We just recently moved in, but we love it here! The building and apartments are so gorgeous and unique. You can’t beat the character and historic vibe, from the exposed brick to the original wood floors. We haven’t once heard a neighbor—the walls seem very soundproof. All the other residents seem kind, professional, and quiet. The apartment was also spotless on move in day, which really was helpful. Julian, who I believe does all the maintenance, is so friendly and repaired the few things that came up very quickly. He actually just stopped by and took a look at everything for us!While the train is loud, it’s really not that bad and is over within a few seconds. Our dog really likes to watch it go by. The location is amazing, being right next to everything downtown and within a 3 min walk to Bailey park. We plan on being here for a while!

Recently moved out. By far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They’ll tel you the train noise isn’t that bad and it only runs 9-5... that’s a lie. The noise shakes the apartment and I’ve heard it at 2,3,4 in the morning. They recently got new management which I thought would improve things my last month there... they let their non-handicap employees park in the handicap spots in front, there’s hardly ever parking available in general and they’re impossible to get ahold of. Would not recommend. Pay the extra money at link or plant 64. Way better experiences at those complex’s.

I love this building! It has character and lots of space. It is quiet, but is filled with friendly faces. Management always responds quickly and is super helpful.

Recently had the honor of moving into The gallery lofts, Lucas was great with helping with the entire process. Very accommodating and patient with my 6/yr old daughterTotal pleasure!!

I’ve officially lived here for a week now. In this first week, I’ve had water coming out from the ceiling due to a leaking dishwasher above. This review is not in regards to the leaking water. This review is geared towards the maintenance guy and management.(up to this point)After coming home to water pouring down from our ceiling on a Sunday, we quickly grabbed the phone to reach out to maintenance. It being a Sunday, I would have completely understood the delay on maintenance arrival. It wasn’t more than 15 minutes after my phone call that Nick (I think that’s his name) arrived and assessed the problem. Not only did he figure the problem out but he also stayed there to resolve this problem so that water wasn’t pouring down my ceiling on to my drywall. He realized my wife and I were concerned about potential mold growth. He was efficient and executed this entire process at a high level.. even cutting out portions of the drywall that could potentially be wet. I am the GM/Owner of a foundation company in the area and our number one thing we speak on is WOW customer service. Going over and beyond. Nick displayed a very great example of what that should look like and it is greatly appreciated.Debbie, Kristi and Nicole are some of the management team that I have worked with so far and I can not say enough positive things about the staff. Looking forward to the rest of our stay and will check back in at the end of the year to give everyone an update.

Amazing staff and building! Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful historic details such as high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick, and oak floors. Great community and everyone is very nice!

This environment is amazing. The staff are a diving gift to that community. The energy that encompasses that age old building is warm and welcoming.Even when visiting you feel like you are at home. Tbh I really didn’t even want to leave (lol).Indefinitely recommend at leave a visit to this well kept downtown Winston-Salem living community.I will soon be a part of this community.

Lovely apartment suites, excellent sound proofing, high quality appliances.

My friend lives here and I went to her party and the space was HUGE!!! Her apartment was also larger than most sad apartments, come here often, live here now.
