Dr. Nick is the best vet in Worcester hands down ! I would never take my 3 dogs anywhere else ! Do not hesitate if your looking for a veterinarian that truly cares about your pets. You can 100% trust him and his team with taking care of your animals. All 3 of my dogs see him for their shots, check ups, surgeries, the last 5 years, and post surgeries he always calls and checks up on them even if it’s late. You can tell how much he cares about them and it’s so nice! I’m so grateful he is our vet thank you so much dr nick❤️❤️❤️

Staff is super helpful and accommodating. When all the other vets are still operating curbside - which doesnt work if you have a hyper-anxious pet that stays calm with the owner, Route 20 Animal Clinic was able to work with us so I didnt have to sedate my cat to be seen. Much appreciated. Wish other Vets were as compassionate for the sake of the pet. Cant thank you enough for helping us with Blossom.

I have tried a few vets since coming here from Ireland 18 years ago, and I have to say Dr. Nick Kotsopoulos is absolutely wonderful.I have always had my own animals, rescue dogs and I also have a dog daycare/boarding business. Dr Nick has always seen me asap, compared to the owners own vets,who could leave me waiting for two or three days for an appointment.I was very fortunate to find such a great vet.His staff have always been professional, sympathetic and v helpful.I hope he will be around for many more years.

This is the last place you want to go to for animal care. They took very long to diagnose my cat, and charged us $60, after doing completely nothing. Then blamed us for not taking my cat elsewhere. In a time of sadness, they were raising their voice and trying to justify why we should be charged. Take your pet here if you dont love them.

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years. We would not go anywhere else.

Great Doc and Staff. VERY clean place. Following covid rules better than any restaurant or covenant store. Has always help Rusty, my parents old dachshund. !HIGHLY RRCOMMENDED!

Dr K and his staff are top notch! My fur baby got very ill, very fast. Dr. K had him diagnosed within 24 hours and literally saved his life, by picking up on a rare disease called Addisons. I can not thank him and his amazing staff enough! Very, very thorough! Thank you all ❤️ . Malcolm will be able to continue a long happy life now!

This vet performs ear cropping on dogs. Its a disgusting and inhumane practice that serves no purpose for the dog outside of vanity.

Fantastic caring Vet, Dr. Nick has cared for 3 of my dogs and cat, hes exceptionally knowledgeable and always makes a follow up call personally to check on my animal, always returns calls, and has resonable fees. I have recommended others who love him as well.

Dr. K gives excellent care and advice and stays connected with his patients. On top of that he is very affordable! Glad we found him.

So impressed with Dr.K you can truely tell he cares for animals. He never tries to push unneeded tests or charges and leaves decisions up to the pet owner. He squeezed us in when we were worried our fur baby wasnt eating and put our mind at ease. Highly recommended!

My dog ate a dog toy, and he was not feeling well. I went there, explained his problem and they refused to see him because I didnt have an appointment!!!I went to Community Animal Hospital of Shrewsbury‎, where I found people who really love animals. Now my dog is fine.

My 2 dogs have been patients of Rt. 20 for some time now ! Their staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the assistants . My Bully had recently been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease to say its devastating is an understatement ! The timing was even worse Meds and visits are quite expensive Nick was accommodating as always with breaking down meds weekly for us as to not have to pay so much at once . And everytime I call no matter how many times He ALWAYS returns our calls at the end of his busy day ! Great place, great care, great people . Highly reccomended

I love Route 20 Animal Clinic. Just like some of the reviews tell you. You can tell Dr.K love animals because of the follow up he does. He will always call himself to find out whats going on with your little love ones. Now to the 1-star review on here. His clinic is not built to handle emergences, by that I mean he doesnt have the equipment to treat all emergency cases. He always recommends, if you have an emergency to please take it to Tuffs Emergency Hospital/School which I know can be $$$. This does not mean his staff or Dr.K doesnt care. They dont want you to make an appointment if your little one is in trouble then have to go to the emergency room anyways. Which happen to me with one of my cats. He didnt like my cats breathing at all and told me that he needed to be put in an ventilator room. Because my cat need more O2, so I rushed him to Tuffs. So for all your pet care needs I would highly recommend Route20 animal clinic. Emergency needs, please take your Pet to Tuffs which is 10-15 minutes down the road. They are awesome...

Love love love Dr.K and his staff! I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. Besides being decently priced Dr. K is there for your pet! I have 3 cats that I take to him, my female had an eye problem, I was about to take her the VCA for emergencey, and they had me come on on the same day because it was her eye! I was so grateful! On top of the great care Dr. K follows up, I had a kitten before my three that had FIP, at that point I had taken him to the VCA cause he got progressively worst during a day Dr. K was closed. He called me Monday morning to follow up, and I have him the bad news. He cares for the well being of your pet. If you want great care for your loved family member and decent priced care go here! Absolutely!

Dr. Kotsopolous is the best! Ive been taking my APBT, Primo, to him for a few months now and have been so happy and comfortable bringing him there everytime. Dr. K is an extremely kind, caring, thorough and knowledgeable vet and I wont be bringing my dog to anyone else! His prices are very reasonable compared to other vets who charge you for a ton of extra things just to make money. He really cares about his patients and as a very protective, cautious doggie mom, I wouldnt trust anyone but Dr. K with my Primo. I truly recommend him to all dog owners!! :)
