Not happy so far. Waited all week to get truck in on Friday. Called Saturday and was told it would be the end of the week before they start working on it. No communication from them at all. Update, its took 3 weeks to get truck in the shop. Im now on week 4.

Always a great place, i have a 2016 w900, and this guys are the only ones i trust to fix my truck. Ive been to several dealers to fix certain issues and there the only ones that seem to fix it right the first time.

We had a breakdown in Kankakee, IA. DEF guage went from full to empty and truck freaked out. Towed to CIT Joliet. Customer service was great, everyone super friendly. Told us they would pull it in that night and hopefully be done next day. True to their word because that is exactly what they did. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road. On a side note, I had just restocked our underbunk freezer and our refrigerator with very groceries and they agreed to start it periodically so I would not loose my food & even made sure to check with us before leaving that our food was safe. Above & beyond customer service. Thank you! We appreciate you.

They did really great job on my Volvo truck I had just electrical problem they got my truck in same day and they found other problems I already know told me if your truck In we can work on they did very well on it and fast and I’ve had before service truck there and each time I don’t leave review but this time when my truck really needed major repair guys got my truck in even was kinda busy there and fixed it in like 1 day and half you pay for people who knows and studied on trucks not normal shops that just don’t care but just money had it one time and never again change 70hr and took them 5 days and here I think 150 in hr they charge but worth it they know what is going on in the truckAndrew was very professional and service desk guy red hair guy and lady also and all the team very professional thank you for what you did to my truckI’ll be coming back for more service never to any small shop they really messed my truck All hate reviews just hate maybe because of the prices it’s not small shop it’s dealer and licensed mechanics that’s why over all thanks again 😊😁

The parts and service department here are absolutely wonderful! Jerry, in parts, is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help with all of my truck part needs. Definitely the best parts department Ive worked with in the area.

I had a sensor go bad. Orginally I was going to buy the sensor and install it later. But when I got to CIT I started to change my mind. They were able to get me in without me hearing it will be four days before they can get to you. Also they ran a check on the warranty and I had 3 weeks left on it. They could have not told me and I would have never known but they did. So I really appreciated that. And couple hours later I was done. I plan using this dealership again. Very happy with the work.

Jonathan Herzog and I’m glad to say that I left out with pleasant results.This is the second time that I’ve had to confer with him about an issue and each time I’ve walked away with wonderful outcomes.Keep up the good customer service Jonathan and the rest of the CIT as well. 😊

Ive been to about 6 kenworth shops and this one is top of the line. Great shop, good service all around nice people very professional unlike there Mokena location.

Woke up Saturday morning to a burned up AC compressor and searched Google for nearest shops. Called 5 different shops/dealers and CIT was the only shop that answerd the phone, nevermind that all the shops were open for business CIT had my compressor, was was waiting for me. Excellent service and didnt treat me like a fool when I gave them the pat number, as so many shops often do. Thank you CIT

Was told bring in yesterday for diagnosis and repair could take a couple days 24 hrs later no diagnosis if u need a shop with the required software there are plenty in area dont let places like this keep getting away with lying to you to get your business.

Theyre professional work was done quickly, I didnt leave with other problems like i have in the pass at CIT BLOOMINGTON CHECK LIGHT ON WHEN I GOT 100 MILES DOWN THE ROAD, CHAMPAIGN CANT GET THEM TO FIX BUNK HEATER THEY ALWAYS GO FOR HVAC. IT WORKS FINE. To be fare I own a Volvo Ill never buy another one or Mack

I have had my truck stuck here for 7 days over a starter. Every time I come here its something.

Not so friendly and helpful simply dont care about their customers

Parts department personnel is lazy and rude.Came in looking for parts and Mr. B couldnt help me without a part number. How about VIN #?Nope!!! They cant help you .So, how are they supposed to help the customer if the customer is not the expert in this particular area?!Hope they can improve on that.

After bringing my truck here twice and leaving with the same issues and two pretty fat bills paid, I can suggest to you guys that consider this shop for repairs on your CAT engine to think twice .1st time brought the truck for IVA problems - left with the same problems, 2nd time brought the truck with jake brake issues and left with exactly the same problems . From my personal experience I would say just dont waste your time and money and go to another place .

Bad experience, took 6 hours to clear code on truck,and drive it around to see if it came back on.had 2 different issues,and they didnt even bother to contact Cummins for warranty, had to call myself and tell them it is covered past the two yrs,and they act like they dont care to even work on truck,,i really hope I do not have to bring my new truck there again,,they keep trying to say not warranted by cummins,,if they dont want to work on trucks,,should not be in business to do it
