DO NOT GO HERE there are better places to go. I had my brows and upper lip waxed and it was absolutely dreadful. I went to this establishment to have my brows looking good, not having to come home and fill them in because the lady was rushing and took too much off. Don’t waste your time or money. No one there cares about leaving their customers happy and satisfied, they just care about making money. Never again. This place will be out of business in no time

My nail tech was a young man with glasses. My pedicure was basic at best. When I mentioned that he was applying the nail polish for my manicure unevenly and asked if he could fix it, rather than repainting, he continued to glob more on. By this point, I had already been there an hour and a half. No nail shape is the same, my polish is thick and lumpy and still uneven. Im so upset and will have to either go somewhere to get them redone or do them myself. This was meant to be a treat and it was just a long drawn out disappointment.

I swear by this place, so it’s sad to have to leave such a bad review. Worst experience of my life today. Showed the design I wanted, she tried to convince me to get something else, and I had to settle for what I didn’t want. Then, she went to remove my current dip powder and PRIED it off using her own nails, without soaking first or anything. The one nail that couldn’t be ripped off was soaked per usual, but she used a USED foil that she found laying in a random drawer. I hated the manicure, and she would not listen to what I asked for. At one point, she needed to clean off her brush and dug out a random old used chunk of paper towel to clean it. Left with extremely raw cuticles, hideous nails, and feeling super overcharged.

I received a gel pedi and a gel fill. My nails were rushed through as well as the pedi. Half of what is suppose to be done isn’t. What you pay for is a full service that doesn’t exist here. I had to leave and go to another salon and have them fixed. Bad paint job, not filed enough and all my nails and I mean all are crooked!! Ugh!!

The absolute worst mani - gel pedicure I have ever received. After soaking me with the sprayer for the foot tub she did a horrible pedicure and polish job. Looks like a 5 yr old did it. Way over priced for poor service.

I came to bliss nails that was unplanned for my wedding look, overall had one of the workers do my toes she was nice before the end taken over by the owner that finishes and did my nails too. I got an ombre with gems look. Overall they came out great I got lots of compliments. It took a long time but I did not have an appointment scheduled. Thank for making my nails loos great.

Let me preface this review by saying I’m not a picky nail person— Writing this review because the nail artist was so rough with my nails and cuticles the experience was painful. Not only was she rough, she was flat out rude. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I have gone to this salon a handful of times for the last 10 months(give or take).Each time I receive good🙌 service with 😁 a GREAT SMILE, EVEN when I am a last minute customer. You know..rolling in 15 mins before they CLOSE😌!

This is literally the worst manicure I have EVER received. It was the most pain and unenjoyable experience I could not wait for it to be over. She was EXTREMELY rough and was literally sanding and cutting the skin around my nails. At one point I started bleeding and still NOTHING was done about it. My face was visually showing pain and discomfort and I actually said ow out-loud and NOTHING. I am now left with a SLOPPY manicure and red and inflamed finger tips with cuts all over them. My nails actually looked better before going into this. I would NEVER step foot in this establishment again even if they paid me. Do your self a favor and never go here. I would give this negative stars if I could.

I have never had a more awful experience at a nail salon in my life. I dont normally go out of my way to post reviews for places but my experience was so awful that I felt like I had to. If I could give them zero stars I would but I cant so take this one star with a grain of salt. First off, the people there are rude and unwelcoming. Secondly, it felt like my hands were being hacked at with an axe. I left in pain, bleeding, and pissed off. I repeatedly asked the woman to be more gentle but she ignored my requests. Please, whatever you do, do not go to this nail salon.

The worse experience in my life. Usually I don’t write reviews but today I got out of this place with high blood pressure and high stress level.The lady started doing my nails then her appointment appeared and started to rush putting the gel on my nails fast twisting my fingers and dropping stuff on the floor. She asked her appointment to sit next to me and she was waiting looking board. I got so frustrated big time. So I said to her u should go and start doing yr appointments nails because u r acting in a rush and I’m hurt. She flipped out on me with no Saying “ NO NO NO NO I did not do that NO I did hear people saying that about me before” I said, guess what? You are rude and the way u were doing my nails is so aggressive and I’m hurt!!!! I added, u shouldn’t have taken me when u know that your appointment is coming in 2 minutes. It’s very unfair.She left me sitting in her station and called someone else to do my nails and she was mad. That was my first time going to this place! Apparently they care more about their old customers and because I was new she treated me badly and she did poor job.I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!

This place was AWFUL! I went in for a pedicure and they ripped apart my feet. The woman rushed through my appointment and was rude. After getting home I saw she left nail polish on my toes and she cut my foot! Complete waste of money. I left horrified and recommend you go ANYWHERE but this place. I dont understand how this establishment has been in business for as long as it has, based on the service I received during my visit. If you value good service, a decent pedicure, and bang for your buck, this is NOT the place for you.

I never give a bad review but I will not hesitate here. I got a mani/pedi on Saturday and the gel manicure was lifting by Sunday. I stopped in today to have it repaired. Since I was not a “paying customer” today I was left to sit in a chair as walk-in were continually taken in front of me since “they were paying.” As I sat in the chair next to the manager, she and her customer mocked me for being a pain for expecting my awful manicure to be corrected. As she sat there being so rude, I waited until my nails were 70% complete and I acknowledged her behavior as a “manager.” She overly stayed that I misunderstood and she was not mocking me. Not only would I not recommend this place, I would not go back with a gift card. Simply horrible.

We needed a relaxing mani/pedi so my nieces, daughter and myself scheduled appointments! They rushed through my daughters because she had another appointment so he service was awful! Not to mention her eyebrows ended up being uneven and a mess! My mani has chipped polish wish I showed them after my 3 hr ordeal and couldnt take another minute of torture! They didnt ask how do you like your nails shaped? French manicure lines??? Just bad service and clueless about the concept of good customer service! I have to spend more money to have my nails done!

Should have read the reviews before walking in!!!!! Asked for a manicure and lip wax ...... aug a rush job ..... too worried about other customers .... agreed with other reviewer that if you are not a regular you might as well be a peasant! 15 bucks for a manicure and I tipped 3 ..... paid 18 dollars and started walking back to get waxed ........ they said oh that 15 is for the manicure ..... I said out loud “forget it” and as I walked out with zero help with my keys the owner says sorry.....poorest service ever!

Bliss Nails is a hit or miss, all depends on the nail technician that takes care of you. They prefer money over credit cards.
