Not only was I taken care of before the store closed, but the wonderful hair stylist Christine got my lineup perfect and was very professional from start to finish. If you want a decent haircut, then go to an actual barber. You will be getting a better haircut for the same price. The people who work here can’t even do the simplest fade. The people who work here cut your hair without even asking you how you want it, they just go ahead and cut it. For $20/less you can go to a decent barber and get the haircut which you actually want.

Great location with friendly staff and plenty of parking. You can sign-in online or walk-in. Michellan was able to see me right away and gave me an A+ haircut. I appreciated her upbeat personality and attention to detail. The MVP cut includes shampoo, face towel, and massage. They also honored a Sportsclip coupon I had even though it was a different location. Highly recommend this location!

Pull yourself together. I stopped coming here a year ago because of bad service and just complete disorganization and because of a time crunch I decided to try again. First, I couldn’t even make an appointment online so I come in and am told they were booked but if I wanted to wait a few minutes, I could be squeezed in. So I waited. After 15 minutes some employee walks in the front door with a frapachino and looks at the computer, tells one customer he was lied to and they couldn’t get to him until later, and then told me the same trying. I asked why I was told one thing and then another and she just said “we have appointments”. HOW do people put up with this level of disregard for common sense, customer service and decency! GROW UP!

Easy to schedule an appointment online. The stylists there, especially Jennifer, really know how to give a good haircut. The price is pretty reasonable, too.

I always have a great experience at the sport clips in Bloomingdale. I generally cant afford a full-blown spa treatment, but when I go to Sport Clips and get the triple MVP service oh, I feel like Im in a spa. Jen is my normal stylist, but when shes not there all the other girls do a great job, Gabby, Mike, Red just a good bunch of ladies all around.

I checked in online and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. There is a sign showing where you are with the estimated wait. I was on deck and someone was 15 minutes behind me. The hairstylist knew that customer and took him in front of me. I waited 40 minutes and left after that happened. Why have a wait list if it is not used? Horrible customer service, I will not be back.

I go to this location regularly. I used to exclusively use barbers, because they learn to cut extremely short hair better than cosmetology students, but started going here when I grew my hair out in hopes that theyd be better at styling mens hair at longer lengths. There is usually a wait, but Ive never had to wait longer than 30min and I spend some of that at the nearby book store. The place is sports-themed, if that interests you, and for a minimal fee they will wash your hair and give you shoulder massage using a machine. My only issue is that some of the stylists are much better than others (or at least better at interpreting what I want), so I try to visit on certain days when certain people are usually working.

Ive been getting my many hairs cut here for over 7 years. Oftentimes, I bring my two young daughters who sit patiently during my trim/shampoo. Nearly all the stylists recognize me and my kids; they are incredibly welcoming and patient (especially when they were smaller, shared a hair-cut seat, and spilled crayons on the floor for the stylists to kindly pick up).Though the cost is slightly more than other places, the quality of service is second to none. In addition to being treated well, its always nice to treat yo self every once in a while with a hot towel and scalp massage.Finally, today I went in and they now have a helpful self-service screen where you sign in and on a TV above, get to see which position and how much time until your cut. This allows the stylists to continue to cut hair instead of stopping to sign people in. Its a cross of efficiency and convenience.

They seem to always have an hour and a half wait, I have tried getting a haircut here several times in the last few months, but Im not waiting that long.I will never waste my time coming back here.A year ago I left a 5 star review, now... I gave two out of pity.

Jesi cuts my hair and does a great cut everytime. Usually I go to barber shops but this place is as good as that. Especially the MVP treatment!!

Quick service if you are there when they open. If not there when the doors open on a sat just check in online and come in an hour later definitely a place for a quick decent buzz.

Cant complain too much...got my hair cut here several times. I like the Sport Clips brand. Always get a decent cut and I can watch Sportscenter.Dont expect much from the MVP here. Massage time seems a lot shorter than other locations, regardless of who is cutting your hair.

Walked in today just to get clean up which she said it was for free, but I don’t need to sign in. I waited 45mins and they will taking someone who came after me because I was not signed in. What happened to “you don’t need to sign in”Jenny is the only stylist I always see and she was on long term leave. Don’t want to walk into this place again until Jenny comes back. No customer service at all at this location. They pretend like they are doing a favor by taking care of customer. No good.

Slightly over crowd during my lunch break, not enough barbers. Only two barber...which are not so great at cutting mens hair. I asked if there was anyone else, lady gave me an attitude and said its only them. The girls who work during the weekend, are much better. Which is why I gave this location 3 stars, would of been 0 if it wasnt for the weekend girls

I should have read the reviews before attempting to get a haircut here. It is exactly as the people say. You walk in...they are busy.....no one takes your name....you sit and wait.....and then someone who is a regular walks in and goes ahead of everyone. I walked out and will never go back.People who should go to this Sport Clips: people who dont need a haircut. people who dont enjoy watching tv while waiting (tv was in the front but turned off....I thought the hook of sport clips was you watched sports while you were there?!) People who like being on the pay no mind list. People who are made to feel inferior if they are not a regular.Having said that I went to a different Sports Clips and had a totally different experience. I guess it is franchise to franchise. Stay away from this one.

Worst sport clips I have ever been to. Never again. The staff all took a 45 minute break with a bunch of customers waiting.

I take my son there but probably not anymore. Wait times are too long, always understaffed, and shockingly, unfriendly.

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes with 3 people in front of me and 2 people working cutting hair!!! When it was my turn one of the ladies went in the back for over 10 minutes. I was so pissed I got up and left! Slowest service Ive ever seen in my entire life!! Never in a million years going back!!!!
