Dont ever move here! It started off bad, move in date, the apartment was not ready, the next day it still wasnt ready and not even cleaned, the bathroom vanities are both completely water logged and you cant use the underneath for storage, Ive asked since I moved in to get it fixed due to mold and nothing, now I have roaches and I have flooding every time it rains and only once did they come to clean up all the water, every other time I was ignored, I got my own renters insurance and physically gave them a copy the day I moved in, then I started getting emails saying I didnt have insurance and I sent an email, then I sent another email, then they started charging me for their renters insurance! I complained they said they didnt have my insurance on file, so I sent another email, and then next month was charged again! Its been 4 months of me getting charged and I sent yet another email and they responded with, I need to send them a copy so it is taken off my bill. There is so much wrong with my apartment its unreal and they never fix anything they just put on a band-aid, Or they close the work order without even doing anything.At this point the emotional trauma inflicted by people who dont care is beyond my ability to cope. I havent had not one day of peace here! If I wasnt so concerned about my credit I would leave now because its not worth it! NEVER EVER LIVE HERE! worst place to live and horrible customer service.Ive been here since March 20th. Not even 6 months yet, and everything is this bad already.

“Young people” If you are looking please don’t rent here!! If you have a roommate and things don’t work out, getting their name off the lease is impossible!! Even if the person has court charges for destroying “the apartment”.. Injury/damage to real property!! As long as they get their money each month, they can careless about personal safety.. I’ve been keeping documents of all the times they have been called about these concerns..police has been called time and time again and the police has even talked to the leasing office and nothing has happened.. You can’t get a restraining order because their name is on the lease and legally they have a right to be there.. If something drastic happens and a life is loss, they will be hearing from my attorney!! They are not trying to do anything to better the community!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I moved in on 9/1/21 and I have no AC they told me before I signed my lease on 8/27/21 that they already ordered the part and that it would a couple of days and I keep calling and checking no one has a real answer they just tell me they sent a message and they will get back with me and its been over 80 degrees in my apartment its wors e if I am cooking this is getting ridiculous and shouldnt have to take this long to fix and they offered no type of accommodations or anything but they had no problem taking my money thoughif they dont fix it soon I will be reporting them BBB and making complaints all the way up to their corporate office. I mean this isnt personal I like the people but I feel like they not caring about their job or the people here because I am sure they enjoying their AC and I still have things Im still needing to get fixed also besides my AC

Assistant Manager is non-reliable, I have spoken to him many times about issues, including not being able to access my mail & he always has a excuse for the delay. After 3 weeks, it’s the same excuse; yet when I go up to postal office they said they can fix it immediately. 🧐 please improve. - Finally got a mailbox 06/10/2021EDIT- 06/17/2021 There was a sewage back up here, flooded my apt, got under the laminate flooring and carpet. They never did a proper clean up and only cleaned on TOP. They never even filed an insurance claim and they ruined my personal property. There is even STILL used toilet paper out front of the building bc they haven’t cleaned it up. Ripped up carpet and never fixed it; mind you it’s been almost two weeks now. DO 👏 NOT 👏 RENT 👏 HERE👏 You can find a way better deal with people that actually follow public health guidelines.UPDATE 06/30/2021 I have been in contact with the leasing office. I was told to “sit back and relax”. The leasing office has done nothing about the flood they haven’t done nothing to fix the electrical issue in the bathroom they’ve done nothing to fix some flooding that has happened on the water pipe from the story above mine. I still have a broken dishwasher with TOILET PAPER in there from the sewage backing up. Get off the computer and fix the problem.UPDATE 07/05/2021 NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. & now they are throwing EXTRA fees into rent that were never there two months ago over leaks that the apartment complex has never fixed. This place is NOT worth anyones time or money. They are Slum Lords for apartment complexes. This place is FULL of excues and lacks the ability to take ownership over anything. THERE IS MOLD GROWING HERE, THERE ARE HOLES IN THE CEILING, THERE IS WET DRY WALL HERE, they allow sewage pipes to flood apartments and never file an insurance claim (knowing damn well the insurance they provide does NOT cover personal property if it was not caused by the actual renter) I repeatDO NOT MOVE HERE. There are SO MANY other places in Winston-Salem that can provide great customer service, follow the lease contact without hidden fees, and follow your BASIC public health guidelines, as well as fix things in a TIMELY MANNGER-- Enclave at North Point IS NOT IT. You will NEED a Lawyer & to make sure to document EVERYTHING if you move here.

Been here 4 months and my stove/oven, AC, garbage disposal and lock on my front door have stopped working. Maintenance takes days and multiple phone calls to the front office to fix important things. Leak under my bathroom sink, dishwasher barely works, all the drawers in the kitchen dont have tracks, washer/dryer hookup is so small that you have to lean over your dryer to get to your washer. Every month they add renters insurance to my rent even though I’ve emailed the front office my proof of renters insurance through progressive 4 times. Very overpriced, unprofessional and simply not worth your time/money.

Too expensive for how it looks. Raise the rent yearly when apartments stay exactly the same. Maintenance takes too long to come fix something and when they do it’s a bs fix that you have to recall for multiple times. Would not recommend.

Just moved to the property. 2 days after moving it officially sold. The staff seem to be on top of things. so far im very happy. Ive heard good things and Im impressed with the new company!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not rent here, the prices are cheap in comparison to the area for a reason. Because the neighborhood is trash, maintenance never comes when you need it. It takes weeks for them to come out. And then it’ll just be a bandaid on it, they don’t actually make repairs. The office never answers, they are rude about any issues and give you the run around. This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived.

This apartment was a mess when we got the keys, nothing was painted, not one wall anywhere, the dishwasher has mold and doesnt work right the sink wont drain, the disposal doesnt work, I have no shower curtain rod, and the smell in here is downright awful. Ive put in maintenance requests and nothing has been done. we paid our rent and now they are saying we didnt and have begun the eviction process and we havent even been here a month yet. we signed the lease on the 4th of this month. and received the eviction notice on the 17th of the same month. I dont know whats going on here but it doesnt seem like anything is going right. Im going to be contacting code enforcement today because I also have a broken window on my first floor apartment I cant get them to fix either. just dont do it.

Im living here and I’m disappointed with management my air conditioner it’s not working I called the office and the new management Morgan place said it’s not 80 grade outside it’s not an emergency but I called a week ago so was enough for fixed with out emergency type, was 80 outside but when my wife cook feel like 90 degrees inside and what the lady on office says: “just open all the windows “ that’s the answer, when we paid for the Aparment we paid for a place with air conditioner and heat everything it’s great just i think could be better on maintenance...

They worry about the outside and not about the inside that needs doing takes forever to do repairs

I’m so glad to be moving! I have never had to call maintenance so many times in my life. Right now it’s 80 degrees inside my apartment and maintenance said they can’t come out for an air conditioning issue, unless it’s 80 degrees outside. Maintenance is prompt about coming, but it takes 20 times to get fixed.Staff is very nice and professional.

I am paying for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and i have made 4 maintenance phone calls and even left 1 or 2 voicemails about my toilet. It would not flush and no one would come fix it. I have been calling and asking for a good 4 weeks. I guess they feel like they don’t need to fix it because i have another bathroom and that’s fine as long as they also Plan to not charge me for the bathroom that I can’t even use!

Updated review: Ive been here for 5 years and its decent place to stay for the price. Other than the manager, the office staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Amanda whos been here since before I moved in). Carl and the new maintenance crew does a much better job staying up to date with maintenance requests than the prior crews. Moving only because the walls are so thin and it sounds like my new upstairs neighbors are about to come through the ceiling half the time(My living room windows literally rattle ) so I decided to find a townhouse before it drives me crazy

If price is the only consideration then you can live at the enclave. these are ready made coffins. I lived here for 4 years because of the price which was quite low and then when I moved to a new place that had a slightly more expensive cost. I noticed that did not sneeze that often and my breathing improved. There was mold in the air of the air conditioning and when I asked them to check the Manager (Pat Monkey) who is not a Racist said that everything is just fine. If you want to save money and kill yourself then this place is THE PLACE for you. and yes get the lead paint test done when you move in. good luck

Yall really have some nerve trying to charge $900 for these apartments with no washer dryer connect...Yall was just 680 last month and right across the street from the hood...Not only that,yall have issues with your pipes and AC units ...the nerve of yall to take advantage during a pandemic in these trash apts!

Staff has always been top notch since we moved in! Plan to live here for a few years! I love the atmosphere, neighbors are all really nice, maintenance is always on top of things, we couldnt have picked a better place to raise a family in!

The Enclave help me a lot my husband passed away three years ago, and I had to find me a nice 3 bedroom apartment! They made sure i move in with in a month, they are always on top of things when it comes to fixing what ever I need to be fix and wnen i pay my rent the staff always greet me with smiling faces! Thanks to the Enclave staff for helping my kids and I! Keep up the good work!:)

The staff is very unprofessional. They will collect your application fee knowing that you will not get approved for there apartment. I have a job no criminal background but just no credit nor rental history. They were aware of this and still accepted my application leading me on. They don’t ask for co-signers. The staff is very rude. Don’t waste your time dealing with them they are very selective on who they choose.

This place was simply horrendous. I made the biggest mistake of signing a year lease here. They told me if I had a maintenance emergency to call anytime.... water heater was leaking causing mold to grow on the floor called them and called them until I finally went to the office. They told me that wasnt a urgent emergency and they would handle it 6 MONTHS later they finally did it. In that time two of my cats died and I had them look at the way they died. They had eaten some form of mold and it was lethal to them. Went to the office they said I hadnt took the proper maintenance forms to do it so it wasnt there fault. Had a hole in my ceiling in my bathroom so when the upstairs people would take a shower water would fall through. They fixed it upstairs but left the hole in my bathroom that was rotting by the time they fixed it. Drawer broke wasnt a big emergency. Finned me cause my kitten had an accident on the floor and that wasnt covered in the security and now I have to pay $600 just for his accidents and now I have to send him to the pound cause he is seen as unfit to live with me. Mail box keys and front door keys didnt work for the first few weeks. They wild finally send maintenance when they want to snoop through your apartment and see everything they can fine you for then send a surprise search on your house if they do find something. They are horrible people that dont do there jobs and when they do there jobs they are out for money from you.

Honestly it was really bad from the beginning. There was a lot of things that were messed up and supposedly they were going to fix it. We are still waiting after two years for them to repair it. At first we had made a deposit towards the gates we bought to controllers and they said that when we gave them back they would give us that money now since they took the gates off I was going to give the controllers back and now they are saying that is money going towards the regular deposit and they will only give us that money back if the apt. Is in good conditions. I dont recommend this apt to anyone. But then again that is only my personal experience and opinion

A cheap place to live at the cost of your health and safety. I lived there for a year. Our front door was warped- no effort to fix it. The neighbors vented washer/dryer exhaust into our room- the assistant manager Tanya told me I was making things up. The complex is up a huge hill behind a gate that is rarely closed and people sneak through regularly. When the hill iced, they refused to salt it to prevent themselves from being held liable. The playgrounds were rarely maintained. If you choose to live here, above anything else, do NOT talk to Tanya! Talk to anyone else but her!

Apparently terrible at paperwork. Sends text messages about rent payments although Ive never been anywhere near this complex. Im a home owner in another county. Hasnt corrected error despite my attempts to unsubscribe and be removed from list.

Bug problem .. well Roach problem. They were hidden during initial walk through (of course). Then they begin to appear and keep appearing especially when the apartment does their pest control every 3 months or whatever. Whenever we called and complained or even asked in advance for our apartment to be treated when it “wasn’t our turn” they never showed or “had already come”. Terrible customer service.One of my roommates moved out at the end of our lease while my other roommate and paid month to month an extra 2 months, the office charged us for turning in keys at different times. Smh

Burgers and fries are huge, tasty, and with a good price. Try the cheddar burger. Also, the milk shakes are the best.

I stay nearby at the Crossland extended stay hotel and I traipse over there occasionally w/ my beach towel, swimming trunks, sunglasses and Bluetooth speaker to enjoy the 6 ft swimming pool! The Enclave staff leave at 5pm but theyve never said anything to us for swimming there.

I have put in several maintenance request, they come out and cover up the problem instead of fixing it. Another thing is that they are infested with roaches. Since living here i have used 4 cans of raid....smh, another thing i went to pay my rent after it being late and they did not accept it, the property manager told me that i have to move, may i remind you i do not owe any rent but she will not accept my rent. This place is a dump. All the pictures are from a few updated apartments that are clearly not available. The walls are paper thin, the quality of appliances and counters sad. The maintenance crew is not very educated and the patch work job they do is shotty. The gate is ALWAYS broken because apparently the people here dont know how to wait for a gate to open and the pool is never open. The gym is only open during office hours so if you work for a living it is closed before and after work and youll never get a chance to use it. And the neighborhood is super sketch and their are always punk kids running around and adults smoking weed in the parking lot.

Im not going to give this place any stars but because i have too, they are getting 1 star which should be -5. When I stayed here, I had no problems with the office. They were so sweet to me and my family which is fine. However, when we leased the apartment, there was a bug problem. They stated that they had already sprayed and did whatever they had to do 3 times but there was still issues with the bugs. They wanted us to wait another week to move in. When we looked at it, it looked fine so we said we would go ahead and move in. When we were doing our check list, we found holes in the doors and bottom of the sinks that needed to be plugged up, the dishwasher was so disgusting that they had to replace it. The master bathroom tub needed to be repainted and the ceiling was falling apart. The heater wasnt working. It was October when we moved in. So they fixed it a week later. The bugs were slowly going away after i told them to stop spraying because actually, it was making things worse. Then they finally went away from what me and my husband did, not the office. November came, and the heater went out again. My husband has sickle cell anemia so cold weather triggers his crisis. They came to fix it. February 2017, it went out again. The guy who fixed it this time said it was old and just put duck tape around the wires. What type of mess is that! But it worked. My husband and I was most definitely looking for another place to live. We put in our notice 08/24/2017. Typed it and had the office sign and date it. Our lease ended 10/31/2017. We paid half of our rent that month and received a $200 court fee for the remaining balance. Thats fine! We knew that would happen. We were going to pay the rest of the rent plus the court fee regardless. So the total we owed the Enclave was roughly $500. I called to tell Tanya who was the manager at the time that I would be returning the keys after I had cleaned out the apartment complex. She advised that I was already to late and that I would be charged a cleaning fee. Well here it is March 2018, I received a credit alert that I owe them $1109. I called them to see why because I havent received a notice or anything. Mind you, I left my number on the notice signed by the office before I left. They told me that because i did not return my keys, THEY RENEWED MY LEASE FOR ME, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AND CHARGED ME A EVICTION FEE. I asked them how could they do that and they signed the notice that I gave them acknowledging that I would be leaving. They stated that if the keys arent returned, that it states that I am still in possession of the apartment. However, in the current lease that I have, it states that if keys arent returned, I WOULD BE CHARGED A LOCK REPLACEMENT FEE, NOT HAVE MY LEASE RENEWED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. So, i have gotten a lawyer to have those charges that I DO NOT OWE falsely removed from my credit report and I am taking this apartment complex to court for falsely renewing my lease and putting it on my credit as an eviction and it was not. Also I have contacted the owner of the apartment complex Linda. I am waiting on a response. Patricia who works there gave me her number and if its incorrect, I will be documenting that to the lawyer as well. Also Amanda who works in the office was the one who signed my 30 day notice. They still have all of this information and was able to tell verify it with me but is trying to justify that they were able to falsely renew my lease and add it as an eviction charge because i did not return my keys. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

A complete waste of time i actually came up there and was going to get a place with another person well they didnt want to after the last minute and that was fine becuase she had a dog and didnt want to pay the fee ...i still wanted to so i still filled out everything gave stubs even my app fee for a one bedroom instead of a three came from charlotte BUT since i came in with someone else the first time they wont except my application are you serious?? I asked why wasnt this explained to me and why wasnt this in the paper work she said that it dosent matter i asked to get it in writing she said no........i definitely aint missing out on nothing here the manager rude and sound real unhappy with her life...pray for her yall she might need a man or its just that time of the month...

We were never late with rent. After living there for 4 years, they sent the lease papers. Before we had time to sign them, they sent us a letter saying they werent going to renew. We left and they decided to try to charge us two more months rent and fees. That was wrong. Watch out! I had to get an attorney for legal advice. A poor choice and management is difficult.

Since moving in I have had several issues with the office members Tanya and Patricia. My ceiling in my bathroom was damaged due to a leak in the upstairs apartment when I first called and spoke to Tanya,she listened to the issues like she was putting in the work order. Come to find out she did not. Then it developed black mold and they tried to paint over it. Then when I asked about a prorate on the rent Patricia stated that my rent and work orders were two different issues. Then on top of it my a/c is out and it has been over 2 since they said they would be sending someone.
