I usually dont do reviews but I had an horrible experience at this nail tech, everything was rushed and the nail tech was not taking her time. I felt very rushed and there was one nail tech working on multiple costumers at the same time. all at the same time hoping from chair to the other! my nails came out so uneven and a horrible paint job!! it looked like I got them done at Walmart! horrible experience id give more then zero stars if I could.

They told me different prices on the phone when I made an appointment, and then after, they upcharged me because of covid. This is unfair, they should have their prices openly disclosed and not changed AFTER the appointment. Way too overpriced.

Staff is genuinely welcoming and appreciative of customers! Glad to spend my money here. They have a special for mani + pedi for just $30 (regular polish). Very relaxing . Felt great to be pampered. Thanks!

I have been coming here for 2 years and love it! I adore my nails every time and their customer service is always amazing. My acrylics have even stayed on through hikes/climbing in Zion and Yosemite. (Look up angels landing and half dome, it’s no easy task for nails to stay on through those!) They are certified to work to covid-19 specifications and the salon is spotless and clean. 1000000/10 recommend them.

Went and got an acrylic nail set put on with Kim and she was SUPER nice and did such an amazing job. They followed the CDC guidelines perfectly and had my temperature taken and had every customer wash hands immediately. and of course had a required face covering for everyone in the building. Very friendly staff

At first I didn’t have any issues when going here for my full sets and pedicures. Matter fact I became a regular and even got one of my good friends to start going. I started to notice they started overcharging me. Sometimes I’d get the same exact service as my friend and get charged differently. They started to overcharge me severely. For example: the very last time I went there (last year) I got my toes painted (regular polish) and didn’t even put them in the water or anything and I got a fill in (with regular polish) and they charged me like $65. I was so upset I never went back! Now I go to a nail salon that actually charges me reasonable normal prices for the services I get and might I add they do them better!

This place is awesome! The basic pedicure is only $22 and it came with a long leg massage. They also send you out with real flip flops when you’re done. Not those flimsy kind that no one can walk in. Great treatment and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Victorias Nails for over a year and have always had an amazing experience. Kim is my nail specialist who always does an amazing job with my nails from helping me grow them to the beautiful artwork. Everyone there is always friendly and happy to help in anyway they can. Love being greeted by everyone and they are all very professional and each one of them do a wonderful job whether with getting an amazing massage in the chair while Michael massages your legs and feet to Kim, Jenny, and all of the other wonderful ladies making my nails look beautiful!!!

Only the pedicure was nice they message really well! But... I got a full set and it looks like they globbed acrylic on my nails. They didnt file. She wanted to get to a regular of hers so she just brushed right by me didnt ask if i like them nothing. Honestly I guess it who u know because they obviously dont like new customers

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!If I could leave no stars, I would. My daughter got her nails none there today and had a horrible experience. She didnt like how they were done, and she told the girl she didnt like them and wasnt happy. She had even shown her a picture before they got started. The tech proceeded with no other options or with any suggestions on how to fix them. My daughter was unhappy with the idea of paying for a full set of nails that were in no way appealing to her. The tech called the manager and when she came in, she was rude and talked over top of my daughter as she tried to explain. Her only suggestion was for my daughter to sit back down and have her cut the tips off. As she put it, take back her services! This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially since there are so many other salons to choose. We will never go back to this location again!

Been coming to this place since they opened years ago. They always do an amazing job for a good price and they always remember who everyone is that walks through the door. You become part of the family.

What should have been a relaxing mother daughter time was horrible. We arrived to find them busy and we were asked to come back in 45 minutes. So we did some shopping to killtime. We came back and after a wait they took my daughter first. She was in pedicure chair after her polish and i was getting fills. She was done by the time I got into chair. I went to put my feet in and the water was freezing! I said something to the owner who apologized that they were out of hot water! I had already waited half my day for this and dont find a cold water pedicure relaxing or effective. I felt we shouldve been told before my 9yo was finished and we had waited half our day. I thought we would have at least we shouldve gotten a discount or something... They didnt feel the need to tell their customers that they were out of hot water. Its is 82.00 dollars of my money they will never get again.

The owner has her children working there as “helpers.” These kids are middle school aged - high school, and she had one of them do my daughter’s “kid’s manicure” and charged me full price! The little girl was wearing her school uniform while doing my daughters nails! This nail salon also has multiple nail techs working on the same client at one time - one will start the service and another will finish. Very unprofessional. Who do you tip? Are they doing this for double the tips? They also rush services. A pedicure shouldn’t take 20 minutes.

Me and my mother went to this salon for the first time today and the whole experience was down right disturbing. As soon as we walked in the whole place ranked like smoke. We get to the pedicure and the only good part of the procedure was the gel the put in to make your feet soft. The manicurests went through the procedure as normal until I need the man MOANING as rubbing my mothers legs!!!!! Not only is that uncouth but disturbing! My lady was phonomal. Anyway, I was waiting to get my manicure and a like 12 YEAR OLD girl is like this is the color you want right? So I was like no I wanted the tourquise one by my chair thinking that she lis like the daughter of the person doing my pedi. BUT BOYBWAS I WRONG!! SHE STARTED DOING MY NAILS!!! IM SURE THAT SHE WASNT A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL!! As she was trimming my cuticules she cut a chunk of my skin out.. Im not over reacting or anything. I GOT home and there was a judge part of my under nail bed missing!!! I was also conversing with my mother at the time and what made her visit ever WORSE the man didnt even paint the tops of her nails. SO NOT ONLY WAS HE A CREEP BUT HE DIDNT EVEN DO NAILS RIGHT!! so ya. One star, had a horrible time, will NEVER come back. If I had to go to one place I would go to spalon on Kirkwood highway.

I used to go to this salon prior to me relocating. I had the worst experience ever on Saturday eve. I entered salon 3:15ish and exited around 6:30z for a pedicure. I asked the nail tech to take out my ingrowns as I get my feet done regualary. He hurt me badly where I was bleeding and I thought it was from removing the ingrown properly. He then painted my nails and it looked terrible, I asked him to get it off my ski as gel peels off. He then used sharp tool to pick it off and cut me open some more and didnt even apologize. The daughter came over to fix. She put liquid bandage on the cuts. That felt great! (Enter sarcasm) I then had to wait for her to get the dead skin off my nails as he didnt do thAt. Thank goodness she noticed. Then the mother owner of the salon painted them correctly. I had some pain on my big toe but I thought it was from when he was digging the ingrown and stabbed me that it was just sore. Well today I notice pain and now its swollen skin and puss. Now that is from not removing the ingrown properly and leaving jagged ends in there. Now I have to go to a podiatrist, and endure more pain. Also I have to pay out of pocket. I called the salon, the husband told me the ingrown removal never happened and theres nothing he can do. That I could come in (but I advised him I loved three states away) he said hes in the business to make money and cant just refund every complaint. Now, after my experience I didnt even ask for a refund but now we are stepping into bounds of a lot more money out of pocket, inconvenience and time spent at the doctor. Before I leave on my trip. I advised him that 27.00 was worth compensating me and my troubles and he said the reviews didnt matter to him.So beware when you go in for a pedicure with the man. Also, the way the management handled this situation shows me Im a NUMBER AND NOT A PERSON! Never again will I be back.
