This is the hood! The photos are not right. Dont let them fool you. Dont let the reviews fool you either. Even the ladys at the office didnt fit there. I was scared to get out of my car in broad daylight. The renovations consist of new carpet and paint thats it. My toured apartment smelled like old liquor while I was told it was paint which was not true. Dont fall for this trap!

Clean and esthetic manicured outside environment. Beautiful gated pools and outside activity area for residents and family and friends. Tennis, volleyball, grilling etc!!!Great shaded areas for walking the beautiful complex. Enjoy walking the hills and areas shaded by the trees. Residents keep their dogs on leashes while walking their pets.

Had a listing for 805 2 bedroom and 885 two bedroom but after I scheduled my tour and went to the leasing office they told me I had the wrong website. So I contacted them again and they sent me there website and still the same listings were shown still haven’t gotten this issue fixed. Don’t understand if they have false advertisement or what but it is a huge waste of time and recurved no help with this problem.

Extremely rude and bad customer service. I just got off the phone with a young lady to check pricing and availability for a 2bd 2bth. She kept redirecting me to the website advising for me to check there even when I told her I see the information but I wanted to confirm availability. I told her the units and SQ ft I was looking at. After going back and forth for 3 mins I was finally able to get availability for 2 units. One unit had a different price shown and another wasnt available at all. When I tried going over other units She told me to look at the website again and that she had to go because she have customers to assist. I politely advised that I am also a customer looking for additional assistance but she did not care.

This is absolutely THEFT!!I went into the office Saturday on 6/5/21 and spoke to a lady named Monae Merck and I was in search of a 2 bedroom that was available on June 19... Aside from not having an appointment scheduled she was able to fit me into the schedule to show me and my fiancé a similar townhome. I was told a cost that included rent, application fees and all additional required cost due on or before moving into a townhome there. I was told about MOST of the fees that were required. However We were okay with the home and were willing to apply .During the application process everything that was stated was what was told to us during the meeting with Monae earlier however that was all that was mentioned previous to paying for the application fees. AFTER PAYING $110.00 for the application fees I am told that in order to have the application processed and looked at I have to have Renters insurance ( which was originally optional ) and without it my application could not be processed!I sent an email to Monae and was told “it is mandatory, sorry for the confusion.” I would have never applied if I’d known it was mandatory! The home I currently live in does not require it and afterwards I had even called the office and spoke to A Paul whom was her manager and I asked him in regards to my application could I be refunded my application fees of $110.00 since my application was incomplete and based on what I was told from them both it was not even looked at. He immediately told me it was my fees were no refundable and that the application fees were already used.I work in the legal field and that is also known as THEFT!It is not right to take peoples money before even completing an application!!!I recommend asking all questions before considering moving there and take good note of how the management team operates.Just Terrible.

I lived here for a year while in college and I really enjoyed the amount of space I was getting for rent. Friendly and quiet neighborhood, but I wish they had a gym on site as apart of the amenities. The maintenance was pretty good about responding to requests the same day or the next. Leasing staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I lived in an older modeled home, but now that the renovations are in place, these homes are comfortably modern although a little pricey.

Very nice even if nokne was in the office. I will be back.

I live here now and it is quiet. Property is well kept and being upgraded as well. Management team is awesome. If you call in a maintenance issue they come asap. Great school district for my kids. Gardens at Country Club is a nice area to live in.

Home sweet Home! The gardens is a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The newly renovated apartments are amazing state of the art toilets state and showers. Spacious rooms and beautiful fixtures. Two years of happiness become my neighbor

So far so good. This place is fantastic and the office staff are so kind and have bent over backwards for us since moving. Weve only been here a month but we love it. Ill be updating my review periodically if my opinions change.

Living here so far has been great I couldnt have asked for a better place to raise my children. I moved here from WV and I wanted somewhere quiet and clean and thats exactly what I got. Staff is friendly and ready to help at any given time. Love it here.

I was going to wait to put a review when we moved out but today was the last straw! The maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! They have never been good or on time. They came to install new toilets today (and they were supposed to do it 2 days ago)..we have a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs bathroom. While they were bringing stuff in, I went upstairs to my bedroom and closed the door so I could change into gym clothes so I could go workout and leave them be to do their job. I was half naked and a man knocked on my bedroom door and said maam? And I said yes sir? And he began opening my door!!! I was half naked and I ran very quickly and slammed the door. That is NOT okay! That is unprofessional!!! You dont just open peoples bedroom doors! He wanted to open one of the doors to bring the toilet up to put it together in the door way..which is understandable but its not okay to do that. Also, they all moved stuff around in both bathrooms and just left it scattered in the floor and in the hallway! Clean up after yourselves! We can NOT wait to move out of this place. Its not worth the $790 that we pay and last year, we were paying $750. Dont know why they had to raise the rent. Definitely not $750 worth neither.Only nice thing I can say is that the staff inside the office are always nice and this review has no reflect on them and how they do their job because they dont make the prices or hire the maintenance people. They are always pleasant.

Gardens at Country club is one of the best locations to live. There are no complaints on my end. Friendly neighborhood and the office has great customer service.

Current residentBeen staying here for almost a year. Very quiet neighbors, the maintenance are very quick and reliable for repairs. The office staff are friendly. The service all together is everything I could imagine from a rental property (5 Stars)

Situation occurred in apartment complex and property management does not make sure tenants are ok. As a manager he/she needs to make sure they feels safe in all ways if not he/she needs to be replaced or educated about scenarios that occur. Again maybe more training needs to be involved but this is a place that I wouldnt recommend to no one nor especially anyone who likes the manger to be involved which they should. Please make sure you review neighborhood with police report of crimes, sex offenders, and especially police presence to make you feel safe. Actually Garden Park should not be rated at all.

Weve been living here for over 6 months now and have loved our experience with Gardens! The management staff is absolutely wonderful and provide excellent service 100% of the time. The most inconvenient part about their one-bedroom units is that they do not have a washer/dryer connection (the 2-bedrooms do) but a newly renovated laundry unit makes up for it!The neighborhood is extremely quiet and all the best parts of the Hanes Mall area in W-S are easily accessible from this location, but youd never know it with how tucked away we are from the main roads.We have no plans to live anywhere but Gardens in the near future. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

This review is coming from someone who has lived here for 3 years. I went through and read a lot of the negative reviews on here and I have to disagree with most, if not all of them. Because I know that people actually read these reviews and take them into consideration when deciding where to live, I will try to be as detailed as possible.From day 1 of living at Gardens at Country Club (when we first moved here it was called Garden Park), my wife and I (and our kitty) have had nothing but a positive experience. We moved from a small 700 square foot 1-bedroom apartment, so we were very pleased to have a two-story, 2 bed room 1 1/2 bathroom newly renovated townhome for the same price we were paying for the apartment! The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and safe. I go for bike rides at 6:30am every morning and I never feel uneasy or unsafe. Ive never seen any domestic disputes, fights, or strange activity in this neighborhood. Since weve been here, we have had 5 different neighbors move in and out, and ALL of them have been very nice. This neighborhood is filled with families who have kids, and young adults who just kind of keep to themselves... like me and my wife!MAINTENANCE: Maintenance has always responded to all of our requests in a timely manner. Management has even gone WAY out of their way to make sure our needs were met. For example: our townhome has an old back-patio sliding door. We went through one cold winter with this old door and our Duke energy bills were pretty high because of the cold draft coming in from the old door. The following spring we called the office to inform them about our displeasure with this door. They didnt even hesitate to replace the door with a BRAND NEW one the following week!In our townhome, the shower has an older sliding door on it that leaked pretty bad. We let the office know about this and how we were displeased with it and again, they fixed it promptly by completely removing the sliding door and replacing it with a shower rode instead so that we could use shower curtains. These are only 2 instances where maintenance has always been great, I have several more stories but I dont want to make this review too long.All in all, my wife and I are VERY happy living here at Gardens. I encourage you to come visit the leasing office for yourself before you let the biased negative reviews here sway your decision. I give Gardens at Country Club a 5-star A+++Joshua & Courtney Mayo

I dont understand where some of these comments are coming from or who you guys have spoke with but Mrs. K and Mrs. Kathy has been nothing less that lovely too me. I have looked at these apartments over and over again and i feel as if the rent is fair too what you are getting. You sit here and complain over 675 for rent of a two bedroom but most DECENT place start out at 620 for a two bedroom with no room. I havent even met them in person yet, and they have already made me feel like am welcomed with open arms. Some of yall just seem too have missed a nap or two because these two ladies has been nothing less than awesome and sweet too me!!!

This Place has nice bed room kitchen everything and also clean environment but monthly rent was excessive

Dont rent here the black woman here is rude as hell threatening people this place is ghetto got my car stolen here and the black woman could care less the maintenance is horrible they dont care about nothing well they care only about getting your money, they never fix the light outside I have to turn the light on outside because it gets really dark and is dangerous never renting with them again they charge $675 for a two bedroom that is stealing your hard earned money
