If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times and have had to come back multiple times. The staff the last time was extremely rude and said I’ll have to wait 1.5 hrs to have one nail fixed even though I got my nails done here less than a week ago. Will not be returning sad. Not to mention after a week the polish on my toes look awful too

I have been coming to NC for years for everything thing from my pedicures to full sets to my must have individual eyelashes Kaylee is supper sweet and even on her busy days she quickly gets the job done I looooove NC NAILS ❤️

I spent $30 on my lashes. And gave the lady a $5 tip. Just for them to fall off the next day. She will be redoing them for free. I’m going to see her after I get off work today. I’m livid.

After I got home I had to reshape them myself because they were not shaped right and when they push back my cuticles that was painful he dug his nails in

Ive went to a lot of places to get my eyelashes done and they all end in disappointment and many visits because the lashes would come off or lift....I went looking for another person to do my eyelashes and came across Kaley at USA NAILS..... when I tell you my lashes looks amazing, they look beyond amazing and her work is professional, neat and different....I recommend anyway thats looking for someone to do their lashes to go see more girl, Kaley....

I went there to get my acrylics removed because one broke, and to get new ones put on. The girl used an acrylic nail (and her nail) and slid it in between my natural nail and my acrylic nail and tore off the acrylic nail. This hurt a lot and is not the proper way to remove acrylics. Do not go here if don’t you want to be left in pain with brittle nails.

I just moved to this side of town, I usually get my nails done somewhere else in Wilmington but I figured because they were right across the street it would be worth a try to go in. WRONG. I asked the price for a fill in they told me 15$ mid way through doing my nails he told me theirs an upcharge for pink acrylic & not the usual clear. I said okay thats fine. (it was never initially stated when I told them what was already on my nails) Upon finishing my nails they looked awful the acrylic was so uneven, you can tell the male workers had such attitudes I didnt even want to tell them to fix it I caught the worst vibe from that place, I dont ever write reviews and I wasn’t going to until....here I am literally 2 weeks after i left & my nails are ALREADY falling off. I have NEVER had this issue with any other nail salon they will always last ATLEAST 4-5 weeks. I guess you get what you pay for, I will much rather pay 30$ for good quality nails then a half fast crappy job.
