I moved here from out of state so I didnt know that these stains were from carpenter bees. Now that its getting warm out there are at least 30 bees out at a time swarming my deck. We pay a monthly fee for pest control but management is now telling me to purchase my own spray and take care of it. I dont leave my apartment much now in the day for fear of letting in a bunch of bees.

Great people, great place, peace and quiet, I recommend it to anyone who loves their privacy

Kayla and Jalanae is the very best very professional and friendly always making sure youre happy in your apartment home with no issues and dealing with them is always a pleasure and the property and landscape is beautiful very noticeable from the street Im very happy here.

I lived here for four years and consider both the office staff and the maintenance crew very competent and conscientious.Considering the great deal of work they have to do tending to the many tenants, they always manage to tend to my needs in a timely manner. 🤗The people here are a credit to this organization, Arcan Properties. Kari and Drew are awesome! They truly care about the residents and provide excellent service to our community, Sedgefield is my home and I have confidence in them and the service they provide, I truly am grateful to both of them.

Apartment was liveable, nothing great but nothing terrible. Lease was up 2/30/2020. Moved out at the beginning of 2/2020. Paid our last month rent and everything was good. 4/21/2020 i receive a notice from a collection agency for 28.43 for water and sewage for December 2019 into January 2020. We forwarded mail, they had phone numbers on file for my wife and I, and were provided the address of our new house. No attempt to contact us and just sent it to collections. The management upfront are a bunch of airheads. Take this for what its worth.

We have lived here for a year now and are in the process of renewing our lease. We love it here. The location is great!. It is close to a busy shopping center, Hanes Mall and several grocery stores but tucked away enough so there is no traffic noise or many people just walking through. The neighbors here are nice and always wave or stop by to say hi. One thing that I really like is that there are 2 police officers living here so I feel safe walking around the new dog park at night. The staff here is also awesome! The maintenance guys are always quick, helpful and polite when they need access to your home. And Missy is fantastic, every time we go to the club house she is there with a smile and funny story to share. I think the only thing I have found annoying is the smoke alarms in the apartment. They go off every other time we open the oven. It is great that they work, but they can be a bit too sensitive sometimes.

Very poor management.We were given the run around since we first started conducting business with them. We we’re told that July 1st would be our move in date and that worked perfectly with our current renting situation.However, days before we were supposed to move in I got an email from Darinda the leasing manager and she was informing that the countertops have yet to be installed. (REALLY???!!! Days before we’re supposed to be moving in). The same day we went to the complex to see if she had any kind of update from the contractor and she said that it would still be a couple of days until the countertops we’re into their facility and then a couple of days after that to be installed (again REALLY???!!!!). Needless to say we took our deposit money back and told them that we didn’t need any of this trouble.What is the point of a lease agreement if you can’t honor it?I now understand why this is such a low rated community.

Horrible management. Leaking roof. Dog park is always out of doggie bags.

Leaking ceilings and rude management. Glad i dont lease here...just visit friends and they all say the same things.

Not a good community to live at. Very Prejudice Management team!
