Went here for an estimate in a exhaust pipe repair. Was quoted a price I wasnt happy with, but the salesman at the counter was up front with me about it saying they dont have the ability to splice the part and would not blame me if I went to another shop. I did end up going somewhere else but they get 5 stars because of the honesty that they provided. Hard to come by with mechanic shops.

Weve been taking our cars here for well over 25 years. Service is outstanding! They are proactive in letting you know what work needs to be done to keep your car running for years. At they same time they will not sell you services you dont need. Customer service is excellent! Work completed quickly.

Kevin and Larry have been keeping my older cars running for many years. They dont try to oversell you, and seem to always give me good advice. Typically I can get in to have my work done same day or next day, and they even have some loaner cars that you can use if available. They are older cars, but hey who cares! They are giving you a car to use. They run specials evert now and then in the White Bear coupon books.

Fair treatment and good service. Ive come back for additional service as I appreciate their prices and quality of their work. Renewing my review. Still extremely happy with the service here. Bring all my cars here.

Ive been going to this shop for over 20 years and they do quality work and do not try and upsell me on services I dont need. This is as a good an automotive repair shop as you will find. I keep my cars a very long time and White Bear Tire and Auto keeps them on the road; two of my cars have over 225,000 miles on them and are still going strong.

Weve been regular customers at WBT&A for over 20 years and have always felt them friendly and gotten good service. Hope that continues when ownership changes.

I scheduled a wheel alignment for the day before I was going on a road trip. I show up for my appointment and I am told that they dont do alignments this late in the day and I explained to the guy at the desk I was going on a road trip and he pretty much told me to bad. Now I have to put a few hundred miles of bad wear on my tires. Not happy and I will not be back.
