My wife refuses to complain about bad service or unknowledgeable staff but she had to walk out of this place after an hour of them grinding on her nails without even getting the polish off. They were going to paint over it too. Save your money and go to a REAL nail place 😉

Got my girlfriends hair done.the works. $148.00 looks great.

Mostly great experience. Very welcoming and the girls that did our service was great! One particular worker not real pleasant eye roll when speaking and she was actually interrupting our service. Wouldn’t have minded had she at least put a smile on her face!

I recommend anyone to go rather you need your nails done to a haircut gentleman these ladies will take care of you! Everyone is so friendly and inviting. Little Sara fixed my nails because I made the mistake of going to la nails here in Wilmington (Bad idea) they charge an arm an leg for nothing! I will definitely be going back have my next nail sesh scheduled already I love what she did that much and she only fixed my nail!

Little Sara is very good at her job had other girl try to perm my hair I have MS and hair is long but thin and and has always been fine some girls dont keep up and how to do all types of perms little sara is good at nails too. Jessica will work with you if your not happy with the care you receive if still lived in area would go there always.

Had first hair coloring, purple. Very professionally done. It looks great. Im very satisfied with the look. At 57, my wife made me realize that it does take a little longer for hair color. Might have color change again later. Thanks Christine

Col Js, I love to go in and get my hair done in this place, because, all the people in there are so friendly and funny, I needed a shorter hair cut, (I am not a fan of short hair on me) a stylist named Ed, suggested a style for me, and this time I will be going back to keep this hair style for some time, never loved my hair short, but I do now, Sara Dallas is my girl to do my hair, if she continues,she will be doing my hair till I die.

Dissapointed with the customer service. My kids and I Were not acknowledged when we walked in. After I asked how long the wait was I was told 20 minutes that I could wait or come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and sat in the lobby for another 25 minutes. 2 gentlemen came in and everyone working there said hi to them. The same lady that asked me to wait went right up to them and asked them which one wanted to be first. I understand they might have had an appointment but they couldve at least let me know someone would be helping me shortly. I ended up leaving after wasting 45 minutes and going to great clips where they helped me within 10 minutes of arriving.

One of the worst salons Ive ever been to it doesnt take 6 hours to get your hair done and they toned it three times its not worth going dont dont go there to get to be blonde or platinum blonde because they dont know anything about it there their prices are way too high she screwed up my hair and she bout fried my daughters hair my daughter come home with her scalp fried she was in there 6 hours also too I was one of the owners yeah her name was Jessica shes been doing here for 15 years but I think she needs to go back to school you burnt my daughters scalp our hair is have never been right since we come there were still growing hair back

Ive waited for almost a month for the boss to return my phone calls and she still has yet to do so. They dont listen to what the CUSTOMER WANTS they do what they think might look good. My hair was platinum blonde with black underneath. First off she didnt listen and put dark brown. Second she turned my entire head yellow!!!!

Had the girl tabby cut my hair and i will say i dont use any other hair salon in wilmington this is my go too for good quality hair doo.

Horrible customer service! I went in for a shellac mani pedi and realized after leaving that the shellac on the pedi was noticeably messed up. When I called back I was told that it was my problem and I would have to pay for another pedicure to have it fixed! I will never go back.
