Was serviced by Joy this morning for a simple gel pedicure with white polish. Simple. Easy. No bells & no whistles. Service was rushed and sloppy!!! Look at this mess!! Charged $64 total, gave the little girl at the register $100 and she gave me $34 change…???? Aren’t we missing a couple dollars???? Joy did clean up my brows but I can do that myself!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I’m going to try Coco Nails next time.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time there. I wanted a pedi and mani. I picked out my color and wanted them to match. Didnt have to be exact but close enough. I am a very easy going customer. The colors were completely different. I expressed my disappointment and she just said that happens sometimes. I never had this happen to me before. They didnt try to fix it or even take a few bucks off. I unfortunately wont be going back

I try to come every two weeks (in most cases) and they are sanitary and very proficient! I like it here. Its always scary to find a new nailery to go to, not knowing if they will do a good job but this place is great!

I was the only one in the shop for about an hour an a half. I got gel french nail tip, and a pedicure. The technician did a great job

I came to this place the first time and had a wonderful experience. I came back again and my nail job was excellent, however, when I had a conversation about a bad experience I had with my eyebrows from another location suggesting that I’m very particular about my eyebrows I was told by a very rude staff person that I should consider going back to where I came from. A heated discussion ensued when I told her the response was not appropriate and could be taken multiple ways. The bottom line is there should be trained people on site who are confident with their skill. In addition, there’s a way you can deliver a message to suggest you’re not comfortable providing a service. No accountability taken on not being professional. One person can make the whole establishment look bad. A customer sitting next to me was offended by the response as well. Lastly, they open at 9:00 with one staff person on hand. The staff flowed in one by one until after 10:30 which resulted in long wait periods. I will not patronize this establishment again!

Spent 65.00 for the absolute worst nails for my daughter and I. I did call them asking for a refund which she obviously wouldn’t do. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! The nicest person in there was the guy and all other employees couldn’t even say Hi. Very abrupt when you walk in.

After Hot Nails screwed up my one eyebrow, they suggested I come here to get them fixed. I was surprised they were able to fix the wreck Hot Nails had caused. They looked fabulous after Bella Nails finished them! The lady was very nice and did a great job.

Kim did my nails first and foremost the wait ? For a Sunday was great. There wasnt one so hat was great I received my pedicure she was really detail oriented. Manicure was done in 20-25 minutes over all experience was great friendly staff and I like the look in here. Undated appliances and decent prices 5 star for me

Gel on my nails look awful, lite in some areas, dark in others. Paint all over my cuticles! This was my first and last time at this salon. My ten year old could have done a better paint job! Not to mention she cut my finger, what a terrible experience!

They do a really great job at Bella 2. I get powder dip with Lisa and they are always perfect. They are really nice, professional and clean.

Ive been to this place twice and I will not be back. The first time I thought the girl did a good job and after a week I realized she didnt some of my nails werent painted all the way and my nail broke very easily. And I ended up with a crack nail as well. Ive been to another place and no matter what I was doing my nails have never broke. I decided to give them another chance and I shouldnt of. This lady cut my nails and my nails are crooked and the paint is coming off and my nail is chipped as well. I have never had an issue like this at my other place I went to Bella because it was close to my jobs but I will definitely hold out until I can go back to my usual spot. And also my mom didnt have a good experience either her nail broke as well which has never happened.

After complimenting my old manicure (which was done by Classic Nails- Woodstown,NJ) Im thinking she was going to out do them. Was I wrong, she cut my index and thumb nails which we mine too short. Then her husband had to use acrylic to give me my length back - nails look like amateurs did them for as much as they charged. Sad part, everybody in the shop knew she messed up. Never again Bella Nails dropped the ball with me.

It was very convinence salon, this place have all kind of services. Nails & Pedicures spa, wax, facial, eye lash extensions. Awesome!! I will recommend all my friends and family to this place..

Ive been coming to Bella Nails for many years for gel nails and pedicures (waxing too). Ask for Kim. Shes wonderful!! They are under new management and are even better than ever.

I just spent $40 for one of the worst shellacs ever. First off, the guy who did my soak off bounced that drill across my nails with little care for the fact that I do in fact have feeling in my nails. Then the tech who actually did my nails filed them all off even though I asked for them to be lightly shaped. She used the roughest grit file and wasnt even looking when she was filing. She just filed back and forth until I had nubs. Nevermind that you arent supposed to file back and forth because it causes micro tears which lead to peeling and more breaks. Filing natural nails should be done in one long stroke towards the center of the nail. Then she used the drill and a buffer block that is graded for toenails to buff my nails until they were tender. She was so aggressive that it it felt like she was trying to file clear down into my nail bed. I asked for the color Black Pool from CND Shellac and I got some random off brand polish that she put on so thick that burned as soon as I put it under the light. Tip: If youre putting the gel polish on so thick that the client is in pain, youre doing it wrong. Gel polish should be applied thinly enough that the heat caused from the atoms bouncing around trying to make bonds to cure should not be felt. When done right, it doesnt hurt! Plus now its just going to end up peeling off faster because it was applied too thick. The back lines are a ragged mess and are bleeding into my cuticles which is also going to make them peel up faster as the cuticle grows in and pushes under them. Then she wouldnt leave me alone about some chrome glitter mess. I dont care for it but I couldnt just be left alone with my black, I agreed to it. It just made the splotchy black mess she had going on look slightly more even which was all I was going for at that point. It still doesnt hide the poor shaping job she did when she filed my nails to nothing. The best part was when checking out, thats when she said it was $10 for that chrome mess... of course after shed already put the crap on my nails!

Well Ive been getting services for more than 5 yrs. Once I find a tech that does my nails like I like them, she leaves or overbooks. My lastest complaint, I make an appointment, Im 5 minutes late, call to let her know Im running late & have to wait 50 minutes. What was the point in making an appointment & its not honored? Looking for a new nail salon.
