I have been going to Augers for years because they have always had great service. They are honest and have reasonable prices. They always fix my vehicles up for me and explain the work when I ask.

Amazing place! I had my car towed to Augers after the belt broke and they had it fixed the next day. Honest and friendly mechanics who dont try to take advantage of you.

Augers is an amazing garage with a hometown feel. They are honest mechanics. I have a foreign car (my little baby) and I totally trust in their care of it.Ive read some of the reviews and there are a tiny few that say communication is an issue. In my experience that is far from the truth. There is none of that Minnesota nice passive aggressiveness stuff here. Its true honesty. If youre on a budget and are looking for an open and truthful discussion about the issues with your car and the priority of repairs, this is your place.

Great guys, honest(!!!) and do great work. Paul and the gang are guys I can trust with my vehicles and as everybody says, if you have a mechanic you can trust you tell all of your friends. Super fair prices as well. Loaner cars too which is a bonus(at least there was one when we needed one).

A few years ago I started bringing my truck to Augers Garage only to be treated like family ever since! It is reassuring to have a mechanic that isn’t looking to find other issues with my truck like previous repair shops have done. It appears that they would rather save you money instead of gouging you like other mechanics. These guys are straight shooters with a fair price. We have been taking our vehicles to Augers for about a year. We were pleased with the work on the vehicles and the prices are extremely fair. Our major complaint had been communication - we often have to call in the afternoon to get an update on what they found or if the vehicle was ready for pickup. It also took about two to three times of calling before someone answers the phone. However, after today, I will not return with our vehicles. They repaired the car without giving me a quote, when I called to check on the car - they could not tell me how much the bill was going to be (which they already repaired but still needed to test drive), and then when I asked for them to call me and leave a message to tell me if the car would be ready since I had a meeting, I was called young lady and told that they were busy and if he remembered he would call me back.

Its easy to get into a panic when my car starts acting up, but then I call up these guys and I know everything will be okay. They are not only friendly and helpful, but they are extremely knowledgable and will fix your car correctly. People often talk about how important it is to find a good, trustworthy mechanic, and I (along with many others) have found this in Augers.

He squeezed us in last minute and fixed the problem very quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem likely was before he looked at the car.

Heard good things about this place and I was referred to Auger Garage by a friend. When I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, whoever picked up the phone was rude as heck. After telling him there’s a leak and noise when I turn my wheels, his smart comment was, “You drive your car every day and shouldn’t you know what’s wrong with it?” I’m not a mechanic and I could only explain so much to this rude person. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this place!!!
