrylic. It was hard for me to find the exact color I wanted. I showed them a picture and they were able to provide me w four similar options. I was very pleased w everything. The man who did my nails was quick and courteous. I will def. be trying them again.

Got a nice massage chair to sit while waiting the workers are very nice the employee that did my pedicure was awesome didnt cut or hurt me and gave me the best foot and leg massage Ive ever had and was cute to look at its an A++ experience for me

Been a customer for years and have always been pleased with the service and final results. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for their services. The only drawback is that sometimes the get very busy, and they will estimate a wait time that is considerably shorter than the actual wait time. I usually just come back on another day. Happens rarely though.

My nails came turned out to be okay but she didnt do a very good job shaping them. I found three little hairs that were stuck or underneath the polish. The man who checked me out was rude, barely said two words. I had to ask how much the bill was... I will not go back.

Nails were extremely thick and misshapen. Asked them to be redone and they refused. I had never been to a nail salon that didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointing experience.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST nail salon in Woodstock! I am a loyal customer and visit them twice a month. They do get busy, so if youre in a hurry, make an appointment first.

I was referred to Stevens Nails by a coworker of mine who raved about how great of a job they do. I went this afternoon and asked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, as well as the signature pedicure. The massage felt great on my legs and I was so relaxed. One of my thumb nails bubbled up and the guy, no questions asked, fixed it. But the girl who did my toes started painting regular polish (which is no big deal, it happens). I paid way too much for the entire experience, who h was not mind blowing at all. And when I came home, I noticed my toes had all bubbled up and the polish was smeared everywhere. The gel polish even feels weird on my fingernails like theyre not fully dry. Ive never had anything like this happen before and I see a nail salon every 2 to 3 weeks. Im so upset that I spent so much money on a horrible mani pedi. And a day before I leave on vacation. 😡😠

I absolutely love their SNS color selection, and that’s one of the reasons why I keep coming back. However, every time I go, I ask that I have extra layers on my nails to prevent them from breaking. They always say okay, but they don’t follow through with it, even when I remind them that I would like more layers. The nails come out looking really natural and great! But my nails will break in a day with my profession with them being so thin. That’s why I need to get my nails done, and why I pay extra to have SNS done. But this lack of care for the customer’s wish needs to be addressed. I have had to go back in the past and had ALL of my nails redone because a few of my nails broke in less than 24 hours.

Ive been to this place a few times since it is right by my work. Called ahead of time twice and was lied to about the wait time both times. The owner, Steven, even hung up the phone on me when I called in to ask why I was lied to. They dont even acknowledge the customer most of the time. I understand now why they have to post signs asking their employees not to speak Vietnamese around their customers. Im obviously not the first person thats dealt with their horrible customer service. There are MUCH better, high quality nail salons in Towne Lake to go to. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

I arrived with really dry and cracked heels but when I left my feet were soft and smooth. I felt like a new person.

Stephen has done my nails for 12 years. He and his staff are fabulous! If you treat them with respect and communicate to them as equals you would never encounter any misunderstandings. Remember your whining and your use of American terms may not translate. The staff and Stephen are exceptionally smart and they are learned American English in a very short time and are always eager to learn more. Most customers ignore them and treat them as though they were servants, while they talk on their cell phones the entire time. You need to be part of the process and if you get a nicked cuticle, that is when you need to say “ouch” and have them apply (pour, not touch) alcohol over it. Then you will not get infections. I have had my nails done for 34 years and the only time I got an infection was when the technician touched the tip of the stop bleed antiseptic to my skin. I told her to always drop it on and never touch anyone with the tip, or to use a Q-tip and throw it away to prevent cross-contamination. Simple and common sense to us. If you have never traveled to other countries, you might not understand that every country has different health standards. Asians think we are dirty because we sit on the toilet seat. They stand and squat on it to avoid the germs. And yes my nephews wife is Korean. They are also very polite and even informally dropped their first names and adopted American ones to make it easier for Americans to pronounce them.
