Phenomenal all around experience with chicagoland exteriors. Roof was close to end of life and called around for a few quotes of which chicagoland exteriors was one. Nate was our sales representative and he walked us thru the current roof conditions, cost and scope of work. He recommended we see if our insurance would cover as he did notice some hail damage. I had new siding, a new roof, and new gutters installed. There were 2 different teams that worked on my house, one for the roof and the other for the siding and gutters. Both teams worked like a well-oiled machine. Our home was hit (almost directly, NWS projected it was 100-200 yards away) by a n EF-1 tornado on August 10th, 2020. Chicagoland Exteriors came to our rescue and even worked with our insurance, both BEFORE and AFTER the repair so that we would receive the depreciated value of the items as well. The whole process was incredibly easy after we contacted them. We had contacted a few companies and they were very quick to come by and get us an estimate, and had a competitive quote.We had a window replaced, our back storm door, all of the siding on the rear of our home, some siding and the shake on the side of the house, the gutter and downspout on the rear of the house, and a shingle on the house roof. They replaced some siding on the garage and also replaced the entire garage roof.We will certainly be keeping their contact information for any future house repairs.We first used Chicagoland Exteriors about 4 or 5 years ago for a very small job. A piece of metal flashing on the garage near the peak in the roof came off and they replaced it. We contacted them because they are a locally owned business located in Lombard, IL.

Our first visit from Chicagoland Exteriors incorrectly diagnosed our roof leak issue, but a few months later, Nate came to assess the roof and identified the problem. He laid out the prices of patching the issue or replacing the whole roof. We went with the roof replacement and the team did a great job. They completed the job in one day, though it did go after dark so we couldnt assess the roof before they left.

A nice young man come over to give us an estimate for siding.He was so high pressure that I would never consider hiring this company.Im sure these predatory tactics work on widows and old people.He wanted a check for $1,000 to get the process started. When I told him he was the first person to give us an estimate and that I would never hire the first company to give me an estimate, he said he would take a $500 check. The other companies that gave us estimates matched his price and they emailed me their estimates and said if we wanted to hire them we could just sign an agreement to the terms and email it back to them. No money until we were satisfied with their job. If you like high pressure salesmen call this company.

Colton, our sales associate, and Nate, one of the field managers, were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and thorough in their explanations; they each made us feel good about not only the work that was going to be done, but using their company. Work began roughly two weeks after our initial meeting with Colton. The crew was very friendly and professional. They completed with roof in about 8-10 hours and left our driveway cleaner than when they arrived. Our roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for all exterior projects.
